shew אַגִּ֣יד H5046 לָ֑ךְ H0 הִנֵּה H2009 עוֹד֩ H5750 yet three שְׁלֹשָׁ֨ה H7969 kings מְלָכִ֜ים H4428 Behold there shall stand up עֹמְדִ֣ים H5975 in Persia לְפָרַ֗ס H6539 and the fourth הַנֶּ֗גֶב H5045 and they that brought וּמְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ H935 אֶל H413 for the king's מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the north הַצָּפ֔וֹן H6828 to make לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת H6213 an agreement מֵישָׁרִ֑ים H4339 וְלֹֽא H3808 but she shall not retain תַעְצֹ֞ר H6113 the power כּ֣וֹחַ H3581 nor his arm וּזְרֹע֔וֹ H2220 וְלֹ֤א H3808 neither shall he stand יַעֲמֹד֙ H5975 nor his arm וּזְרֹע֔וֹ H2220 but she shall be given up וְתִנָּתֵ֨ן H5414 הִ֤יא H1931 and they that brought וּמְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ H935 her and he that begat וְהַיֹּ֣לְדָ֔הּ H3205 her and he that strengthened וּמַחֲזִקָ֖הּ H2388 her in these times בָּעִתִּֽים׃ H6256 7 shall one stand up וְעָמַ֛ד H5975 But out of a branch מִנֵּ֥צֶר H5342 of her roots שָׁרָשֶׁ֖יהָ H8328 in his estate כַּנּ֑וֹ H3653 and shall enter וְיָבֹא֙ H935 אֶל H413 with an army הַחַ֗יִל H2428 and shall enter וְיָבֹא֙ H935 into the fortress בְּמָעוֹז֙ H4581 of the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the north הַצָּפ֔וֹן H6828 and shall deal וְעָשָׂ֥ה H6213 בָהֶ֖ם H0 against them and shall prevail וְהֶחֱזִֽיק׃ H2388 8 וְגַ֣ם H1571 their gods אֱֽלֹהֵיהֶ֡ם H430 עִם H5973 with their princes נְסִֽכֵיהֶם֩ H5257 עִם H5973 vessels כְּלֵ֨י H3627 and with their precious חֶמְדָּתָ֜ם H2532 of silver כֶּ֧סֶף H3701 and of gold וְזָהָ֛ב H2091 captives בַּשְּׁבִ֖י H7628 And shall also carry יָבִ֣א H935 into Egypt מִצְרָ֑יִם H4714 וְהוּא֙ H1931 more years שָׁנִ֣ים H8141 and he shall continue יַעֲמֹ֔ד H5975 than the king מִמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 of the north הַצָּפֽוֹן׃ H6828 9 shall come וּבָ֗א H935 into his kingdom בְּמַלְכוּת֙ H4438 So the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the south הַנֶּ֔גֶב H5045 and shall return וְשָׁ֖ב H7725 אֶל H413 into his own land אַדְמָתֽוֹ׃ H127 10 But his sons וּבָנָ֣ו H1121 and be stirred up וְיִתְגָּרֶ֖ו H1624 and shall assemble וְאָסְפוּ֙ H622 a multitude הֲמוֹן֙ H1995 forces חֲיָלִ֣ים H2428 of great רַבִּ֔ים H7227 and one shall certainly ב֖וֹא H935 and one shall certainly ב֖וֹא H935 and overflow וְשָׁטַ֣ף H7857 and pass through וְעָבָ֑ר H5674 then shall he return multitude הֶהָמ֖וֹן H1995 shall be lifted up יְרָ֣ום H7311 his heart לְבָב֑וֹ H3824 and he shall cast down וְהִפִּ֛יל H5307 many ten thousands רִבֹּא֖וֹת H7239 וְלֹ֥א H3808 but he shall not be strengthened יָעֽוֹז׃ H5810 13 shall return וְשָׁב֙ H7725 For the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the north הַצָּפ֔וֹן H6828 and shall set forth וְהֶעֱמִ֣יד H5975 a multitude הָמ֔וֹן H1995 and with much רָֽב׃ H7227 מִן H4480 than the former הָרִאשׁ֑וֹן H7223 after וּלְקֵ֨ץ H7093 certain הָֽעִתִּ֤ים H6256 years שָׁנִים֙ H8141 and shall certainly ב֔וֹא H935 and shall certainly ב֔וֹא H935 army