פְלִשְׁתִּים֙ H6430 אֶת H853 the ark אֲר֣וֹן H727 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים H430 they brought וַיָּבִ֥אוּ H935 אֹת֖וֹ H853 it into the house בֵּ֣ית H1004 Dagon דָּגֽוֹן׃ H1712 and set וַיַּצִּ֥יגוּ H3322 אֹת֖וֹ H853 it by אֵ֥צֶל H681 Dagon דָּגֽוֹן׃ H1712 3 arose early וַיַּשְׁכִּ֤מוּ H7925 And when they of Ashdod אַשְׁדּוֹדִים֙ H796 on the morrow מִֽמָּחֳרָ֔ת H4283 וְהִנֵּ֣ה H2009 Dagon דָּג֔וֹן H1712 was fallen נֹפֵ֤ל H5307 before לִפְנֵ֖י H6440 to the earth אַ֔רְצָה H776 before לִפְנֵ֖י H6440 the ark אֲר֣וֹן H727 of the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 And they took וַיִּקְחוּ֙ H3947 אֶת H853 Dagon דָּג֔וֹן H1712 again וַיָּשִׁ֥בוּ H7725 אֹת֖וֹ H853 him in his place לִמְקוֹמֽוֹ׃ H4725 4 And when they arose early וַיַּשְׁכִּ֣מוּ H7925 morning בַבֹּקֶר֮ H1242 on the morrow מִֽמָּחֳרָת֒ H4283 וְהִנֵּ֣ה H2009 behold Dagon דָּג֖וֹן H1712 was fallen נֹפֵ֤ל H5307 before לִפְנֵ֖י H6440 to the ground אַ֔רְצָה H776 before לִפְנֵ֖י H6440 the ark אֲר֣וֹן H727 of the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 and the head הָֽאַשְׁדּוֹדִ֖ים H796 and he destroyed וַיְשִׁמֵּ֑ם H8074 them and smote וַיַּ֤ךְ H5221 אֹתָם֙ H853 בַּעְּפֹלִ֔ים H6076 אֶת H853 even Ashdod אַשְׁדּ֖וֹד H795 וְאֶת H853 and the coasts גְּבוּלֶֽיהָ׃ smote וַיַּךְ֙ H5221 אֶת H853 אַנְשֵׁ֣י H376 of the city הָעִ֔יר H5892 both small מִקָּטֹ֖ן H6996 וְעַד H5704 and great גָּד֑וֹל H1419 in their secret parts וַיִּשָּֽׂתְר֥וּ H8368 לָהֶ֖ם H0 עְפֹלִֽים׃ H6076 10 Therefore they sent וַֽיְשַׁלְּח֛וּ H7971 אֶת H853 And it came to pass as the ark אֲרוֹן֙ H727 of God אֱלֹהֵ֣י H430 to Ekron עֶקְר֔וֹן H6138 וַיְהִ֗י H1961 came כְּב֨וֹא H935 And it came to שַׁלְּח֞וּ H7971 אֶת H853 the ark אֲר֨וֹן H727 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים H430 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 and let it go again וְיָשֹׁ֣ב H7725 to his own place לִמְקוֹמ֔וֹ H4725 וְלֹֽא H3808 that it slay יָמִ֥ית H4191 אֹתִ֖י H853 וְאֶת H853 us not and our people עַמִּ֑י H5971 כִּֽי H3588 הָיְתָ֤ה H1961 destruction מְהֽוּמַת H4103 for there was a deadly מָ֙וֶת֙ H4194 בְּכָל H3605 throughout all the city הָעִ֔יר H5892 heavy כָּֽבְדָ֥ה H3513 was very מְאֹ֛ד H3966 the hand יַ֥ד H3027 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים H430 שָֽׁם׃ H8033 12 וְהָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙ H376 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 לֹא H3808 that died מֵ֔תוּ H4191 not were
