יָמֶ֗יךָ H3117 and thou shalt sleep וְשָֽׁכַבְתָּ֙ H7901 אֶת H854 with thy fathers אֲבֹתֶ֔יךָ H1 I will set up וַהֲקִֽימֹתִ֤י H6965 אֶֽת H853 thy seed זַרְעֲךָ֙ H2233 after אַֽחֲרֶ֔יךָ H310 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 thee which shall proceed יֵצֵ֖א H3318 out of thy bowels מִמֵּעֶ֑יךָ H4578 and I will establish וַהֲכִֽינֹתִ֖י H3559 אֶת H853 his kingdom מַמְלַכְתּֽוֹ׃ H4467 13 ה֥וּא H1931 He shall build יִבְנֶה H1129 an house בַּ֖יִת H1004 for my name לִשְׁמִ֑י H8034 and I will stablish וְכֹֽנַנְתִּ֛י H3559 אֶת H853 the throne כִּסֵּ֥א H3678 of his kingdom מַמְלַכְתּ֖וֹ H4467 for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָֽם׃ H5769 14 אֲנִי֙ H589 אֶֽהְיֶה H1961 לּ֣וֹ H0 I will be his father לְאָ֔ב H1 וְה֖וּא H1931 יִֽהְיֶה H1961 לִּ֣י H0 and he shall be my son בְּנֵ֥י H1121 אֲשֶׁר֙ H834 If he commit iniquity בְּהַ֣עֲוֹת֔וֹ H5753 I will chasten וְהֹֽכַחְתִּיו֙ H3198 him with the rod בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט H7626 אֲנָשִׁ֔ים H376 and with the stripes וּבְנִגְעֵ֖י H5061 and he shall be my son בְּנֵ֥י H1121 of men אָדָֽם׃ H120 15 But my mercy וְחַסְדִּ֖י H2617 לֹֽא H3808 from him as I took הֲסִרֹ֖תִי H5493 מִמֶּ֑נּוּ H4480 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 from him as I took הֲסִרֹ֖תִי H5493 מֵעִ֣ם H5973 it from Saul שָׁא֔וּל H7586 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 from him as I took הֲסִרֹ֖תִי H5493 before מִלְּפָנֶֽיךָ׃ H6440 16 shall be established וְנֶאְמַ֨ן H539 And thine house בֵּֽיתְךָ֧ H1004 and thy kingdom וּמַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛ H4467 for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָֽם׃ H5769 before לְפָנֶ֑יךָ H6440 thee thy throne כִּֽסְאֲךָ֔ H3678 יִֽהְיֶ֥ה H1961 shall be established נָכ֖וֹן H3559 for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָֽם׃ H5769 17 כְּכֹל֙ H3605 According to all these words הַדְּבָרִ֣ים H1697 הָאֵ֔לֶּה H428 וּכְכֹ֖ל H3605 and according to all this vision הַֽחִזָּי֣וֹן H2384 הַזֶּ֑ה H2088 כֵּ֛ן H3651 speak דִּבֶּ֥ר H1696 so did Nathan נָתָ֖ן H5416 אֶל H413 unto David דָּוִֽד׃ H1732 18 Then went הֲבִֽאֹתַ֖נִי H935 king הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ H4428 David דָּוִ֔ד H1732 in and sat וַיֵּ֖שֶׁב H3427 before לִפְנֵ֣י H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 and he said וַיֹּ֗אמֶר H559 מִ֣י H4310 אָֽנֹכִ֞י H595 Who am I O Lord אֲדֹנָ֤י H136 GOD יְהוִה֙ H3069 וּמִ֣י H4310 and what is my house בֵיתִ֔י H1004 כִּ֥י H3588 Then went הֲבִֽאֹתַ֖נִי H935 עַד H5704 me hitherto הֲלֹֽם׃ H1988 19 And this was yet a small thing וַתִּקְטַן֩ H6994 ע֨וֹד H5750 זֹ֤את H2063 in thy sight בְּעֵינֶ֙יךָ֙ H5869 O Lord אֲדֹנָ֥י H136 יְהוִ֔ה H3068 but thou hast spoken וַתְּדַבֵּ֛ר H1696 גַּ֥ם H1571 אֶל H413 house בֵּֽית H1004 also of thy servant's עַבְדְּךָ֖ H5650 for a great while to come לְמֵֽרָח֑וֹק H7350 וְזֹ֛את H2063 And is this the manner תּוֹרַ֥ת H8452 of man הָֽאָדָ֖ם