וַיַּ֤עַל H5927 And David דָּוִד֙ H1732 and his men וַֽאֲנָשָׁ֔יו H582 and invaded וַֽיִּפְשְׁט֛וּ H6584 אֶל H413 the Geshurites הַגְּשׁוּרִ֥י H1651 and the Gezrites וְהַגִּרְזִ֖י H1511 and the Amalekites וְהָעֲמָֽלֵקִ֑י H6003 כִּ֣י H3588 for those הֵ֜נָּה H2007 the inhabitants יֹֽשְׁב֤וֹת H3427 even unto the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 nations were of old מֵֽעוֹלָ֔ם H5769 as thou goest בּֽוֹאֲךָ֥ H935 to Shur שׁ֖וּרָה H7793 וְעַד H5704 even unto the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 9 smote וְהִכָּ֤ה H5221 And David דָוִד֙ H1732 אֶת H853 the land הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 וְלֹ֥א H3808 alive יְחַיֶּ֖ה H2421 and left neither man אִ֣ישׁ H376 nor woman וְאִשָּׁ֑ה H802 and took away וְלָקַח֩ H3947 the sheep צֹ֨אן H6629 and the oxen וּבָקָ֜ר H1241 and the asses וַֽחֲמֹרִ֤ים H2543 and the camels וּגְמַלִּים֙ H1581 and the apparel וּבְגָדִ֔ים H899 and returned וַיָּ֖שָׁב H7725 and came וַיָּבֹ֥א H935 אֶל H413 to Achish אָכִֽישׁ׃ H397 10 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And Achish אָכִ֔ישׁ H397 Whither אַל H408 have ye made a road פְּשַׁטְתֶּ֖ם H6584 to day הַיּ֑וֹם H3117 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And David דָּוִ֗ד H1732 עַל H5921 Against the south נֶ֖גֶב H5045 of Judah יְהוּדָה֙ H3063 וְעַל עָלֵ֖ינוּ H5921 on us saying לֵאמֹ֑ר H559 כֹּֽה H3541 So did עָשָׂ֤ה H6213 And David דָוִד֙ H1732 וְכֹ֣ה H3541 and so will be his manner מִשְׁפָּט֔וֹ H4941 כָּל H3605 all the while הַ֨יָּמִ֔ים H3117