בְּחַ֥יִל H2428 with a great גָּד֖וֹל H1419 riches וּבִרְכ֥וּשׁ H7399 and with much רָֽב׃ H7227 14 And in those times וּבָעִתִּ֣ים H6256 הָהֵ֔ם H1992 there shall many רַבִּ֥ים H7227 stand up לְהַעֲמִ֥יד H5975 עַל H5921 against the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the south הַנֶּ֑גֶב H5045 also the robbers וּבְנֵ֣י׀ H1121 פָּרִיצֵ֣י H6530 of thy people עַמְּךָ֗ H5971 shall exalt יִֽנַּשְּׂא֛וּ H5375 stand up לְהַעֲמִ֥יד H5975 the vision חָז֖וֹן H2377 but they shall fall וְנִכְשָֽׁלוּ׃ H3782 15 shall come וְיָבֹא֙ H935 So the king מֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the north הַצָּפ֔וֹן H6828 and cast up וְיִשְׁפֹּךְ֙ H8210 a mount סֽוֹלֲלָ֔ה H5550 and take וְלָכַ֖ד H3920 cities עִ֣יר H5892 the most fenced מִבְצָר֑וֹת H4013 and the arms וּזְרֹע֤וֹת H2220 of the south הַנֶּ֙גֶב֙ H5045 לֹ֣א H3808 shall not withstand לַעֲמֹֽד׃ H5975 people וְעַם֙ H5971 neither his chosen מִבְחָרָ֔יו H4005 וְאֵ֥ין H369 neither shall there be any strength כֹּ֖חַ H3581 shall not withstand לַעֲמֹֽד׃ H5975 16 against him shall do וְיַ֨עַשׂ H6213 But he that cometh הַבָּ֤א H935 אֵלָיו֙ H413 according to his own will כִּרְצוֹנ֔וֹ H7522 וְאֵ֥ין H369 and none shall stand וְיַעֲמֹ֥ד H5975 before לְפָנָ֑יו H6440 and none shall stand וְיַעֲמֹ֥ד H5975 land בְּאֶֽרֶץ H776 in the glorious הַצְּבִ֖י H6643 וְכָלָ֥ה H3615 which by his hand בְיָדֽוֹ׃ H3027 17 He shall also set וְיָשֵׂ֣ם׀ H7760 his face פָּ֠נָיו H6440 to enter לָב֞וֹא H935 with the strength בְּתֹ֧קֶף H8633 כָּל H3605 of his whole kingdom מַלְכוּת֛וֹ H4438 and upright ones וִישָׁרִ֥ים H3477 עִמּ֖וֹ H5973 with him thus shall he do וְעָשָׂ֑ה H6213 him the daughter וּבַ֤ת H1323 of women הַנָּשִׁים֙ H802 and he shall give יִתֶּן H5414 ל֣וֹ H0 corrupting לְהַשְׁחִיתָ֔הּ H7843 וְלֹ֥א H3808 her but she shall not stand תַעֲמֹ֖ד H5975 וְלֹא H3808 ל֥וֹ H0 תִהְיֶֽה׃ H1961 18 he shall cause it to turn יָשִׁ֥יב H7725 his face פָּנָ֛יו H6440 unto the isles לְאִיִּ֖ים H339 and shall take וְלָכַ֣ד H3920 many רַבִּ֑ים H7227 offered by him to cease וְהִשְׁבִּ֨ית H7673 but a prince קָצִ֤ין H7101 for his own behalf shall cause the reproach חֶרְפָּת֖וֹ H2781 ל֔וֹ H0 without בִּלְתִּ֥י H1115 for his own behalf shall cause the reproach חֶרְפָּת֖וֹ H2781 he shall cause it to turn יָשִׁ֥יב H7725 לֽוֹ׃ H0 19 Then he shall turn וְיָשֵׁ֣ב H7725 his face פָּנָ֔יו H6440 toward the fort לְמָעוּזֵּ֖י H4581 of his own land אַרְצ֑וֹ H776 but he shall stumble וְנִכְשַׁ֥ל H3782 and fall וְנָפַ֖ל H5307 וְלֹ֥א H3808 and not be found יִמָּצֵֽא׃ H4672 20 Then shall stand up וְעָמַ֧ד H5975 עַל H5921 in his estate כַּנּ֛וֹ H3653 a raiser מַעֲבִ֥יר H5674 of taxes נוֹגֵ֖שׂ H5065 in the glory הֶ֣דֶר H1925 of the kingdom מַלְכ֑וּת H4438 days וּבְיָמִ֤ים H3117 but within few אֲחָדִים֙ H259 he shall be destroyed יִשָּׁבֵ֔ר H7665 וְלֹ֥א H3808 neither in anger בְאַפַּ֖יִם H639 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor in battle בְמִלְחָמָֽה׃ H4421 21 shall stand up וְעָמַ֤ד H5975 עַל H5921 And in his estate כַּנּוֹ֙ H3653 a vile person נִבְזֶ֔ה H959 