and worship וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוִיתֶ֖ם H7812 לָהֶֽם׃ H0 7 Then will I cut off וְהִכְרַתִּ֣י H3772 אֶת H853 Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל H3478 מֵעַ֨ל H5921 of my sight פָּנָ֑י H6440 of the land הָֽאֲדָמָה֙ H127 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which I have given נָתַ֣תִּי H5414 לָהֶ֔ם H0 וְאֶת H853 them and this house הַבַּ֙יִת֙ H1004 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which I have hallowed הִקְדַּ֣שְׁתִּי H6942 for my ~ לִשְׁמִ֔י H8034 will I cast out אֲשַׁלַּ֖ח H7971 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 of my sight פָּנָ֑י H6440 וְהָיָ֧ה H1961 Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל H3478 shall be a proverb לְמָשָׁ֥ל H4912 and a byword וְלִשְׁנִינָ֖ה H8148 בְּכָל H3605 among all people הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ H5971 8 And at this house וְלַבַּ֥יִת H1004 הַזֶּה֙ H2088 יִֽהְיֶ֣ה H1961 which is high עֶלְי֔וֹן H5945 כָּל H3605 every one that passeth עֹבֵ֥ר H5674 עָלָ֖יו H5921 by it shall be לָאָ֥רֶץ H776 הַזֹּ֖את H2063 And at this house וְלַבַּ֥יִת H1004 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 9 And they shall answer וְאָֽמְר֗וּ H559 עַל֩ H5921 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 Because they forsook עָֽזְב֜וּ H5800 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 gods בֵּֽאלֹהִ֣ים H430 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 who brought forth הוֹצִ֣יא H3318 אֶת H853 their fathers אֲבֹתָם֮ H1 out of the land מֵאֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרַיִם֒ H4714 and have taken hold וַֽיַּחֲזִ֙קוּ֙ H2388 gods בֵּֽאלֹהִ֣ים H430 upon other אֲחֵרִ֔ים H312 and have worshipped וַיִּשְׁתַּחֲוֻּ֥ H7812 לָהֶ֖ם H0 them and served וַיַּֽעַבְדֻ֑ם H5647 עַל H5921 כֵּ֗ן H3651 brought הֵבִ֤יא H935 the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם H5921 אֵ֥ת H853 כָּל H3605 upon them all this evil הָֽרָעָ֖ה H7451 הַזֹּֽאת׃ H2063 10 וַיְהִ֗י H1961 And it came to pass at the end מִקְצֵה֙ H7097 of twenty עֶשְׂרִ֣ים H6242 years שָׁנָ֔ה H8141 אֲשֶׁר H834 had built בָּנָ֥ה H1129 when Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה H8010 אֶת H853 the two שְׁנֵ֣י H8147 house בֵּ֥ית H1004 אֶת H853 house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 וְאֶת H853 house בֵּ֥ית H1004 and the king's הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 11 Now Hiram לְחִירָם֙ H2438 king הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ H4428 of Tyre צֹ֠ר H6865 had furnished נִשָּׂ֨א H5375 אֶת H853 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה H8010 trees וּבַֽעֲצֵ֧י H6086 with cedar אֲרָזִ֨ים H730 trees וּבַֽעֲצֵ֧י H6086 and fir בְרוֹשִׁ֛ים H1265 and with gold וּבַזָּהָ֖ב H2091 לְכָל H3605 according to all his desire חֶפְצ֑וֹ H2656 that then אָ֡ז H227 gave יִתֵּן֩ H5414 king הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ H4428 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה H8010 Now Hiram לְחִירָם֙ H2438 twenty עֶשְׂרִ֣ים H6242 cities עִ֔יר H5892 in the land בְּאֶ֖רֶץ H776 of Galilee הַגָּלִֽיל׃ H1551 12 came out וַיֵּצֵ֤א H3318 And Hiram חִירָם֙ H2438 from Tyre מִצֹּ֔ר H6865 to see לִרְאוֹת֙ H7200 אֶת H853 the cities הֶ֣עָרִ֔ים H5892 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 had given נָֽתַן H5414 ל֖וֹ H0 which Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה H8010 וְלֹ֥א H3808 him and they pleased יָֽשְׁר֖וּ H3474 בְּעֵינָֽיו׃ H5869 13 And he said וַיֹּ֕אמֶר H559 מָ֚ה H4100 What cities הֶֽעָרִ֣ים H5892 הָאֵ֔לֶּה H428 אֲשֶׁר H834 are