G321 they laded ἐπέθεντο G2007 τὰ G3588 us with such things as πρὸς G4314 τὴν G3588 were necessary χρείαν G5532 11 after Μετὰ G3326 And δὲ G1161 three τρεῖς G5140 months μῆνας G3376 we departed Pollux Διοσκούροις G1359 12 And καὶ G2532 landing καταχθέντες G2609 at εἰς G1519 Syracuse Συρακούσας G4946 we tarried ἐπεμείναμεν G1961 days ἡμέρας G2250 there three τρεῖς G5140 13 And from thence ὅθεν G3606 we fetched a compass περιελθόντες G4022 and came κατηντήσαμεν G2658 to εἰς G1519 Rhegium Ῥήγιον G4484 and καὶ G2532 after μετὰ G3326 μίαν G1520 day ἡμέραν G2250 blew ἐπιγενομένου G1920 the south wind νότου G3558 the next day δευτεραῖοι G1206 and we came ἤλθομεν G2064 to εἰς G1519 Puteoli Ποτιόλους G4223 14 Where οὗ G3757 we found εὑρόντες G2147 brethren ἀδελφοὺς G80 and were desired παρεκλήθημεν G3870 with ἐπ' G1909 them αὐτοῖς G846 to tarry ἐπιμεῖναι G1961 days ἡμέρας G2250 seven ἑπτά· G2033 and καὶ G2532 so οὕτως G3779 toward εἰς G1519 τὴν G3588 Rome Ῥώμην G4516 we went ἤλθομεν G2064 15 And from thence κἀκεῖθεν G2547 οἱ G3588 when the brethren ἀδελφοὶ G80 heard ἀκούσαντες G191 τὰ G3588 of περὶ G4012 us ἡμῶν G2257 they came ἐξῆλθον G1831 εἰς G1519 to meet ἀπάντησιν G529 us ἡμῖν G2254 as far as ἄχρις G891 Appii Ἀππίου G675 forum Φόρου G5410 and καὶ G2532 The three Τριῶν G5140 taverns Ταβερνῶν G4999 whom οὓς G3739 saw ἰδὼν G1492 ὁ G3588 when Paul Παῦλος G3972 he thanked εὐχαριστήσας G2168 τῷ G3588 God θεῷ G2316 and took ἔλαβεν G2983 courage θάρσος G2294 16 when Ὅτε G3753 And δὲ G1161 we came ἤλθομεν G2064 to εἰς G1519 Rome Ῥώμην G4516 ὁ G3588 the centurion ἑκατόνταρχος G1543 delivered παρέδωκεν G3860 τοὺς G3588 the prisoners δεσμίους G1198 τῷ G3588 to the captain of the guard στρατοπεδάρχῃ· G4759 τῷ G3588 And δὲ G1161 Paul Παύλῳ G3972 was suffered ἐπετράπη G2010 to dwell μένειν G3306 by καθ' G2596 himself ἑαυτὸν G1438 with σὺν G4862 τῷ G3588 that kept φυλάσσοντι G5442 him αὐτὸν G846 a soldier στρατιώτῃ G4757 17 it came to pass Ἐγένετο G1096 And δὲ G1161 that after μετὰ G3326 days ἡμέρας G2250 three τρεῖς G5140 called συγκαλέσασθαι G4779 τὸν G3588 Paul Παῦλον G3972 τοὺς G3588 ὄντας G5607 τῶν G3588 of the Jews Ἰουδαίων G2453 the chief πρώτους· G4413 were come together συνελθόντων G4905 And δὲ G1161 them αὐτούς G846 he said ἔλεγεν G3004 unto πρὸς G4314 them αὐτούς G846 Men ἄνδρες G435 and brethren ἀδελφοί G80 though I Ἐγώ G1473 nothing οὐδὲν G3762 against ἐναντίον G1727 have committed ποιήσας G4160 τῷ G3588 the people λαῷ G2992 or ἢ G2228 τοῖς G3588 customs ἔθεσιν G1485 τοῖς G3588 of our fathers πατρῴοις G3971 prisoner δέσμιος G1198 from ἐξ G1537 Jerusalem Ἱεροσολύμων G2414 yet was I delivered παρεδόθην G3860 into εἰς G1519 τὰς G3588 the hands χεῖρας G5495 τῶν G3588 of the Romans Ῥωμαίων G4514 18 Who οἵτινες G3748 when they had examined ἀνακρίναντές G350 me με G3165 would ἐβούλοντο G1014 have let me go ἀπολῦσαι G630 because διὰ G1223 τὸ G3588 no μηδεμίαν G3367 cause αἰτίαν G156 of death θανάτου G2288 there was ὑπάρχειν G5225 in ἐν G1722 me ἐμοί· G1698 19 spake against ἀντιλεγόντων G483 But δὲ G1161 τῶν G3588 when the Jews