H1004 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים H430 And king הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 וְכָל H3605 and all the people הָעָֽם׃ H5971 6 And the priests וְהַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ H3548 עַל H5921 on their offices מִשְׁמְרוֹתָ֣ם H4931 stood עֹֽמְדִֽים׃ H5975 the Levites וְהַלְוִיִּ֞ם H3881 also with instruments בִּכְלֵי H3627 of musick שִׁ֤יר H7892 of the LORD לַֽיהוָה֙ H3068 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 had made עָשָׂ֜ה H6213 when David דָּוִ֖יד H1732 הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים H8002 כִּֽי H3588 altar מִזְבַּ֤ח H4196 because the brasen הַנְּחֹ֙שֶׁת֙ H5178 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 for there he offered עָשָׂ֣ה H6213 Moreover Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה H8010 לֹ֣א H3808 was not able יָכ֗וֹל H3201 to receive לְהָכִ֛יל H3557 אֶת H853 burnt offerings הָֽעֹלָ֥ה H5930 וְאֶת H853 and the meat offerings הַמִּנְחָ֖ה H4503 וְאֶת H853 and the fat הַֽחֲלָבִֽים׃ H2459 8 kept וַיַּ֣עַשׂ H6213 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֣ה H8010 אֶת H853 the feast הֶ֠חָג H2282 Also at the same time בָּעֵ֨ת H6256 הַהִ֜יא H1931 seven שִׁבְעַ֤ת H7651 days יָמִים֙ H3117 וְכָל H3605 and all Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל H3478 עִמּ֔וֹ H5973 congregation קָהָ֖ל H6951 great גָּד֣וֹל H1419 with him a very מְאֹ֑ד H3966 from the entering in מִלְּב֥וֹא H935 of Hamath חֲמָ֖ת H2574 עַד H5704 unto the river נַ֥חַל H5158 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 9 for they kept עָשׂוּ֙ H6213 day יָמִֽים׃ H3117 And in the eighth הַשְּׁמִינִ֖י H8066 a solemn assembly עֲצָ֑רֶת H6116 כִּ֣י׀ H3588 the dedication חֲנֻכַּ֣ת H2598 of the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֗חַ H4196 for they kept עָשׂוּ֙ H6213 seven שִׁבְעַ֥ת H7651 day יָמִֽים׃ H3117 and the feast וְהֶחָ֖ג H2282 seven שִׁבְעַ֥ת H7651 day יָמִֽים׃ H3117 10 day וּבְי֨וֹם H3117 and twentieth עֶשְׂרִ֤ים H6242 And on the three וּשְׁלֹשָׁה֙ H7969 month לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ H2320 of the seventh הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י H7637 away שִׁלַּ֥ח H7971 אֶת H853 his people עַמּֽוֹ׃ H5971 into their tents לְאָֽהֳלֵיהֶ֑ם H168 glad שְׂמֵחִים֙ H8056 and merry הַטּוֹבָ֗ה H2896 in heart לֵ֔ב H3820 עַל H5921 and merry הַטּוֹבָ֗ה H2896 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 had shewed עָשָׂ֤ה H6213 that the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 unto David לְדָוִ֣יד H1732 and to Solomon וְלִשְׁלֹמֹ֔ה H8010 and to Israel וּלְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 his people עַמּֽוֹ׃ H5971 11 finished וַיְכַ֧ל H3615 Thus Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 אֶת H853 and in his own house וּבְבֵית֖וֹ H1004 of the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 וְאֶת H853 and in his own house וּבְבֵית֖וֹ H1004 and the king's הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ H4428 וְאֵ֨ת H853 כָּל H3605 and all that came הַבָּ֜א H935 עַל H5921 heart לֵ֣ב H3820 Thus Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 to make לַֽעֲשׂ֧וֹת H6213 and in his own house וּבְבֵית֖וֹ H1004 of the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 and in his own house וּבְבֵית֖וֹ H1004 he prosperously effected הִצְלִֽיחַ׃ H6743 12 appeared וַיֵּרָ֧א H7200 And the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 אֶל H413 to Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה H8010 by night בַּלָּ֑יְלָה H3915 and said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 ל֗וֹ H0 unto him I have heard שָׁמַ֙עְתִּי֙ H8085 אֶת H853 thy prayer תְּפִלָּתֶ֔ךָ H8605 and have chosen וּבָחַ֜רְתִּי H977 this place בַּמָּק֥וֹם H4725 הַזֶּ֛ה H2088 לִ֖י H0 to myself for an house לְבֵ֥ית H1004 of sacrifice זָֽבַח׃ H2077 13 If וְהֵן H2005 I shut up אֶֽעֱצֹ֤ר H6113 heaven הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ H8064 וְלֹֽא H3808 יִהְיֶ֣ה H1961 that there be no rain מָטָ֔ר H4306 If וְהֵן H2005 or if I command אֲצַוֶּ֥ה H6680 עַל H5921 the locusts חָגָ֖ב H2284 to devour לֶֽאֱכ֣וֹל H398 the land הָאָ֑רֶץ H776 וְאִם H518 or if I send אֲשַׁלַּ֥ח H7971 pestilence דֶּ֖בֶר H1698 among my people בְּעַמִּֽי׃ H5971 14 shall humble וְיִכָּֽנְע֨וּ H3665 If my people עַמִּ֜י H5971 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 which are called נִֽקְרָא H7121 by my name שְׁמִ֣י H8034 עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם