H5307 slain חֲלָלִ֖ים H2491 in mount בְּהַ֥ר H2022 Gilboa גִּלְבֹּֽעַ׃ H1533 2 followed hard וַיַּדְבְּק֣וּ H1692 And the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים H6430 after וְאַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 Saul שָׁאֽוּל׃ H7586 after וְאַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 his sons בְּנֵ֥י H1121 slew וַיַּכּ֣וּ H5221 And the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים H6430 אֶת H853 Jonathan יֽוֹנָתָ֧ן H3129 וְאֶת H853 and Abinadab אֲבִֽינָדָ֛ב H41 וְאֶת H853 מַלְכִּי H0 and Malchishua שׁ֖וּעַ H4444 his sons בְּנֵ֥י H1121 Saul שָׁאֽוּל׃ H7586 3 went sore וַתִּכְבַּ֤ד H3513 And the battle הַמִּלְחָמָה֙ H4421 עַל H5921 against Saul שָׁא֔וּל H7586 hit וַיִּמְצָאֻ֖הוּ H4672 and the archers הַיּוֹרִֽים׃ H3384 בַּקָּ֑שֶׁת H7198 him and he was wounded וַיָּ֖חֶל H2342 מִן H4480 and the archers הַיּוֹרִֽים׃ H3384 4 Then said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 Saul שָׁאוּל֙ H7586 אֶל H413 me But his armourbearer נֹשֵׂ֣א H5375 כֵלָ֜יו H3627 Draw שְׁלֹ֥ף H8025 a sword הַחֶ֔רֶב H2719 and thrust וְדָקְרֵ֣נִי H1856 בָ֗הּ H0 פֶּן H6435 come יָבֹ֜אוּ H935 me through therewith lest these uncircumcised הָֽעֲרֵלִ֤ים H6189 הָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ H428 and abuse וְהִתְעַלְּלוּ H5953 בִ֔י H0 וְלֹ֤א H3808 would אָבָה֙ H14 me But his armourbearer נֹשֵׂ֣א H5375 כֵלָ֔יו H3627 כִּ֥י H3588 afraid יָרֵ֖א H3372 not for he was sore מְאֹ֑ד H3966 took וַיִּקַּ֤ח H3947 Saul שָׁאוּל֙ H7586 אֶת H853 a sword הַחֶ֔רֶב H2719 and fell וַיִּפֹּ֖ל H5307 עָלֶֽיהָ׃ H5921 5 saw וַיַּ֥רְא H7200 And when his armourbearer נֹשֵֽׂא H5375 כֵלָ֖יו H3627 כִּ֣י H3588 and died וַיָּמֹֽת׃ H4191 that Saul שָׁא֑וּל H7586 he fell וַיִּפֹּ֥ל H5307 גַּם H1571 ה֛וּא H1931 עַל H5921 likewise on the sword הַחֶ֖רֶב H2719 and died וַיָּמֹֽת׃ H4191 6 died מֵֽתוּ׃ H4191 So Saul שָׁאוּל֙ H7586 and his three וּשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת H7969 sons בָּנָ֔יו H1121 וְכָל H3605 and all his house בֵּית֖וֹ H1004 together יַחְדָּ֥ו H3162 died מֵֽתוּ׃ H4191 7 saw וַ֠יִּרְאוּ H7200 כָּל H3605 And when all the men אִ֨ישׁ H376 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל H3478 אֲשֶׁר H834 that were in the valley בָּעֵ֙מֶק֙ H6010 כִּ֣י H3588 and fled וַיָּנֻ֔סוּ H5127 וְכִי H3588 were dead מֵ֖תוּ H4191 and that Saul שָׁא֣וּל H7586 and his sons וּבָנָ֑יו H1121 then they forsook וַיַּֽעַזְב֤וּ H5800 their cities עָֽרֵיהֶם֙ H5892 and fled וַיָּנֻ֔סוּ H5127 came וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ H935 and the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים H6430 and dwelt וַיֵּֽשְׁב֖וּ H3427 בָּהֶֽם׃ H0 8 