H5983 defile טִמֵּ֖א H2930 did the king הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 14 And he brake in pieces וְשִׁבַּר֙ H7665 אֶת H853 the images הַמַּצֵּב֔וֹת H4676 and cut down וַיִּכְרֹ֖ת H3772 אֶת H853 the groves הָֽאֲשֵׁרִ֑ים H842 and filled וַיְמַלֵּ֥א H4390 אֶת H853 their places מְקוֹמָ֖ם H4725 with the bones עַצְמ֥וֹת H6106 of men אָדָֽם׃ H120 15 וְגַ֨ם H1571 אֶת H853 Moreover the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֧חַ H4196 in the mount בָּהָ֔ר H2022 and sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֗ח H7971 and took וַיִּקַּ֤ח H3947 אֶת H853 the bones הָֽעֲצָמוֹת֙ H6106 מִן H4480 out of the sepulchres הַקְּבָרִ֔ים H6913 and burned וַיִּשְׂרֹ֥ף H8313 עַל H5921 them upon the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ H4196 and polluted וַֽיְטַמְּאֵ֑הוּ H2930 it according to the word הַדְּבָרִ֖ים H1697 of the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 proclaimed קָרָ֔א H7121 which the man אִ֣ישׁ H376 of God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים H430 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 proclaimed קָרָ֔א H7121 אֶת H853 it according to the word הַדְּבָרִ֖ים H1697 הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ H428 17 Then he said וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ H559 מָ֚ה H4100 What title הַצִּיּ֣וּן H6725 is that הַלָּ֔ז H1975 אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 אֲנִ֣י H589 that I see רֹאֶ֑ה H7200 Then he said וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ H559 אֵלָ֜יו H413 of the man אִישׁ H376 of the city הָעִ֗יר H5892 him It הַדְּבָרִ֤ים H1697 הָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ H428 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that thou hast done עָשִׂ֔יתָ H6213 עַ֖ל H5921 against the altar הַמִּזְבַּ֥ח H4196 בֵּֽית H0 of Bethel אֵֽל׃ H1008 18 And he said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 Let him alone הַנִּ֣יחוּ H3240 ל֔וֹ H0 let no man אִ֖ישׁ H376 אַל H408 move יָנַ֣ע H5128 So they let his bones עַצְמ֣וֹת H6106 alone וַֽיְמַלְּטוּ֙ H4422 So they let his bones עַצְמ֣וֹת H6106 אֵ֚ת H854 So H1004 also of the high places הַבָּמ֜וֹת H1116 אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ H834 that were in the cities בְּעָרֵ֣י H5892 of Samaria שֹֽׁמְר֗וֹן H8111 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 and did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 which the kings מַלְכֵ֤י H4428 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 to provoke the LORD to anger לְהַכְעִ֔יס H3707 took away הֵסִ֖יר H5493 Josiah יֹֽאשִׁיָּ֑הוּ H2977 and did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 לָהֶ֔ם H1992 כְּכָל H3605 to them according to all the acts הַֽמַּעֲשִׂ֔ים H4639 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 and did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 בְּבֵֽית H0 in Bethel אֵֽל׃ H1008 20 And he slew וַ֠יִּזְבַּח H2076 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all the priests כֹּֽהֲנֵ֨י H3548 of the high places הַבָּמ֤וֹת H1116 אֲשֶׁר H834 שָׁם֙ H8033 עַל H5921 that were there upon the altars הַֽמִּזְבְּח֔וֹת H4196 and burned וַיִּשְׂרֹ֛ף H8313 אֶת H853 bones עַצְמ֥וֹת H6106 men's אָדָ֖ם H120 עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם H5921 שָֽׁפְט֖וּ H8199 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 of the judges שָֽׁפְט֖וּ H8199 אֶת H853 Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 וְכֹ֗ל H3605 from the days יְמֵ֛י H3117 nor of the kings וּמַלְכֵ֥י H4428 Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 nor of with familiar spirits הָֽאֹב֣וֹת H178 וְאֶת H853 and the wizards הַ֠יִּדְּעֹנִים H3049 וְאֶת H853 and the images הַתְּרָפִ֨ים H8655 וְאֶת H853 and the idols הַגִּלֻּלִ֜ים H1544 וְאֵ֣ת H853 כָּל H3605 and all the abominations הַשִּׁקֻּצִ֗ים H8251 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 that were spied נִרְאוּ֙ H7200 in the land בְּאֶ֤רֶץ H776 of Judah יְהוּדָה֙ H3063 and in Jerusalem וּבִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם H3389 put away בִּעֵ֖ר H1197 did Josiah יֹֽאשִׁיָּ֑הוּ H2977 לְ֠מַעַן H4616 that he might perform הָקִ֞ים H6965 אֶת H853 the words דִּבְרֵ֤י H1697 of the law הַתּוֹרָה֙ H8451 which were written הַכְּתֻבִ֣ים H3789 עַל H5921 in the book הַסֵּ֔פֶר H5612 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 found מָצָ֛א H4672 that Hilkiah חִלְקִיָּ֥הוּ H2518 the priest הַכֹּהֵ֖ן H3548 in the house בֵּ֥ית H1004 of the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 25 וְכָמֹהוּ֩ H3644 לֹֽא H3808 הָיָ֨ה H1961 before לְפָנָ֜יו H6440 And like unto him was there no king מֶ֗לֶךְ H4428 אֲשֶׁר H834 him that turned שָׁ֤ב H7725 אֶל H413 to the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 בְּכָל H3605 with all his heart
