**Who shall**
The order is:
(1) the declaration of title, "the earth is the Lord's" [Psalms 24:1](../../../kjv/psalms/24/1); [Psalms 24:2](../../../kjv/psalms/24/2).
(2) Who shall rule the earth? ([Psalms 24:3-6](../../../kjv/psalms/24/3-6)). It is a question of worthiness, and no one is worthy but the Lamb. Cf. ; [Daniel 7:13](../../../kjv/daniel/7/13); [Daniel 7:14](../../../kjv/daniel/7/14); [Revelation 5:3-10](../../../kjv/revelation/5/3-10); [Matthew 25:31](../../../kjv/matthew/25/31).
(3) The King of glory takes the throne of earth [Psalms 24:7-10](../../../kjv/psalms/24/7-10).
See Psa 40., next in order of the Messianic Psalms.
