Everyone is Different and Imperfect

If you can’t think this way, you’re going to lose trust.
You cannot be self-righteous or ego-centered. Everyone is imperfect, and so you have to put yourself in the shoes of:
– family and friends
– people in church
– the pastor
– environment
The way to grow faster as a disciple and even as a minister is to focus on others, and how you can minister to them.

Doctrine

We support if it’s right to support and we condemn if it’s right to condemn. Doctrines were preached in the beginning by preachers/teachers ( the leaders). Right doctrine must be built upon the foundation of the word of God. If the word of God contradicts the leader, then we mark and avoid them.

We only follow the leader if they follow the word of God. The Lord uses people who use the word of God to bring in people. When we don’t compromise, we’re more careful with the people we hang around with. If we will not compromise, then we must condemn major heresy and sin. If there’s major heresy/sin that affects the testimony of the church, it must be condemned.

3 main issues when it comes to doctrine:

1. KJV
2. Dispensationalism
3. Growing in doctrine

These are all important: Soul-winning, church participation, preaching, and teaching.