וַֽיְהִי֙ H1961 And it came to pass on the morrow מִֽמָּחֳרָ֔ת H4283 came וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ H935 when the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים H6430 to strip לְפַשֵּׁ֖ט H6584 אֶת H853 the slain הַֽחֲלָלִ֑ים H2491 that they found וַֽיִּמְצְא֤וּ H4672 אֶת H853 Saul שָׁאוּל֙ H7586 וְאֶת H853 and his sons בָּנָ֔יו H1121 fallen נֹֽפְלִ֖ים H5307 in mount בְּהַ֥ר H2022 Gilboa גִּלְבֹּֽעַ׃ H1533 9 And when they had stripped וַיַּ֨פְשִׁיטֻ֔הוּ H6584 him they took וַיִּשְׂא֥וּ H5375 אֶת H853 his head רֹאשׁ֖וֹ H7218 וְאֶת H853 and his armour כֵּלָ֑יו H3627 and sent וַיְשַׁלְּח֨וּ H7971 into the land בְאֶֽרֶץ H776 of the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֜ים H6430 round about סָבִ֗יב H5439 to carry tidings לְבַשֵּׂ֛ר H1319 אֶת H853 unto their idols עֲצַבֵּיהֶ֖ם H6091 וְאֶת H853 and to the people הָעָֽם׃ H5971 10 And they put וַיָּשִׂ֙ימוּ֙ H7760 אֶת H853 his armour כֵּלָ֔יו H3627 in the house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of their gods אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם H430 וְאֶת H853 his head גֻּלְגָּלְתּ֥וֹ H1538 and fastened תָֽקְע֖וּ H8628 in the house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of Dagon דָּגֽוֹן׃ H1712 11 heard וַֽיִּשְׁמְע֔וּ H8085 כֹּ֖ל H3605 And when all Jabeshgilead יָבֵ֣ישׁ H3003 גִּלְעָ֑ד H1568 אֵ֛ת H853 כָּל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 had done עָשׂ֥וּ H6213 all that the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים H6430 to Saul לְשָׁאֽוּל׃ H7586 12 They arose וַיָּקוּמוּ֮ H6965 כָּל H3605 men אִ֣ישׁ H376 all the valiant חַיִל֒ H2428 and took away וַיִּשְׂא֞וּ H5375 אֶת H853 and the bodies גּוּפֹ֣ת H1480 of Saul שָׁא֗וּל H7586 וְאֵת֙ H853 and the bodies גּוּפֹ֣ת H1480 of his sons בָּנָ֔יו H1121 and brought וַיְבִיא֖וּם H935 in Jabesh בְּיָבֵ֔שׁ H3003 and buried וַיִּקְבְּר֨וּ H6912 אֶת H853 their bones עַצְמֽוֹתֵיהֶ֜ם H6106 תַּ֤חַת H8478 under the oak הָֽאֵלָה֙ H424 in Jabesh בְּיָבֵ֔שׁ H3003 and fasted וַיָּצ֖וּמוּ H6684 seven שִׁבְעַ֥ת H7651 days יָמִֽים׃ H3117 13 died וַיָּ֣מָת H4191 So Saul שָׁא֗וּל H7586 which he committed בְּמַֽעֲלוֹ֙ H4603 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 for his transgression מָעַ֣ל H4604 against the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 עַל H5921 even against the word דְּבַ֥ר H1697 against the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 which he kept שָׁמָ֑ר H8104 וְגַם H1571 not and also for asking לִשְׁא֥וֹל H7592 counsel of one that had a familiar spirit בָּא֖וֹב H178 to enquire לִדְרֽוֹשׁ׃ H1875 14 וְלֹֽא H3808 And enquired דָרַ֥שׁ H1875 not of the LORD
