נְבֻֽכַדְנֶאצַּ֖ר H5019 king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֑ל H894 וַיְהִי H1961 ל֨וֹ H0 and Jehoiakim יְהֽוֹיָקִ֥ים H3079 became his servant עֶ֙בֶד֙ H5650 three שָׁלֹ֣שׁ H7969 years שָׁנִ֔ים H8141 then he turned וַיָּ֖שָׁב H7725 and rebelled וַיִּמְרָד H4775 בּֽוֹ׃ H0 2 and sent וַיְשַׁלְּחֵ֥ם H7971 And the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 בּ֡וֹ H0 אֶת H853 against him bands גְּדוּדֵ֣י H1416 of the Chaldees כַשְׂדִּים֩ H3778 וְאֶת H853 against him bands גְּדוּדֵ֣י H1416 of the Syrians אֲרָ֜ם H758 וְאֵ֣ת׀ H853 against him bands גְּדוּדֵ֣י H1416 of the Moabites מוֹאָ֗ב H4124 וְאֵת֙ H853 against him bands גְּדוּדֵ֣י H1416 of the children בְנֵֽי H1121 of Ammon עַמּ֔וֹן H5983 and sent וַיְשַׁלְּחֵ֥ם H7971 them against Judah בִּֽיהוּדָ֖ה H3063 to destroy לְהַֽאֲבִיד֑וֹ H6 it according to the word כִּדְבַ֣ר H1697 And the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which he spake דִּבֶּ֔ר H1696 by בְּיַ֖ד H3027 his servants עֲבָדָ֥יו H5650 the prophets הַנְּבִיאִֽים׃ H5030 3 אַ֣ךְ׀ H389 עַל H5921 Surely at the commandment פִּ֣י H6310 of the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 הָֽיְתָה֙ H1961 came this upon Judah בִּֽיהוּדָ֔ה H3063 to remove לְהָסִ֖יר H5493 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 them out of his sight פָּנָ֑יו H6440 for the sins בְּחַטֹּ֣את H2403 of Manasseh מְנַשֶּׁ֔ה H4519 כְּכֹ֖ל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 according to all that he did עָשָֽׂה׃ H6213 4 וְגַ֤ם H1571 blood דָּ֣ם H1818 And also for the innocent נָקִ֑י H5355 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that he shed שָׁפָ֔ךְ H8210 for he filled וַיְמַלֵּ֥א H4390 אֶת H853 Jerusalem יְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֖ם H3389 blood דָּ֣ם H1818 And also for the innocent נָקִ֑י H5355 וְלֹֽא H3808 would אָבָ֥ה H14 which the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 not pardon לִסְלֹֽחַ׃ H5545 5 Now the rest וְיֶ֛תֶר H3499 of the acts דִּבְרֵ֥י H1697 of Jehoiakim יְהֽוֹיָקִ֖ים H3079 וְכָל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 and all that he did עָשָׂ֑ה H6213 הֲלֹא H3808 הֵ֣ם H1992 are they not written כְּתוּבִ֗ים H3789 עַל H5921 in the book סֵ֛פֶר H5612 of the acts דִּבְרֵ֥י H1697 הַיָּמִ֖ים H3117 of the kings לְמַלְכֵ֥י H4428 of Judah יְהוּדָֽה׃ H3063 6 slept וַיִּשְׁכַּ֥ב H7901 So Jehoiakim יְהֽוֹיָקִ֖ים H3079 עִם H5973 with his fathers אֲבֹתָ֑יו H1 reigned וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ H4427 and Jehoiachin יְהֽוֹיָכִ֥ין H3078 his son בְּנ֖וֹ H1121 תַּחְתָּֽיו׃ H8478 7 וְלֹֽא H3808 not again הֹסִ֥יף H3254 עוֹד֙ H5750 And the king לְמֶ֥לֶךְ H4428 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 came לָצֵ֖את H3318 any more out of his land מֵֽאַרְצ֑וֹ H776 כִּֽי H3588 had taken לָקַ֞ח H3947 And the king לְמֶ֥לֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֗ל H894 from the river מִנַּ֤חַל H5158 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 עַד H5704 unto the river נְהַר H5104 Euphrates פְּרָ֔ת H6578 כֹּ֛ל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 הָֽיְתָ֖ה H1961 And the king לְמֶ֥לֶךְ H4428 