וְלֹא H3808 to whom they shall not give נָתְנ֥וּ H5414 עָלָ֖יו H5921 the honour ה֣וֹד H1935 of the kingdom מַלְכ֖וּת H4438 but he shall come וּבָ֣א H935 in peaceably בְשַׁלְוָ֔ה H7962 and obtain וְהֶחֱזִ֥יק H2388 of the kingdom מַלְכ֖וּת H4438 by flatteries בַּחֲלַקְלַקּֽוֹת׃ H2519 22 And with the arms וּזְרֹע֥וֹת H2220 of a flood הַשֶּׁ֛טֶף H7858 shall they be overflown יִשָּׁטְפ֥וּ H7857 from before מִלְּפָנָ֖יו H6440 him and shall be broken וְיִשָּׁבֵ֑רוּ H7665 וְגַ֖ם H1571 yea also the prince נְגִ֥יד H5057 of the covenant בְּרִֽית׃ H1285 23 וּמִן H4480 And after the league הִֽתְחַבְּר֥וּת H2266 אֵלָ֖יו H413 made with him he shall work יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה H6213 deceitfully מִרְמָ֑ה H4820 for he shall come up וְעָלָ֥ה H5927 and shall become strong וְעָצַ֖ם H6105 with a small בִּמְעַט H4592 people גּֽוֹי׃ H1471 24 peaceably בְּשַׁלְוָ֞ה H7962 even upon the fattest places וּבְמִשְׁמַנֵּ֣י H4924 of the province מְדִינָה֮ H4082 He shall enter יָבוֹא֒ H935 and he shall do עָשׂ֤וּ H6213 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 לֹא H3808 and he shall do עָשׂ֤וּ H6213 fathers אֲבֹתָ֔יו H1 fathers אֲבֹתָ֔יו H1 fathers אֲבֹתָ֔יו H1 among them the prey בִּזָּ֧ה H961 and spoil וְשָׁלָ֛ל H7998 and riches וּרְכ֖וּשׁ H7399 לָהֶ֣ם H1992 he shall scatter יִבְז֑וֹר H967 וְעַ֧ל H5921 against the strong holds מִבְצָרִ֛ים H4013 yea and he shall forecast יְחַשֵּׁ֥ב H2803 his devices מַחְשְׁבֹתָ֖יו H4284 וְעַד H5704 even for a time עֵֽת׃ H6256 25 And he shall stir up וְיָעֵר֩ H5782 his power כֹּח֨וֹ H3581 and his courage וּלְבָב֜וֹ H3824 עַל H5921 against the king וּמֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the south הַנֶּ֗גֶב H5045 army בְּחַֽיִל H2428 great גָּד֥וֹל H1419 against the king וּמֶ֣לֶךְ H4428 of the south הַנֶּ֗גֶב H5045 shall be stirred up יִתְגָּרֶה֙ H1624 to battle לַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה H4421 army בְּחַֽיִל H2428 great גָּד֥וֹל H1419 and mighty וְעָצ֖וּם H6099 עַד H5704 with a very מְאֹ֑ד H3966 וְלֹ֣א H3808 but he shall not stand יַעֲמֹ֔ד H5975 כִּֽי H3588 for they shall forecast יַחְשְׁב֥וּ H2803 עָלָ֖יו H5921 devices מַחֲשָׁבֽוֹת׃ H4284 26 Yea they that feed וְאֹכְלֵ֧י H398 פַת H0 of the portion of his meat בָּג֛וֹ H6598 shall destroy יִשְׁבְּר֖וּהוּ H7665 him and his army וְחֵיל֣וֹ H2428 shall overflow יִשְׁט֑וֹף H7857 shall fall וְנָפְל֖וּ H5307 down slain חֲלָלִ֥ים H2491 and many רַבִּֽים׃ H7227 27 And both וּשְׁנֵיהֶ֤ם H8147 these kings הַמְּלָכִים֙ H4428 hearts לְבָבָ֣ם H3824 shall be to do mischief לְמֵרָ֔ע H4827 וְעַל H5921 table שֻׁלְחָ֥ן H7979 at one אֶחָ֖ד H259 lies כָּזָ֣ב H3577 and they shall speak יְדַבֵּ֑רוּ H1696 וְלֹ֣א H3808 but it shall not prosper תִצְלָ֔ח H6743 כִּי H3588 ע֥וֹד H5750 for yet the end קֵ֖ץ H7093 shall be at the time appointed לַמּוֹעֵֽד׃ H4150 28 Then shall he return וְשָׁ֥ב H7725 into his land לְאַרְצֽוֹ׃ H776 riches בִּרְכ֣וּשׁ H7399 with great גָּד֔וֹל H1419 and his heart וּלְבָב֖וֹ H3824 עַל H5921 covenant בְּרִ֣ית H1285 shall be against the holy