your fathers אֲבֹֽתֵיכֶם֙ H1 אֶל H413 then the LORD יְהוָ֜ה H3068 sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח H7971 then the LORD יְהוָ֜ה H3068 אֶת H853 Moses מֹשֶׁ֣ה H4872 וְאֶֽת H853 and Aaron אַהֲרֹ֗ן H175 which brought they forgat וַֽיִּשְׁכְּח֖וּ H7911 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 their God אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם H430 he sold וַיִּמְכֹּ֣ר H4376 אֹתָ֡ם H853 and into the hand וּבְיַד֙ H3027 of Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֩ H5516 captain שַׂר H8269 of the host צְבָ֨א H6635 of Hazor חָצ֜וֹר H2674 and into the hand וּבְיַד֙ H3027 of the Philistines פְּלִשְׁתִּ֗ים H6430 and into the hand וּבְיַד֙ H3027 of the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of Moab מוֹאָ֔ב H4124 and they fought וַיִּֽלָּחֲמ֖וּ H3898 בָּֽם׃ H0 10 And they cried וַיִּזְעֲק֤וּ H2199 אֶל H413 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 and said וַיֹּֽאמְר֣ H559 We have sinned חָטָ֔אנוּ H2398 כִּ֤י H3588 because we have forsaken עָזַ֙בְנוּ֙ H5800 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 and have served וְנַֽעַבְדֶֽךָּ׃ H5647 אֶת H853 Baalim הַבְּעָלִ֖ים H1168 וְאֶת H853 and Ashtaroth הָֽעַשְׁתָּר֑וֹת H6252 וְעַתָּ֗ה H6258 but now deliver הַצִּילֵ֛נוּ H5337 us out of the hand מִיַּ֥ד H3027 of our enemies אֹֽיְבֵ֖ינוּ H341 and have served וְנַֽעַבְדֶֽךָּ׃ H5647 11 sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח H7971 And the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 אֶת H853 Jerubbaal יְרֻבַּ֣עַל H3378 וְאֶת H853 and Bedan בְּדָ֔ן H917 וְאֶת H853 and Jephthah יִפְתָּ֖ח H3316 וְאֶת H853 and Samuel שְׁמוּאֵ֑ל H8050 and delivered וַיַּצֵּ֨ל H5337 אֶתְכֶ֜ם H853 you out of the hand מִיַּ֤ד H3027 of your enemies אֹֽיְבֵיכֶם֙ H341 on every side מִסָּבִ֔יב H5439 and ye dwelled וַתֵּֽשְׁב֖וּ H3427 safe בֶּֽטַח׃ H983 12 And when ye saw וַתִּרְא֗וּ H7200 כִּֽי H3588 that Nahash נָחָ֞שׁ H5176 the king מַלְכְּכֶֽם׃ H4428 of the children בְּנֵֽי H1121 of Ammon עַמּוֹן֮ H5983 came בָּ֣א H935 עֲלֵיכֶם֒ H5921 against you ye said וַתֹּ֣אמְרוּ H559 לִ֔י H0 לֹ֕א H3808 כִּי H3588 the king מַלְכְּכֶֽם׃ H4428 shall reign יִמְלֹ֣ךְ H4427 עָלֵ֑ינוּ H5921 over us when the LORD וַֽיהוָ֥ה H3068 your God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם H430 the king מַלְכְּכֶֽם׃ H4428 13 וְעַתָּ֗ה H6258 הִנֵּ֥ה H2009 Now therefore behold the king מֶֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 whom ye have chosen בְּחַרְתֶּ֖ם H977 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 and whom ye have desired שְׁאֶלְתֶּ֑ם H7592 וְהִנֵּ֨ה H2009 hath set נָתַ֧ן H5414 and behold the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם H5921 Now therefore behold the king מֶֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 14 אִם H518 If ye will fear תִּֽירְא֣וּ H3372 אֶת H853 of the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 and serve וַֽעֲבַדְתֶּ֤ם H5647 אֹתוֹ֙ H853 him and obey וּשְׁמַעְתֶּ֣ם H8085 his voice בְּקוֹל֔וֹ H6963 וְלֹ֥א H3808 and not rebel תַמְר֖וּ H4784 אֶת H854 against the commandment פִּ֣י H6310 of the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 וִֽהְיִתֶ֣ם H1961 גַּם H1571 אַתֶּ֗ם H859 וְגַם H1571 then shall both ye and also the king הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ H4428 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that reigneth מָלַ֣ךְ H4427 עֲלֵיכֶ֔ם H5921 over you continue following אַחַ֖ר H310 of the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 your God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶֽם׃ H430 15 וְאִם H518 לֹ֤א H3808 But if ye will not obey תִשְׁמְעוּ֙ H8085 the voice בְּק֣וֹל H6963 of the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 but rebel וּמְרִיתֶ֖ם H4784 אֶת H854 against the commandment פִּ֣י H6310 of the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 וְהָֽיְתָ֧ה H1961 then shall the hand יַד H3027 of the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 