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 8 old בֶּן H1121 was eighteen שְׁמֹנֶ֨ה H8083 עֶשְׂרֵ֤ה H6240 years שָׁנָה֙ H8141 Jehoiachin יְהֽוֹיָכִ֣ין H3078 and he reigned מָלַ֖ךְ H4427 three וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה H7969 months חֳדָשִׁ֔ים H2320 and he reigned מָלַ֖ךְ H4427 in Jerusalem מִירֽוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ H3389 name וְשֵׁ֣ם H8034 And his mother's אִמּ֔וֹ H517 was Nehushta נְחֻשְׁתָּ֥א H5179 the daughter בַת H1323 of Elnathan אֶלְנָתָ֖ן H494 in Jerusalem מִירֽוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ H3389 9 And he did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 that which was evil הָרַ֖ע H7451 in the sight בְּעֵינֵ֣י H5869 of the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 כְּכֹ֥ל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 And he did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 according to all that his father אָבִֽיו׃ H1 10 At that time בָּעֵ֣ת H6256 הַהִ֔יא H1931 came up עָל֗הּ H5927 the servants עַבְדֵ֛י H5650 of Nebuchadnezzar נְבֻֽכַדְנֶאצַּ֥ר H5019 king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֖ל H894 against Jerusalem יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם H3389 was besieged וַתָּבֹ֥א H935 and the city הָעִ֖יר H5892 בַּמָּצֽוֹר׃ H4692 11 came וַיָּבֹ֛א H935 And Nebuchadnezzar נְבֻֽכַדְנֶאצַּ֥ר H5019 king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֖ל H894 עַל H5921 against the city הָעִ֑יר H5892 and his servants וַֽעֲבָדָ֖יו H5650 did besiege צָרִ֥ים H6696 עָלֶֽיהָ׃ H5921 12 went out וַיֵּצֵ֞א H3318 And Jehoiachin יְהֽוֹיָכִ֤ין H3078 and the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of Judah יְהוּדָה֙ H3063 עַל H5921 and the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֔ל H894 ה֣וּא H1931 he and his mother וְאִמּ֔וֹ H517 and his servants וַֽעֲבָדָ֖יו H5650 and his princes וְשָׂרָ֣יו H8269 and his officers וְסָֽרִיסָ֑יו H5631 took וַיִּקַּ֤ח H3947 אֹתוֹ֙ H853 and the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֔ל H894 year בִּשְׁנַ֥ת H8141 him in the eighth שְׁמֹנֶ֖ה H8083 of his reign לְמָלְכֽוֹ׃ H4427 13 And he carried out וַיּוֹצֵ֣א H3318 מִשָּׁ֗ם H8033 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and the treasures וְאֽוֹצְר֖וֹת H214 house בֵּ֣ית H1004 as the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 and the treasures וְאֽוֹצְר֖וֹת H214 house בֵּ֣ית H1004 king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 and cut in pieces וַיְקַצֵּ֞ץ H7112 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all the vessels כְּלֵ֣י H3627 of gold הַזָּהָ֗ב H2091 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 had made עָשָׂ֜ה H6213 which Solomon שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה H8010 king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 in the temple בְּהֵיכַ֣ל H1964 as the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 had said דִּבֶּ֥ר H1696 as the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 14 And he carried away וְהִגְלָ֣ה H1540 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all Jerusalem יְ֠רֽוּשָׁלִַם H3389 וְֽאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and