We know that in Revelation 12:6, the nation of Israel will run away from the persecution of the Antichrist and God will
feed them with manna for 1260 days.
The 1260 days is exactly three and a half years actually during the tribulation. We do not look at it based on our modern calendar, but using the biblical calendar.
Revelation 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
We know that forty two months is equal to three and a half years. Why?
As shown in Genesis 7:11 and Genesis 8:3-4 through the historical account of the universal flood, one biblical month is thirty days, it does not vary with 28, 29, 30 and 31 days like our modern calendars.
If we just simply divide 1260 days with thirty days, it will be forty-two months, and that makes up three and a half years.
Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
In the following verse, we notice that there will be a war in the second heaven between Satan and Michael, as well as God’s angels. Michael was no match for Satan, he could only conquer Satan by surrendering him to God.
Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
Interestingly, Michael the Archangel will also come down to earth, as he will be representing the nation of Israel, and intervenes during the tribulation. We Christians will be raptured up into heaven before the tribulation even begins. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 clearly mentioned that.
