H1471 is there so great גָּד֔וֹל H1419 אֲשֶׁר H834 ל֥וֹ H0 our God אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ H430 so nigh קְרֹבִ֣ים H7138 אֵלָ֑יו H413 unto them as the LORD כַּֽיהוָ֣ה H3068 our God אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ H430 בְּכָל H3605 is עַל H5921 upon the earth הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה H127 וְאֶת H853 their children בְּנֵיהֶ֖ם H1121 and that they may teach יְלַמֵּדֽוּן׃ H3925 11 And ye came near וַתִּקְרְב֥וּן H7126 and stood וַתַּֽעַמְד֖וּן H5975 תַּ֣חַת H8478 and the mountain וְהָהָ֞ר H2022 and the mountain וְהָהָ֞ר H2022 burned בֹּעֵ֤ר H1197 with fire בָּאֵשׁ֙ H784 עַד H5704 unto the midst לֵ֣ב H3820 of heaven הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם H8064 and thick darkness חֹ֖שֶׁךְ H2822 clouds עָנָ֥ן H6051 with darkness וַֽעֲרָפֶֽל׃ H6205 12 spake וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר H1696 And the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם H413 unto you out of the midst מִתּ֣וֹךְ H8432 of the fire הָאֵ֑שׁ H784 the voice קֽוֹל׃ H6963 of the words דְּבָרִים֙ H1697 אַתֶּ֣ם H859 ye heard שֹֽׁמְעִ֔ים H8085 no similitude וּתְמוּנָ֛ה H8544 אֵֽינְכֶ֥ם H369 but saw רֹאִ֖ים H7200 only זֽוּלָתִ֥י H2108 the voice קֽוֹל׃ H6963 13 And he declared וַיַּגֵּ֨ד H5046 לָכֶ֜ם H0 אֶת H853 unto you his covenant בְּרִית֗וֹ H1285 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 which he commanded צִוָּ֤ה H6680 אֶתְכֶם֙ H853 you to perform לַֽעֲשׂ֔וֹת H6213 even ten עֲשֶׂ֖רֶת H6235 commandments הַדְּבָרִ֑ים H1697 and he wrote וַֽיִּכְתְּבֵ֔ם H3789 עַל H5921 them upon two שְׁנֵ֖י H8147 tables לֻח֥וֹת H3871 of stone אֲבָנִֽים׃ H68 14 וְאֹתִ֞י H853 commanded צִוָּ֤ה H6680 And the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 me at that time בָּעֵ֣ת H6256 הַהִ֔וא H1931 to teach לְלַמֵּ֣ד H3925 אֶתְכֶ֔ם H853 you statutes חֻקִּ֖ים H2706 and judgments וּמִשְׁפָּטִ֑ים H4941 that ye might do לַעֲשֹֽׂתְכֶ֣ם H6213 אֹתָ֔ם H853 them in the land בָּאָ֕רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 אַתֶּ֛ם H859 whither ye go over עֹֽבְרִ֥ים H5674 שָׁ֖מָּה H8033 to possess לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ H3423 15 heed וְנִשְׁמַרְתֶּ֥ם H8104 Take ye therefore good מְאֹ֖ד H3966 unto yourselves לְנַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶ֑ם H5315 כִּ֣י H3588 לֹ֤א H3808 for ye saw רְאִיתֶם֙ H7200 כָּל H3605 no manner of similitude תְּמוּנָ֔ה H8544 on the day בְּי֗וֹם H3117 spake דִּבֶּ֨ר H1696 that the LORD יְהוָ֧ה H3068 אֲלֵיכֶ֛ם H413 unto you in Horeb בְּחֹרֵ֖ב H2722 out of the midst מִתּ֥וֹךְ H8432 of the fire הָאֵֽשׁ׃ H784 16 פֶּ֨ן H6435 Lest ye corrupt תַּשְׁחִת֔וּן H7843 yourselves and make וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֥ם H6213 לָכֶ֛ם H0 you a graven image פֶּ֖סֶל H6459 the similitude תְּמוּנַ֣ת H8544 כָּל H3605 of any figure סָ֑מֶל H5566 the likeness תַּבְנִ֥ית H8403 of male זָכָ֖ר H2145 א֥וֹ H176 or female נְקֵבָֽה׃ H5347 17 The likeness תַּבְנִית֙ H8403 כָּל H3605 of any beast בְּהֵמָ֖ה H929 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that