H5921 themselves and pray וְיִֽתְפַּֽלְלוּ֙ H6419 and seek וִֽיבַקְשׁ֣וּ H1245 my face פָנַ֔י H6440 and turn וְיָשֻׁ֖בוּ H7725 ways מִדַּרְכֵיהֶ֣ם H1870 from their wicked הָֽרָעִ֑ים H7451 וַֽאֲנִי֙ H589 then will I hear אֶשְׁמַ֣ע H8085 מִן H4480 from heaven הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם H8064 and will forgive וְאֶסְלַח֙ H5545 their sin לְחַטָּאתָ֔ם H2403 and will heal וְאֶרְפָּ֖א H7495 אֶת H853 their land אַרְצָֽם׃ H776 15 עַתָּ֗ה H6258 Now mine eyes עֵינַי֙ H5869 יִֽהְי֣וּ H1961 shall be open פְתֻח֔וֹת H6605 and mine ears וְאָזְנַ֖י H241 attent קַשֻּׁב֑וֹת H7183 unto the prayer לִתְפִלַּ֖ת H8605 that is made in this place הַמָּק֥וֹם H4725 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 16 וְעַתָּ֗ה H6258 For now have I chosen בָּחַ֤רְתִּי H977 and sanctified וְהִקְדַּ֙שְׁתִּי֙ H6942 אֶת H853 this house הַבַּ֣יִת H1004 הַזֶּ֔ה H2088 לִֽהְיוֹת H1961 that my name שְׁמִ֥י H8034 שָׁ֖ם H8033 may be there for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָ֑ם H5769 וְהָי֨וּ H1961 and mine eyes עֵינַ֧י H5869 and mine heart וְלִבִּ֛י H3820 שָׁ֖ם H8033 כָּל H3605 shall be there perpetually הַיָּמִֽים׃ H3117 17 וְאַתָּ֞ה H859 אִם H518 walked הָלַךְ֙ H1980 before לְפָנַ֗י H6440 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 walked הָלַךְ֙ H1980 me as David דָּוִ֣יד H1732 thy father אָבִ֔יךָ H1 and do וְלַֽעֲשׂ֕וֹת H6213 כְּכֹ֖ל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 according to all that I have commanded צִוִּיתִ֑יךָ H6680 my statutes וְחֻקַּ֥י H2706 and my judgments וּמִשְׁפָּטַ֖י H4941 thee and shalt observe תִּשְׁמֽוֹר׃ H8104 18 Then will I stablish וַהֲקִ֣ימוֹתִ֔י H6965 אֵ֖ת H853 the throne כִּסֵּ֣א H3678 of thy kingdom מַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָ H4438 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 There shall not fail יִכָּרֵ֤ת H3772 with David לְדָוִ֤יד H1732 thy father אָבִ֙יךָ֙ H1 saying לֵאמֹ֔ר H559 לֹֽא H3808 There shall not fail יִכָּרֵ֤ת H3772 לְךָ֙ H0 thee a man אִ֔ישׁ H376 to be ruler מוֹשֵׁ֖ל H4910 in Israel בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 19 וְאִם H518 But if ye turn away תְּשׁוּב֣וּן H7725 אַתֶּ֔ם H859 and forsake וַֽעֲזַבְתֶּם֙ H5800 my statutes חֻקּוֹתַ֣י H2708 and my commandments וּמִצְוֹתַ֔י H4687 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 which I have set נָתַ֖תִּי H5414 before לִפְנֵיכֶ֑ם H6440 you and shall go וַֽהֲלַכְתֶּ֗ם H1980 and serve וַֽעֲבַדְתֶּם֙ H5647 gods אֱלֹהִ֣ים H430 other אֲחֵרִ֔ים H312 and worship וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוִיתֶ֖ם H7812 לָהֶֽם׃ H0 20 Then will I pluck them up by the roots וּנְתַשְׁתִּ֗ים H5428 מֵעַ֤ל H5921 out of my land אַדְמָתִי֙ H127 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 and will make וְאֶתְּנֶ֛נּוּ H5414 לָהֶ֔ם H0 וְאֶת H853 them and this house הַבַּ֤יִת H1004 הַזֶּה֙ H2088 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which I have sanctified הִקְדַּ֣שְׁתִּי H6942 for my name לִשְׁמִ֔י H8034 will I cast out אַשְׁלִ֖יךְ H7993 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 of my sight פָּנָ֑י H6440 and will make וְאֶתְּנֶ֛נּוּ H5414 it to be a proverb לְמָשָׁ֥ל H4912 and a byword וְלִשְׁנִינָ֖ה H8148 בְּכָל H3605 among all nations הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ H5971 21 And this house וְלַבַּ֥יִת H1004 הַזֶּה֙ H2088 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 הָיָ֣ה H1961 which is high עֶלְי֔וֹן H5945 לְכָל H3605 to every one that passeth עֹבֵ֥ר H5674 עָלָ֖יו H5921 shall be an astonishment יִשֹּׁ֑ם H8074 by it so that he shall say וְאָמַ֗ר H559 בַּמֶּ֨ה H4100 done עָשָׂ֤ה H6213 Why hath the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 כָּ֔כָה H3602 thus unto this land לָאָ֥רֶץ H776 הַזֹּ֖את H2063 And this house וְלַבַּ֥יִת H1004 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 22 And it shall be answered וְאָֽמְר֗וּ H559 עַל֩ H5921 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 Because they forsook עָֽזְב֜וּ H5800 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֣ה׀ H3068 God בֵּֽאלֹהִ֣ים H430 of their fathers אֲבֹֽתֵיהֶ֗ם H1 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which brought them forth הֽוֹצִיאָם֮ H3318 out of the land מֵאֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרַיִם֒ H4714 and laid hold וַֽיַּחֲזִ֙יקוּ֙ H2388 God בֵּֽאלֹהִ֣ים H430 on other אֲחֵרִ֔ים H312 and worshipped וַיִּשְׁתַּֽחֲו֥וּ H7812 לָהֶ֖ם H0 them and served וַיַּֽעַבְד֑וּם H5647 עַל H5921
