H3605 חֵ֣שֶׁק H2837 and all that Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה H8010 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 desired חָשַׁק֙ H2836 to build לִבְנ֤וֹת H1129 in Jerusalem בִּירֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ H3389 and in Lebanon וּבַלְּבָנ֔וֹן H3844 וּבְכֹ֖ל H3605 and throughout all the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 of his dominion מֶמְשַׁלְתּֽוֹ׃ H4475 7 כָּל H3605 As for all the people הָ֠עָם H5971 that were left הַנּוֹתָ֨ר H3498 מִן H4480 of the Hittites הַֽחִתִּ֜י H2850 and the Amorites וְהָֽאֱמֹרִ֤י H567 and the Perizzites וְהַפְּרִזִּי֙ H6522 and the Hivites וְהַֽחִוִּ֣י H2340 and the Jebusites וְהַיְבוּסִ֔י H2983 אֲשֶׁ֛ר H834 לֹ֥א H3808 which were not of Israel מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 הֵֽמָּה׃ H1992 8 מִן H4480 But of their children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 who were left נֽוֹתְר֤וּ H3498 after אַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙ H310 them in the land בָּאָ֔רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 consumed כִלּ֖וּם H3615 But of their children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל H3478 make to pay וַיַּֽעֲלֵ֤ם H5927 not them did Solomon שְׁלֹמֹה֙ H8010 tribute לְמַ֔ס H4522 עַ֖ד H5704 until this day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 9 וּמִן H4480 But of the children בְּנֵי֙ H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 אֲ֠שֶׁר H834 לֹֽא H3808 make נָתַ֧ן H5414 did Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֛ה H8010 no servants לַֽעֲבָדִ֖ים H5650 for his work לִמְלַאכְתּ֑וֹ H4399 כִּי H3588 הֵ֜מָּה H1992 but they were men אַנְשֵׁ֤י H582 of war מִלְחָמָה֙ H4421 and captains וְשָׂרֵ֥י H8269 of his captains שָֽׁלִישָׁ֔יו H7991 and captains וְשָׂרֵ֥י H8269 of his chariots רִכְבּ֖וֹ H7393 and horsemen וּפָֽרָשָֽׁיו׃ H6571 10 וְאֵ֨לֶּה H428 And these were the chief שָׂרֵ֤י H8269 officers הַנִּצָּיבִ֛ים H5324 אֲשֶׁר H834 of king לַמֶּ֥לֶךְ H4428 Solomon's שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה H8010 and fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים H2572 even two hundred וּמָאתָ֑יִם H3967 that bare rule הָֽרֹדִ֖ים H7287 over the people בָּעָֽם׃ H5971 11 וְאֶת H853 the daughter בַּת H1323 of Pharaoh פַּרְעֹ֗ה H6547 brought up הֶֽעֱלָ֤ה H5927 And Solomon שְׁלֹמֹה֙ H8010 out of the city מֵעִ֣יר H5892 of David דָּוִ֣יד H1732 in the house בְּבֵית֙ H1004 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that he had built בָּֽנָה H1129 לָ֑הּ H0 כִּ֣י H3588 for her for he said אָמַ֗ר H559 לֹֽא H3808 shall not dwell תֵשֵׁ֨ב H3427 My wife אִשָּׁ֥ה H802 לִי֙ H0 in the house בְּבֵית֙ H1004 of H4196 of the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 which he had built בָּנָ֖ה H1129 before לִפְנֵ֥י H6440 the porch הָֽאוּלָֽם׃ H197 13 Even after a certain rate וּבִדְבַר H1697 every day בְּי֗וֹם H3117 every day בְּי֗וֹם H3117 offering לְהַֽעֲלוֹת֙ H5927 according to the commandment