is on the earth בָּאָ֑רֶץ H776 The likeness תַּבְנִית֙ H8403 כָּל H3605 fowl צִפּ֣וֹר H6833 of any winged כָּנָ֔ף H3671 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 that flieth תָּע֖וּף H5774 in the air בַּשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ H8064 18 The the waters בַּמַּ֖יִם H4325 beneath מִתַּ֥חַת H8478 the earth לָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 19 וּפֶן H6435 And lest thou lift up תִּשָּׂ֨א H5375 thine eyes עֵינֶ֜יךָ H5869 of heaven הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ H8064 and when thou seest וְֽ֠רָאִיתָ H7200 אֶת H853 the sun הַשֶּׁ֨מֶשׁ H8121 וְאֶת H853 and the moon הַיָּרֵ֜חַ H3394 וְאֶת H853 and the stars הַכּֽוֹכָבִ֗ים H3556 כֹּ֚ל H3605 even all the host צְבָ֣א H6635 of heaven הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ H8064 shouldest be driven וְנִדַּחְתָּ֛ H5080 to worship וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוִ֥יתָ H7812 לָהֶ֖ם H0 them and serve וַֽעֲבַדְתָּ֑ם H5647 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 hath divided חָלַ֜ק H2505 them which the LORD יְהוָ֤ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ H430 אֹתָ֔ם H853 לְכֹל֙ H3605 unto all nations הָֽעַמִּ֔ים H5971 תַּ֖חַת H8478 כָּל H3605 of heaven הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ H8064 20 וְאֶתְכֶם֙ H853 hath taken לָקַ֣ח H3947 But the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 you and brought you forth וַיּוֹצִ֥א H3318 אֶתְכֶ֛ם H853 furnace מִכּ֥וּר H3564 out of the iron הַבַּרְזֶ֖ל H1270 even out of Egypt מִמִּצְרָ֑יִם H4714 לִֽהְי֥וֹת H1961 ל֛וֹ H0 to be unto him a people לְעַ֥ם H5971 of inheritance נַֽחֲלָ֖ה H5159 as ye are this day כַּיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 21 Furthermore the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 was angry הִתְאַנֶּף H599 בִּ֖י H0 עַל H5921 with me for your sakes דִּבְרֵיכֶ֑ם H1697 and sware וַיִּשָּׁבַ֗ע H7650 לְבִלְתִּ֤י H1115 that I should not go over עָבְרִי֙ H5674 אֶת H853 Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן H3383 וּלְבִלְתִּי H1115 and that I should not go בֹא֙ H935 אֶל H413 land הָאָ֣רֶץ H776 in unto that good הַטּוֹבָ֔ה H2896 אֲשֶׁר֙ H834 Furthermore the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ H430 giveth נֹתֵ֥ן H5414 לְךָ֖ H0 thee for an inheritance נַֽחֲלָֽה׃ H5159 22 כִּ֣י H3588 אָֽנֹכִ֥י H595 But I must die מֵת֙ H4191 in this land הָאָ֥רֶץ H776 הַזֹּ֔את H2063 אֵינֶ֥נִּי H369 I must not go over עֹֽבְרִ֔ים H5674 forbidden צִוְּךָ֖ H6680 of the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ H430 24 כִּ֚י H3588 For the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ H430 fire אֵ֥שׁ H784 is a consuming אֹֽכְלָ֖ה H398 ה֑וּא H1931 God אֵ֖ל H410 even a jealous קַנָּֽא׃ H7067 25 כִּֽי H3588 When thou shalt beget תוֹלִ֤יד H3205 and children's בָנִ֔ים H1121 and children's בָנִ֔ים H1121 and children's בָנִ֔ים H1121 and ye shall have remained long וְנֽוֹשַׁנְתֶּ֖ם H3462 in the land בָּאָ֑רֶץ H776 and shall corrupt וְהִשְׁחַתֶּ֗ם H7843 of any thing and shall do וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֥ם