בָּכֶ֖ם H0 be against you as it was against your fathers וּבַאֲבֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃ H1 16 Now therefore גַּם H1571 עַתָּה֙ H6258 stand הִתְיַצְּב֣וּ H3320 and see וּרְא֔וּ H7200 אֶת H853 thing הַדָּבָ֥ר H1697 this great הַגָּד֖וֹל H1419 הַזֶּ֑ה H2088 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 will do עֹשֶׂ֖ה H6213 before your eyes לְעֵֽינֵיכֶֽם׃ H5869 17 הֲל֤וֹא H3808 harvest קְצִיר H7105 Is it not wheat חִטִּים֙ H2406 to day הַיּ֔וֹם H3117 I will call אֶקְרָא֙ H7121 אֶל H413 of the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 and he shall send וְיִתֵּ֥ן H5414 thunder קֹל֖וֹת H6963 and rain וּמָטָ֑ר H4306 that ye may perceive וּדְע֣וּ H3045 and see וּרְא֗וּ H7200 כִּֽי H3588 that your wickedness רָעַתְכֶ֤ם H7451 is great רַבָּה֙ H7227 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 which ye have done עֲשִׂיתֶם֙ H6213 in the sight בְּעֵינֵ֣י H5869 of the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 in asking לִשְׁא֥וֹל H7592 לָכֶ֖ם H0 you a king מֶֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 18 called וַיִּקְרָ֤א H7121 So Samuel שְׁמוּאֵֽל׃ H8050 אֶל H413 and the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 sent וַיִּתֵּ֧ן H5414 and the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 thunder קֹלֹ֥ת H6963 and rain וּמָטָ֖ר H4306 that day בַּיּ֣וֹם H3117 הַה֑וּא H1931 feared וַיִּירָ֨א H3372 כָל H3605 and all the people הָעָ֥ם H5971 greatly מְאֹ֛ד H3966 אֶת H853 and the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 וְאֶת H853 So Samuel שְׁמוּאֵֽל׃ H8050 19 said וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ H559 כָל H3605 And all the people הָעָ֜ם H5971 אֶל H413 unto Samuel שְׁמוּאֵ֗ל H8050 Pray הִתְפַּלֵּ֧ל H6419 בְּעַד H1157 for thy servants עֲבָדֶ֛יךָ H5650 אֶל H413 unto the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ H430 וְאַל H408 that we die נָמ֑וּת H4191 כִּֽי H3588 not for we have added יָסַ֤פְנוּ H3254 עַל H5921 כָּל H3605 unto all our sins חַטֹּאתֵ֙ינוּ֙ H2403 this evil רָעָ֔ה H7451 to ask לִשְׁאֹ֥ל H7592 לָ֖נוּ H0 us a king מֶֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 20 said וַיֹּ֨אמֶר H559 And Samuel שְׁמוּאֵ֤ל H8050 אֶל H413 unto the people הָעָם֙ H5971 אַל H408 Fear תִּירָ֔אוּ H3372 אַתֶּ֣ם H859 not ye have done עֲשִׂיתֶ֔ם H6213 אֵ֥ת H853 כָּל H3605 all this wickedness הָֽרָעָ֖ה H7451 הַזֹּ֑את H2063 אַ֗ךְ H389 אַל H408 yet turn not aside תָּס֙וּרוּ֙ H5493 from following מֵאַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 but serve וַֽעֲבַדְתֶּ֥ם H5647 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 בְּכָל H3605 with all your heart לְבַבְכֶֽם׃ H3824 21 וְלֹ֖א H3808 And turn ye not aside תָּס֑וּרוּ H5493 כִּ֣י׀ H3588 for then should ye go after אַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 for they are vain תֹ֥הוּ H8414 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 things which cannot profit יוֹעִ֛ילוּ H3276 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor deliver יַצִּ֖ילוּ H5337 כִּי H3588 for they are vain תֹ֥הוּ H8414 הֵֽמָּה׃ H1992 22 כִּ֠י H3588 לֹֽא H3808 will not forsake יִטֹּ֤שׁ H5203 For the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 אֶת H853 his people לְעָֽם׃ H5971 בַּֽעֲב֖וּר H5668 name's שְׁמ֣וֹ H8034 for his great הַגָּד֑וֹל H1419 כִּ֚י H3588 sake because it hath pleased הוֹאִ֣יל H2974 For the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 to make לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת H6213 אֶתְכֶ֛ם H853 ל֖וֹ H0 his people לְעָֽם׃ H5971 23 גַּ֣ם H1571 Moreover as for me אָֽנֹכִ֗י H595 God forbid חָלִ֤ילָה H2486 לִּי֙ H0 that I should sin מֵֽחֲטֹ֣א H2398 against the LORD לַֽיהוָ֔ה H3068 in ceasing מֵֽחֲדֹ֖ל H2308 to pray לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֣ל H6419 בַּֽעַדְכֶ֑ם H1157 for you but I will teach וְהֽוֹרֵיתִ֣י H3384 אֶתְכֶ֔ם H853 way בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ H1870 you the good