כְּמִצְוַ֣ת H4687 of Moses מֹשֶׁ֔ה H4872 on the sabbaths לַשַּׁבָּתוֹת֙ H7676 and on the new moons וְלֶ֣חֳדָשִׁ֔ים H2320 and on the solemn feasts וְלַמּ֣וֹעֲד֔וֹת H4150 three שָׁל֥וֹשׁ H7969 times פְּעָמִ֖ים H6471 in the year בַּשָּׁנָ֑ה H8141 and in the feast וּבְחַ֥ג H2282 of unleavened bread הַמַּצּ֛וֹת H4682 and in the feast וּבְחַ֥ג H2282 of weeks הַשָּֽׁבֻע֖וֹת H7620 and in the feast וּבְחַ֥ג H2282 of tabernacles הַסֻּכּֽוֹת׃ H5521 14 And he appointed וַיַּֽעֲמֵ֣ד H5975 according to the order כְּמִשְׁפַּ֣ט H4941 for so had David דָּוִ֥יד H1732 his father אָ֠בִיו H1 אֶת H853 also by their courses בְּמַחְלְקוֹתָ֖ם H4256 before the priests הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ H3548 עַל H5921 to their service עֲבֹֽדָתָ֗ם H5656 and the Levites וְהַלְוִיִּ֣ם H3881 עַל H5921 to their charges מִ֠שְׁמְרוֹתָם H4931 to praise לְהַלֵּ֨ל H1984 and minister וּלְשָׁרֵ֜ת H8334 נֶ֤גֶד H5048 before the priests הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ H3548 as the duty לִדְבַר H1697 of every day בְּיוֹמ֔וֹ H3117 of every day בְּיוֹמ֔וֹ H3117 the porters וְהַשֹּׁעֲרִ֥ים H7778 also by their courses בְּמַחְלְקוֹתָ֖ם H4256 at every gate וָשָׁ֑עַר H8179 at every gate וָשָׁ֑עַר H8179 כִּ֣י H3588 כֵ֔ן H3651 commanded מִצְוַ֖ת H4687 for so had David דָּוִ֥יד H1732 the man אִישׁ H376 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִֽים׃ H430 15 וְלֹ֣א H3808 And they departed סָרוּ֩ H5493 not from the commandment מִצְוַ֨ת H4687 of the king הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ H4428 עַל H5921 unto the priests הַכֹּֽהֲנִ֧ים H3548 and Levites וְהַלְוִיִּ֛ם H3881 לְכָל H3605 concerning any matter דָּבָ֖ר H1697 or concerning the treasures וְלָאֹֽצָרֽוֹת׃ H214 16 was prepared וַתִּכֹּן֙ H3559 כָּל H3605 Now all the work מְלֶ֣אכֶת H4399 of Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה H8010 עַד H5704 unto the day הַיּ֛וֹם H3117 of the foundation מוּסַ֥ד H4143 So the house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 וְעַד H5704 and until it was finished כְּלֹת֑וֹ H3615 was perfected שָׁלֵ֖ם H8003 So the house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 17 אָז֩ H227 Then went הָלַ֨ךְ H1980 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֜ה H8010 לְעֶצְיֽוֹן H0 to Eziongeber גֶּ֧בֶר H6100 וְאֶל H413 and to Eloth אֵיל֛וֹת H359 עַל H5921 side שְׂפַ֥ת H8193 at the sea הַיָּ֖ם H3220 in the land בְּאֶ֥רֶץ H776 of Edom אֱדֽוֹם׃ H123 18 sent וַיִּֽשְׁלַֽח H7971 לוֹ֩ H0 And Huram חוּרָ֨ם H2361 him by the hands בְּיַד H3027 and servants עַבְדֵ֤י H5650 ships אֳונִיּ֗וֹת H591 and servants עַבְדֵ֤י H5650 that had knowledge י֣וֹדְעֵי H3045 of the sea יָם֒ H3220 and brought וַיָּבִ֖יאוּ H935 עִם H5973 and servants עַבְדֵ֤י H5650 Solomon שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃ H8010 to Ophir אוֹפִ֔ירָה H211 and took וַיִּקְח֣וּ H3947 מִשָּׁ֔ם H8033 thence four אַרְבַּע H702 hundred מֵא֥וֹת H3967 and fifty וַֽחֲמִשִּׁ֖ים H2572 talents כִּכַּ֣ר H3603 of gold זָהָ֑ב H2091 and
