**when**
A prophetic sign also. The nations shall know Jehovah when He restores and blesses Israel in the kingdom. ([Isaiah 2:1-3](../../../kjv/isaiah/2/1-3)); ([Isaiah 11:10-16](../../../kjv/isaiah/11/10-16)); ([Isaiah 11:1](../../../kjv/isaiah/11/1)); ([Isaiah 60:4-5](../../../kjv/isaiah/60/4-5)); ([Ezekiel 37:28](../../../kjv/ezekiel/37/28)).

**like** CF. [2 Timothy 3:8](../../../kjv/2-timothy/3/8); [Exodus 8:18](../../../kjv/exodus/8/18)
Neither Satan nor his tools can create life: [Revelation 13:15](../../../kjv/revelation/13/15) will be a "lying wonder": [2 Thessalonians 2:9](../../../kjv/2-thessalonians/2/9)

**Aaron's rod**
(Cf) [Exodus 4:2](../../../kjv/exodus/4/2) As Moses' rod was the rod of power, the rod of the King [Deuteronomy 33:4](../../../kjv/deuteronomy/33/4); [Deuteronomy 33:5](../../../kjv/deuteronomy/33/5) so Aaron's was the rod of life, the rod of the Priest. As here the serpents, symbols of Satan, who had the power of death ; [Revelation 12:9](../../../kjv/revelation/12/9); [Hebrews 2:14](../../../kjv/hebrews/2/14) are swallowed up, so in resurrection death will be "swallowed up in victory" ; [1 Corinthians 15:54](../../../kjv/1-corinthians/15/54); [Numbers 17:8](../../../kjv/numbers/17/8).