H120 O Lord אֲדֹנָ֥י H136 יְהוִֽה׃ H3068 20 וּמַה H4100 And what can יּוֹסִ֥יף H3254 David דָּוִ֛ד H1732 ע֖וֹד H5750 say לְדַבֵּ֣ר H1696 אֵלֶ֑יךָ H413 וְאַתָּ֛ה H859 knowest יָדַ֥עְתָּ H3045 אֶֽת H853 thy servant עַבְדְּךָ֖ H5650 unto thee for thou Lord אֲדֹנָ֥י H136 GOD יְהוִֽה׃ H3069 21 בַּֽעֲב֤וּר H5668 For thy word's דְּבָֽרְךָ֙ H1697 sake and according to thine own heart וּֽכְלִבְּךָ֔ H3820 hast thou done עָשִׂ֕יתָ H6213 אֵ֥ת H853 כָּל H3605 all these great things הַגְּדוּלָּ֖ה H1420 הַזֹּ֑את H2063 know לְהוֹדִ֖יעַ H3045 אֶת H853 to make thy servant עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃ H5650 22 עַל H5921 כֵּ֥ן H3651 Wherefore thou art great גָּדַ֖לְתָּ H1431 O LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 God אֱלֹהִים֙ H430 כִּֽי H3588 אֵ֣ין H369 כָּמ֗וֹךָ H3644 וְאֵ֤ין H369 God אֱלֹהִים֙ H430 beside זֽוּלָתֶ֔ךָ H2108 בְּכֹ֥ל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 thee according to all that we have heard שָׁמַ֖עְנוּ H8085 with our ears בְּאָזְנֵֽינוּ׃ H241 23 וּמִ֤י H4310 for a people עַמְּךָ֗ H5971 even like Israel כְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 from the nations גּוֹיִ֖ם H1471 And what one אֶחָ֖ד H259 for thy land לְאַרְצֶ֔ךָ H776 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 went הָלְכֽוּ H1980 and their gods וֵֽאלֹהָֽיו׃ H430 to redeem פָּדִ֤יתָ H6299 ל֨וֹ H0 for a people עַמְּךָ֗ H5971 to himself and to make וְלָשׂ֧וּם H7760 ל֣וֹ H0 him a name שֵׁ֗ם H8034 and to do וְלַֽעֲשׂ֨וֹת H6213 לָכֶ֜ם H0 for you great things הַגְּדוּלָּ֤ה H1420 and terrible וְנֹֽרָאוֹת֙ H3372 for thy land לְאַרְצֶ֔ךָ H776 before מִפְּנֵ֣י H6440 for a people עַמְּךָ֗ H5971 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 to redeem פָּדִ֤יתָ H6299 לְּךָ֙ H0 to thee from Egypt מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם H4714 from the nations גּוֹיִ֖ם H1471 and their gods וֵֽאלֹהָֽיו׃ H430 24 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 as thou hast said דִּבַּֽרְתָּ׃ H1696 עַֽל H5921 concerning thy servant עַבְדְּךָ֙ H5650 וְעַל H5921 and concerning his house בֵּית֔וֹ H1004 establish הָקֵ֖ם H6965 it for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָ֑ם H5769 and do וַֽעֲשֵׂ֖ה H6213 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 as thou hast said דִּבַּֽרְתָּ׃ H1696 26 be magnified וְיִגְדַּ֨ל H1431 And let thy name שִׁמְךָ֤ H8034 for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָם֙ H5769 saying יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל H3478 hast revealed גָּלִ֜יתָה H1540 אֶת H853 אֹ֤זֶן H241 therefore hath thy servant עַבְדְּךָ֙ H5650 saying לֵאמֹ֔ר H559 thee an house בַּ֖יִת H1004 I will build אֶבְנֶה H1129 לָּ֑ךְ H0 עַל H5921 כֵּ֗ן H3651 found מָצָ֤א H4672 therefore hath thy servant עַבְדְּךָ֙ H5650 אֶת H853 in his heart לִבּ֔וֹ H3820 to pray לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֣ל H6419 אֵלֶ֔יךָ H413 אֶת H853 this prayer הַתְּפִלָּ֖ה
