deliver לָתֵ֥ת H5414 אוֹתָ֖ם H853 them into the hand בְּיַד H3027 of Moab מוֹאָֽב׃ H4124 14 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And Elisha אֱלִישָׁ֗ע H477 liveth חַי H2416 As the LORD יְהוָ֤ה H3068 of hosts צְבָאוֹת֙ H6635 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 whom I stand עָמַ֣דְתִּי H5975 before פְּנֵ֛י H6440 כִּ֗י H3588 surely were it not that לוּלֵ֛י H3884 before פְּנֵ֛י H6440 of Jehoshaphat יְהֽוֹשָׁפָ֥ט H3092 the king water מָ֑יִם H4325 that ye may drink וּשְׁתִיתֶ֛ם H8354 אַתֶּ֥ם H859 both ye and your cattle וּמִקְנֵיכֶ֖ם H4735 and your beasts וּֽבְהֶמְתְּכֶֽם׃ H929 18 And this is but a light thing וְנָקַ֥ל H7043 תַּכְאִ֖בוּ H3510 of land with stones בָּֽאֲבָנִֽים׃ H68 20 וַיְהִ֤י H1961 And it came to pass in the morning בַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ H1242 was offered כַּֽעֲל֣וֹת H5927 when the meat offering הַמִּנְחָ֔ה H4503 וְהִנֵּה H2009 water הַמָּֽיִם׃ H4325 that behold there came בָּאִ֖ים H935 by the way מִדֶּ֣רֶךְ H1870 of Edom אֱד֑וֹם H123 was filled וַתִּמָּלֵ֥א H4390 and the country הָאָ֖רֶץ H776 אֶת H854 water הַמָּֽיִם׃ H4325 21 וְכָל H3605 And when all the Moabites מוֹאָב֙ H4124 heard שָֽׁמְע֔וּ H8085 כִּֽי H3588 were come up עָל֥וּ H5927 that the kings הַמְּלָכִ֖ים H4428 to fight לְהִלָּ֣חֶם H3898 בָּ֑ם H0 against them they gathered וַיִּצָּֽעֲק֗וּ H6817 מִכֹּ֨ל H3605 all that were able to put חֹגֵ֤ר H2296 on armour חֲגֹרָה֙ H2290 and upward וָמַ֔עְלָה H4605 and stood וַיַּֽעַמְד֖וּ H5975 עַֽל H5921 in the border הַגְּבֽוּל׃ H1366 22 And they rose up early וַיַּשְׁכִּ֣ימוּ H7925 in the morning בַבֹּ֔קֶר H1242 and the sun וְהַשֶּׁ֖מֶשׁ H8121 shone זָֽרְחָ֣ה H2224 עַל H5921 the water הַמַּ֖יִם H4325 saw וַיִּרְא֨וּ H7200 and the Moabites מוֹאָ֥ב H4124 on the other side מִנֶּ֛גֶד H5048 אֶת H853 the water הַמַּ֖יִם H4325 as red אֲדֻמִּ֥ים H122 as blood כַּדָּֽם׃ H1818 23 And they said יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 rose up וַיָּקֻ֤מוּ H6965 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 and smote וְהַכּ֖וֹת H5221 אֶת H853 the Moabites מוֹאָֽב׃ H4124 so that they fled וַיָּנֻ֖סוּ H5127 before מִפְּנֵיהֶ֑ם H6440 seven שְׁבַע H7651 hundred מֵא֨וֹת H3967 men אִ֜ישׁ H376 that drew שֹׁ֣לֵֽף H8025 swords חֶ֗רֶב H2719 to break through לְהַבְקִ֛יעַ H1234 אֶל H413 And when the king מֶ֥לֶךְ H4428 of Edom אֱד֖וֹם H123 וְלֹ֥א H3808 but they could יָכֹֽלוּ׃ H3201 27 Then he took וַיִּקַּח֩ H3947 אֶת H853 son בְּנ֨וֹ H1121 his eldest הַבְּכ֜וֹר H1060 אֲשֶׁר H834 that should have reigned יִמְלֹ֣ךְ H4427 תַּחְתָּ֗יו
