Can Christians perform signs and miracles today?

Mark 16:17-18 is used by some Pentecostals that those who believe on Jesus Christ for salvation are able to perform signs, healings and wonders, speaking of tongues and casting out devils.

However, that statement about those who believe by context according to verse 14 are the apostles because they
have trouble believing.

If it is true that all believers in Jesus Christ can do the signs and healings, then why can’t they do all of it?

Raising the dead, healing the sick, casting out devils, they have to do those things as well.

Obviously, they cannot perform all those signs.

2 Corinthians 12:12 says that the signs belong to Apostles. Nobody else.

That’s why the rhetorical question is asked in 1 Corinthians 12:29, “are all Apostles, can all perform miracles?”