H6213 a graven image פֶּ֙סֶל֙ H6459 or the likeness תְּמ֣וּנַת H8544 כֹּ֔ל H3605 of any thing and shall do וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֥ם H6213 evil הָרַ֛ע H7451 in the sight בְּעֵינֵ֥י H5869 of the LORD יְהוָֽה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ H430 to provoke him to anger לְהַכְעִיסֽוֹ׃ H3707 26 I call הַֽעִידֹתִי֩ H5749 בָכֶ֨ם H0 against you this day יָמִים֙ H3117 אֶת H853 heaven הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם H8064 וְאֶת H853 and earth הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 כִּֽי H3588 perish תֹּֽאבֵדוּן֮ H6 perish תֹּֽאבֵדוּן֮ H6 that ye shall soon מַהֵר֒ H4118 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 and earth הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 אַתֶּ֜ם H859 whereunto ye go over עֹֽבְרִ֧ים H5674 אֶת H853 Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֛ן H3383 שָׁ֖מָּה H8033 to possess לְרִשְׁתָּ֑הּ H3423 לֹֽא H3808 it ye shall not prolong תַאֲרִיכֻ֤ן H748 against you this day יָמִים֙ H3117 עָלֶ֔יהָ H5921 כִּ֥י H3588 be destroyed תִּשָּֽׁמֵדֽוּן׃ H8045 be destroyed תִּשָּֽׁמֵדֽוּן׃ H8045 27 shall scatter וְהֵפִ֧יץ H6327 And the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 אֶתְכֶ֖ם H853 you among the nations בָּֽעַמִּ֑ים H5971 and ye shall be left וְנִשְׁאַרְתֶּם֙ H7604 few מְתֵ֣י H4962 in number מִסְפָּ֔ר H4557 among the heathen בַּגּוֹיִ֕ם H1471 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 shall lead יְנַהֵ֧ג H5090 And the LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 אֶתְכֶ֖ם H853 שָֽׁמָּה׃ H8033 28 And there ye shall serve וַֽעֲבַדְתֶּם H5647 שָׁ֣ם H8033 gods אֱלֹהִ֔ים H430 the work מַֽעֲשֵׂ֖ה H4639 hands יְדֵ֣י H3027 of men's אָדָ֑ם H120 wood עֵ֣ץ H6086 and stone וָאֶ֔בֶן H68 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 לֹֽא H3808 which neither see יִרְאוּן֙ H7200 וְלֹ֣א H3808 nor hear יִשְׁמְע֔וּן H8085 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor eat יֹֽאכְל֖וּן H398 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor smell יְרִיחֻֽן׃ H7306 29 But if from thence thou shalt seek וּבִקַּשְׁתֶּ֥ם H1245 מִשָּׁ֛ם H8033 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ H430 thou shalt find וּמָצָ֑אתָ H4672 כִּ֣י H3588 him if thou seek תִדְרְשֶׁ֔נּוּ H1875 בְּכָל H3605 him with all thy heart לְבָֽבְךָ֖ H3824 וּבְכָל בַּגִּלְעָד֙ H1568 of the Gadites לַגָּדִ֔י H1425 וְאֶת H853 and Golan גּוֹלָ֥ן H1474 in Bashan בַּבָּשָׁ֖ן H1316 of the Manassites לַֽמְנַשִּֽׁי׃ H4520 44 וְזֹ֖את H2063 And this is the law הַתּוֹרָ֑ה מַלְכֵ֣י H4428 of the Amorites הָֽאֱמֹרִ֔י H567 אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 which were on this side בְּעֵ֣בֶר H5676 Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן H3383 toward the sunrising מִזְרַ֖ח H4217 שָֽׁמֶשׁ׃ H8121 48 From Aroer מֵֽעֲרֹעֵ֞ר H6177 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 עַל H5921 which is by the bank שְׂפַת H8193 of the river נַ֧חַל H5158 Arnon אַרְנֹ֛ן H769 וְעַד H5704 even unto mount הַ֥ר H2022 Sion שִׂיאֹ֖ן H7865 ה֥וּא H1931 which is