these which thou hast given נָתַ֥תָּה H5414 לִּ֖י H0 me my brother אָחִ֑י H251 And he called וַיִּקְרָ֤א H7121 לָהֶם֙ H0 them the land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Cabul כָּב֔וּל H3521 עַ֖ד H5704 unto this day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 14 sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֥ח H7971 And Hiram חִירָ֖ם H2438 to the king לַמֶּ֑לֶךְ H4428 sixscore מֵאָ֥ה H3967 וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים H6242 talents כִּכַּ֥ר H3603 of gold זָהָֽב׃ H2091 15 וְזֶ֨ה H2088 And this is the reason דְבַר H1697 of the levy הַמַּ֜ס H4522 אֲשֶֽׁר H834 raised הֶעֱלָ֣ה׀ H5927 which king הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ H4428 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 for to build לִבְנוֹת֩ H1129 אֶת H853 and his own house בֵּיתוֹ֙ H1004 of the LORD יְהוָ֤ה H3068 וְאֶת H853 and his own house בֵּיתוֹ֙ H1004 וְאֶת H853 and Millo הַמִּלּ֔וֹא H4407 וְאֵ֖ת H853 and the wall חוֹמַ֣ת H2346 of Jerusalem יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם H3389 וְאֶת H853 and Hazor חָצֹ֥ר H2674 וְאֶת H853 and Megiddo מְגִדּ֖וֹ H4023 וְאֶת H853 and Gezer גָּֽזֶר׃ H1507 16 For Pharaoh פַּרְעֹ֨ה H6547 king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Egypt מִצְרַ֜יִם H4714 had gone up עָלָ֗ה H5927 and taken וַיִּלְכֹּ֤ד H3920 אֶת H853 Gezer גֶּ֙זֶר֙ H1507 and burnt וַיִּשְׂרְפָ֣הּ H8313 it with fire בָּאֵ֔שׁ H784 וְאֶת H853 the Canaanites הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֛י H3669 that dwelt הַיֹּשֵׁ֥ב H3427 in the city בָּעִ֖יר H5892 and slain הָרָ֑ג H2026 and given וַֽיִּתְּנָהּ֙ H5414 it for a present שִׁלֻּחִ֔ים H7964 unto his daughter לְבִתּ֖וֹ H1323 wife אֵ֥שֶׁת H802 Solomon's שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃ H8010 17 built וַיִּ֤בֶן H1129 And Solomon שְׁלֹמֹה֙ H8010 אֶת H853 Gezer גָּ֔זֶר H1507 וְאֶת H853 בֵּ֥ית H0 and Bethhoron חֹרֹ֖ן H1032 the nether תַּחְתּֽוֹן׃ H8481 18 וְאֶֽת H853 And Baalath בַּעֲלָ֛ת H1191 וְאֶת H853 and Tadmor תַּדְמֹ֥ר H8412 in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר H4057 in the land בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 19 וְאֵ֨ת H853 כָּל H3605 And all the cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 of store הַֽמִּסְכְּנוֹת֙ H4543 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 הָי֣וּ H1961 that Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 וְאֵת֙ H853 And all the cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 for his chariots הָרֶ֔כֶב H7393 וְאֵ֖ת H853 And all the cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 for his horsemen הַפָּֽרָשִׁ֑ים H6571 וְאֵ֣ת׀ H853 and that חֵ֣שֶׁק H2837 that Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 desired חָשַׁק֙ H2836 to build לִבְנ֤וֹת H1129 in Jerusalem בִּירֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ H3389 and in Lebanon וּבַלְּבָנ֔וֹן H3844 וּבְכֹ֖ל H3605 and in all the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 of his dominion מֶמְשַׁלְתּֽוֹ׃ H4475 20 כָּל H3605 And all the people הָ֠עָם H5971 that were left הַנּוֹתָ֨ר H3498 מִן H4480 of the Amorites הָֽאֱמֹרִ֜י H567 Hittites הַֽחִתִּ֤י H2850 Perizzites הַפְּרִזִּי֙ H6522 Hivites הַֽחִוִּ֣י H2340 and Jebusites וְהַיְבוּסִ֔י H2983 אֲשֶׁ֛ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 which were not of the children מִבְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 הֵֽמָּה׃ H1992 21 Their children בְּנֵ֥י H1121 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 that were left נֹֽתְר֤וּ H3498 after אַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙ H310 them in the land בָּאָ֔רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 also were not able יָכְל֛וּ H3201 Their children בְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 utterly to destroy לְהַֽחֲרִימָ֑ם H2763 levy וַיַּֽעֲלֵ֤ם H5927 upon those did Solomon שְׁלֹמֹה֙ H8010 a tribute לְמַס H4522 of bondservice עֹבֵ֔ד H5647 עַ֖ד H5704 unto this day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 22 But of the children וּמִבְּנֵי֙ H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 לֹֽא H3808 make נָתַ֥ן H5414 did Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה H8010 and his servants וַֽעֲבָדָיו֙ H5650 כִּי H3588 הֵ֞ם H1992 אַנְשֵׁ֣י H376 of war הַמִּלְחָמָ֗ה H4421 and his servants וַֽעֲבָדָיו֙ H5650 and his princes וְשָׂרֵ֥י H8269 and his captains וְשָֽׁלִישָׁ֔יו H7991 and his princes וְשָׂרֵ֥י H8269 of his chariots רִכְבּ֖וֹ H7393 and his horsemen וּפָֽרָשָֽׁיו׃ H6571 23 אֵ֣לֶּה׀ H428 These were the chief שָׂרֵ֣י H8269 of the officers הַנִּצָּבִ֗ים H5324 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 עַל H5921 in the work בַּמְּלָאכָֽה׃ H4399 that were over Solomon's לִשְׁלֹמֹ֔ה H8010 and fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֖ים H2572 five וַֽחֲמֵ֣שׁ H2568 hundred מֵא֑וֹת H3967 which bare rule הָֽרֹדִ֣ים H7287 over the people בָּעָ֔ם H5971 that wrought הָֽעֹשִׂ֖ים H6213 in the work בַּמְּלָאכָֽה׃ H4399 24 אַ֣ךְ H389 daughter בַּת H1323 But Pharaoh's פַּרְעֹ֗ה H6547 came up עָֽלְתָה֙ H5927 out of the city מֵעִ֣יר H5892 of David דָּוִ֔ד H1732 אֶל H413 unto her house בֵּיתָ֖הּ H1004 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 for her then did he build בָּנָ֥ה H1129 לָ֑הּ H0 אָ֖ז H227 for her then did he build בָּנָ֥ה H1129 אֶת H853 Millo הַמִּלּֽוֹא׃ H4407 25 offer וְהֶֽעֱלָ֣ה H5927 did Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֡ה H8010 And three שָׁלֹשׁ֩ H7969 times פְּעָמִ֨ים H6471 in a year בַּשָּׁנָ֜ה H8141 burnt offerings עֹל֣וֹת H5930 and peace offerings וּשְׁלָמִ֗ים H8002 עַל H5921 upon the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ H4196 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which he built בָּנָ֣ה H1129 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 and he burnt incense וְהַקְטֵ֣יר H6999 אִתּ֔וֹ H854 אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 that was before לִפְנֵ֣י H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 So he finished וְשִׁלַּ֖ם H7999 אֶת H853 the house הַבָּֽיִת׃ H1004 26 a navy of ships וָֽאֳנִ֡י H590 made עָשָׂה֩ H6213 And king הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ H4428 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֜ה H8010 בְּעֶצְיֽוֹן H0 in Eziongeber גֶּ֨בֶר H6100 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 אֶת H854 which is beside Eloth אֵל֛וֹת H359 עַל H5921 on the shore שְׂפַ֥ת H8193 sea יַם H3220 of the Red ס֖וּף H5488 in the land בְּאֶ֥רֶץ H776 of Edom אֱדֽוֹם׃ H123 27 sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח H7971 And Hiram חִירָ֤ם H2438 in the navy בָּֽאֳנִי֙ H590 אֶת H853 his servants עַבְדֵ֥י H5650 shipmen אַנְשֵׁ֣י H582 אֳנִיּ֔וֹת H591 that had knowledge יֹֽדְעֵ֖י H3045 of the sea הַיָּ֑ם H3220 עִ֖ם H5973 his servants עַבְדֵ֥י H5650 of Solomon שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃ H8010 28 And they came וַיָּבִ֖אוּ H935 to Ophir אוֹפִ֔ירָה H211 and fetched וַיִּקְח֤וּ H3947 מִשָּׁם֙ H8033 from thence gold זָהָ֔ב H2091 four אַרְבַּע H702 hundred מֵא֥וֹת H3967 and twenty וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים H6242