קֹ֑דֶשׁ H6944 and he shall do וְעָשָׂ֖ה H6213 Then shall he return וְשָׁ֥ב H7725 into his land לְאַרְצֽוֹ׃ H776 29 At the time appointed לַמּוֹעֵ֥ד H4150 he shall return יָשׁ֖וּב H7725 and come וּבָ֣א H935 toward the south בַנֶּ֑גֶב H5045 וְלֹֽא H3808 תִהְיֶ֥ה H1961 but it shall not be as the former כָרִאשֹׁנָ֖ה H7223 or as the latter וְכָאַחֲרוֹנָֽה׃ H314 30 shall come וּבָ֨אוּ H935 ב֜וֹ H0 For the ships צִיִּ֤ים H6716 of Chittim כִּתִּים֙ H3794 against him therefore he shall be grieved וְנִכְאָ֔ה H3512 and return וְשָׁ֣ב H7725 and have indignation וְזָעַ֥ם H2194 עַל H5921 covenant בְּרִ֥ית H1285 against the holy קֹֽדֶשׁ׃ H6944 so shall he do וְעָשָׂ֑ה H6213 and return וְשָׁ֣ב H7725 and have intelligence וְיָבֵ֔ן H995 עַל H5921 with them that forsake עֹזְבֵ֖י H5800 covenant בְּרִ֥ית H1285 against the holy קֹֽדֶשׁ׃ H6944 31 And arms וּזְרֹעִ֖ים H2220 מִמֶּ֣נּוּ H4480 shall stand יַעֲמֹ֑דוּ H5975 on his part and they shall pollute וְחִלְּל֞וּ H2490 the sanctuary הַמִּקְדָּ֤שׁ H4720 of strength הַמָּעוֹז֙ H4581 and shall take away וְהֵסִ֣ירוּ H5493 the daily הַתָּמִ֔יד H8548 sacrifice and they shall place וְנָתְנ֖וּ H5414 the abomination הַשִּׁקּ֥וּץ H8251 that maketh desolate מְשֹׁמֵֽם׃ H8074 32 And such as do wickedly וּמַרְשִׁיעֵ֣י H7561 against the covenant בְרִ֔ית H1285 shall he corrupt יַחֲנִ֖יף H2610 by flatteries בַּחֲלַקּ֑וֹת H2514 but the people וְעַ֛ם H5971 that do know יֹדְעֵ֥י H3045 their God אֱלֹהָ֖יו H430 shall be strong יַחֲזִ֥קוּ H2388 and do וְעָשֽׂוּ׃ H6213 33 And they that understand וּמַשְׂכִּ֣ילֵי H7919 among the people עָ֔ם H5971 shall instruct יָבִ֖ינוּ H995 many לָֽרַבִּ֑ים H7227 yet they shall fall וְנִכְשְׁל֞וּ H3782 by the sword בְּחֶ֧רֶב H2719 and by flame וּבְלֶהָבָ֛ה H3852 by captivity בִּשְׁבִ֥י H7628 and by spoil וּבְבִזָּ֖ה H961 many days יָמִֽים׃ H3117 34 Now when they shall fall וּבְהִכָּ֣שְׁלָ֔ם H3782 they shall be holpen יֵעָזְר֖וּ H5826 help עֵ֣זֶר H5828 with a little מְעָ֑ט H4592 shall cleave וְנִלְו֧וּ H3867 עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם H5921 but many רַבִּ֖ים H7227 to them with flatteries בַּחֲלַקְלַקּֽוֹת׃ H2519 35 וּמִן H4480 And some of them of understanding הַמַּשְׂכִּילִ֣ים H7919 shall fall יִכָּֽשְׁל֗וּ H3782 to try לִצְר֥וֹף H6884 בָּהֶ֛ם H0 them and to purge וּלְבָרֵ֥ר H1305 and to make them white וְלַלְבֵּ֖ן H3835 עַד H5704 even to the time עֵ֣ת H6256 of the end קֵ֑ץ H7093 כִּי H3588 ע֖וֹד H5750 because it is yet for a time appointed לַמּוֹעֵֽד׃ H4150 36 shall be done נֶעֱשָֽׂתָה׃ H6213 according to his will כִרְצֹנ֜וֹ H7522 And the king הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ H4428 and he shall exalt וְיִתְרוֹמֵ֤ם H7311 himself and magnify וְיִתְגַּדֵּל֙ H1431 עַל H5921 כָּל H3605 against the God אֵלִ֔ים H410 וְעַל֙ H5921 against the God אֵלִ֔ים H410 overthrown יִכָּשֵׁ֑לוּ H3782 וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ H428 but these shall escape יִמָּלְט֣וּ H4422 out of his hand מִיָּד֔וֹ H3027 even Edom אֱד֣וֹם H123 and Moab וּמוֹאָ֔ב H4124 and the chief וְרֵאשִׁ֖ית H7225