all the princes הַשָּׂרִ֞ים H8269 וְאֵ֣ת׀ H853 כָּל H3605 and all the mighty men גִּבּוֹרֵ֣י H1368 of valour הַחַ֗יִל H2428 even ten עֲשֶׂ֤רֶה H6235 thousand אֲלָפִים֙ H505 גּוֹלֶ֔ה H1473 וְכָל H3605 and all the craftsmen הֶֽחָרָ֖שׁ H2796 and smiths וְהַמַּסְגֵּ֑ר H4525 לֹ֣א H3808 none remained נִשְׁאַ֔ר H7604 save זוּלַ֖ת H2108 the poorest sort דַּלַּ֥ת H1803 of the people עַם H5971 of the land הָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 15 And he carried away וַיֶּ֥גֶל H1540 אֶת H853 Jehoiachin יְהֽוֹיָכִ֖ין H3078 to Babylon בָּבֶֽלָה׃ H894 וְאֶת H853 mother אֵ֣ם H517 and the king's הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ H4428 וְאֶת H853 wives נְשֵׁ֨י H802 and the king's הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ H4428 וְאֶת H853 and his officers סָֽרִיסָ֗יו H5631 וְאֵת֙ H853 אֵולֵ֣י H193 of the land הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 הוֹלִ֛יךְ H1980 he into captivity גּוֹלָ֥ה H1473 from Jerusalem מִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖ם H3389 to Babylon בָּבֶֽלָה׃ H894 16 וְאֵת֩ H853 כָּל H3605 And all the men אַנְשֵׁ֨י H582 of might הַחַ֜יִל H2428 even seven שִׁבְעַ֣ת H7651 a thousand אֶ֔לֶף H505 and craftsmen וְהֶֽחָרָ֤שׁ H2796 and smiths וְהַמַּסְגֵּר֙ H4525 a thousand אֶ֔לֶף H505 הַכֹּ֕ל H3605 all that were strong גִּבּוֹרִ֖ים H1368 and apt עֹשֵׂ֣י H6213 for war מִלְחָמָ֑ה H4421 brought וַיְבִיאֵ֧ם H935 even them the king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶֽלָה׃ H894 captive גּוֹלָ֖ה H1473 of Babylon בָּבֶֽלָה׃ H894 17 king וַיַּמְלֵ֧ךְ H4427 And the king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Babylon בָּבֶ֛ל H894 אֶת H853 made Mattaniah מַתַּנְיָ֥ה H4983 his father's brother דֹד֖וֹ H1730 תַּחְתָּ֑יו H8478 in his stead and changed וַיַּסֵּ֥ב H5437 אֶת H853 his name שְׁמ֖וֹ H8034 to Zedekiah צִדְקִיָּֽהוּ׃ H6667 18 old בֶּן H1121 was twenty עֶשְׂרִ֨ים H6242 and one וְאַחַ֤ת H259 years שָׁנָ֔ה H8141 Zedekiah צִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ H6667 and he reigned מָלַ֖ךְ H4427 and one וְאַחַ֤ת H259 עֶשְׂרֵה֙ H6240 years שָׁנָ֔ה H8141 and he reigned מָלַ֖ךְ H4427 in Jerusalem בִּירֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם H3389 name וְשֵׁ֣ם H8034 And his mother's אִמּ֔וֹ H517 was Hamutal חֲמיּטַ֥ל H2537 the daughter בַּֽת H1323 of Jeremiah יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ H3414 of Libnah מִלִּבְנָֽה׃ H3841 19 And he did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 that which was evil הָרַ֖ע H7451 in the sight בְּעֵינֵ֣י H5869 of the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 כְּכֹ֥ל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 And he did עָשָׂ֖ה H6213 according to all that Jehoiakim יְהֽוֹיָקִֽים׃ H3079 20 כִּ֣י׀ H3588 עַל H5921 For through the anger אַ֣ף H639 of the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 הָֽיְתָ֤ה H1961 it came to pass in Jerusalem בִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ H3389 and Judah וּבִ֣יהוּדָ֔ה H3063 עַד H5704 until he had cast them out הִשְׁלִכ֥וֹ H7993 אֹתָ֖ם H853 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 from his