Ἰουδαίων G2453 it I was constrained ἠναγκάσθην G315 to appeal ἐπικαλέσασθαι G1941 unto Caesar Καίσαρα G2541 not οὐχ G3756 that ὡς G5613 τοῦ G3588 nation ἔθνους G1484 my μου G3450 I had ἔχων G2192 ought τι G5100 of κατηγορῆσαι G2723 20 For διὰ G1223 ταύτην G3778 therefore οὖν G3767 τὴν G3588 cause αἰτίαν G156 have I called παρεκάλεσα G3870 for you ὑμᾶς G5209 to see ἰδεῖν G1492 you and καὶ G2532 to speak with προσλαλῆσαι G4354 you because that ἕνεκεν G1752 for γὰρ G1063 τῆς G3588 the hope ἐλπίδος G1680 τοῦ G3588 of Israel Ἰσραὴλ G2474 τὴν G3588 chain ἅλυσιν G254 ταύτην G3778 I am bound with περίκειμαι G4029 21 οἱ G3588 And δὲ G1161 unto πρὸς G4314 him αὐτὸν G846 they said εἶπον, G2036 We Ἡμεῖς G2249 neither οὔτε G3777 letters γράμματα G1121 concerning περὶ G4012 thee σοῦ G4675 received ἐδεξάμεθα G1209 out of ἀπὸ G575 τῆς G3588 Judaea Ἰουδαίας G2449 neither οὔτε G3777 that came παραγενόμενός G3854 any τι G5100 τῶν G3588 of the brethren ἀδελφῶν G80 shewed ἀπήγγειλεν G518 or ἢ G2228 spake ἐλάλησέν G2980 any τι G5100 concerning περὶ G4012 thee σοῦ G4675 harm πονηρόν G4190 22 we desire ἀξιοῦμεν G515 But δὲ G1161 of παρὰ G3844 thee σοῦ G4675 to hear ἀκοῦσαι G191 what ἃ G3739 thou thinkest φρονεῖς G5426 as concerning περὶ G4012 μὲν G3303 for γὰρ G1063 τῆς G3588 sect αἱρέσεως G1620 and testified διαμαρτυρόμενος G1263 τὴν G3588 the kingdom βασιλείαν G932 τοῦ G3588 of God θεοῦ G2316 persuading πείθων G3982 both τε G5037 him αὐτοὺς G846 τὰ G3588 concerning περὶ G4012 τοῦ ἠπίστουν· G569 25 when they agreed not ἀσύμφωνοι G800 And δὲ G1161 ὄντες G5607 among πρὸς G4314 themselves ἀλλήλους G240 they departed ἀπελύοντο G630 had spoken εἰπόντος G2036 τοῦ G3588 after that Paul Παύλου G3972 word ῥῆμα G4487 one ἓν G1520 ὅτι G3754 Well Καλῶς G2573 τὸ G3588 Ghost πνεῦμα G4151 τὸ G3588 the Holy ἅγιον G40 spake ἐλάλησεν G2980 by διὰ G1223 Esaias Ἠσαΐου G2268 τοῦ G3588 the prophet προφήτου G4396 among πρὸς G4314 τοὺς G3588 fathers πατέρας G3962 our ἡμῶν G2257 26 Saying λέγον G3004 Go Πορεύθητι G4198 unto πρὸς G4314 τὸν G3588 people λαὸν G2992 this τοῦτον G5126 and καὶ G2532 say εἰπὲ, G2036 Hearing Ἀκοῇ G189 ye shall hear ἀκούσετε G191 and καὶ G2532 οὐ G3756 μὴ G3361 shall συνῆτε G4920 and καὶ G2532 seeing βλέψετε G991 seeing βλέψετε G991 and καὶ G2532 οὐ G3756 μὴ G3361 perceive ἴδητε· G1492 27 is waxed gross ἐπαχύνθη G3975 For γὰρ G1063 ἡ G3588 the heart καρδίᾳ G2588 τοῦ G3588 people λαοῦ G2992 of this τούτου G5127 and καὶ G2532 τοῖς G3588 ears ὠσὶν G3775 are dull βαρέως G917 hear ἀκούσωσιν G191 and καὶ G2532 τοὺς G3588 eyes ὀφθαλμοῖς G3788 their αὐτούς G846 have they closed ἐκάμμυσαν· G2576 lest μήποτε G3379 they should see ἴδωσιν G1492 τοῖς G3588 eyes ὀφθαλμοῖς G3788 and καὶ G2532 τοῖς G3588 ears ὠσὶν G3775 hear ἀκούσωσιν G191 and καὶ G2532 τῇ G3588 the heart καρδίᾳ G2588 understand συνῶσιν G4920 and καὶ G2532 should be converted ἐπιστρέψωσιν G1994 and καὶ G2532 I should heal ἰάσωμαι G2390 their αὐτούς G846 28 known γνωστὸν G1110 therefore οὖν G3767 Be it ἔστω G2077 unto you ὑμῖν G5213 that ὅτι G3754 τοῖς G3588 unto the Gentiles ἔθνεσιν G1484 is
