H2001 to banquet לִשְׁתּ֖וֹת H8354 עִם H5973 with Esther אֶסְתֵּ֥ר H635 the queen הַמַּלְכָּֽה׃ H4436 2 said וַיֹּאמֶר֩ H559 And the king הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ H4428 Esther אֶסְתֵּ֥ר H635 גַּ֣ם H1571 day בַּיּ֤וֹם H3117 on the second הַשֵּׁנִי֙ H8145 at the banquet בְּמִשְׁתֵּ֣ה H4960 of wine הַיַּ֔יִן H3196 מַה H4100 What is thy petition שְּׁאֵֽלָתֵ֛ךְ H7596 Esther אֶסְתֵּ֥ר H635 queen הַמַּלְכָּ֖ה H4436 and it shall be granted וְתִנָּ֣תֵֽן H5414 לָ֑ךְ H0 וּמַה H4100 thee and what is thy request בַּקָּֽשָׁתֵ֛ךְ H1246 עַד H5704 even to the half חֲצִ֥י H2677 of the kingdom הַמַּלְכ֖וּת H4438 and me at my petition בִּשְׁאֵ֣לָתִ֔י H7596 and my people וְעַמִּ֖י H5971 at my request בְּבַקָּֽשָׁתִֽי׃ H1246 4 כִּ֤י H3588 For we are sold נִמְכַּ֙רְנוּ֙ H4376 אֲנִ֣י H589 I and my people וְעַמִּ֔י H5971 to be destroyed לְהַשְׁמִ֖יד H8045 to be slain לַֽהֲר֣וֹג H2026 and to perish וּלְאַבֵּ֑ד H6 But if וְ֠אִלּוּ H432 for bondmen לַֽעֲבָדִ֨ים H5650 and bondwomen וְלִשְׁפָח֤וֹת H8198 For we are sold נִמְכַּ֙רְנוּ֙ H4376 I had held my tongue הֶֽחֱרַ֔שְׁתִּי H2790 כִּ֣י H3588 אֵ֥ין H369 although the enemy הַצָּ֛ר H6862 could not countervail שׁוֶֹ֖ה H7737 damage בְּנֵ֥זֶק H5143 the king's הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 5 and said וַיֹּ֖אמֶר H559 Then the king הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ H4428 Ahasuerus אֲחַשְׁוֵר֔וֹשׁ H325 and said וַיֹּ֖אמֶר H559 unto Esther לְאֶסְתֵּ֣ר H635 the queen הַמַּלְכָּ֑ה H4436 מִ֣י H4310 ה֥וּא H1931 זֶה֙ H2088 וְאֵֽי H335 זֶ֣ה H2088 ה֔וּא H1931 אֲשֶׁר H834 Who is he and where is he that durst presume מְלָא֥וֹ H4390 in his heart לִבּ֖וֹ H3820 to do לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת H6213 כֵּֽן׃ H3651 6 said וַתֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And Esther אֶסְתֵּ֔ר H635 The adversary אִ֚ישׁ H376 צַ֣ר H6862 and enemy וְאוֹיֵ֔ב H341 Haman וְהָמָ֣ן H2001 is this wicked הָרָ֖ע H7451 הַזֶּ֑ה H2088 Haman וְהָמָ֣ן H2001 was afraid נִבְעַ֔ת H1204 before מִלִּפְנֵ֥י H6440 the king הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 and the queen וְהַמַּלְכָּֽה׃ H4436 7 And the king הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 arising קָ֤ם H6965 in his wrath בַּֽחֲמָתוֹ֙ H2534 from the banquet מִמִּשְׁתֵּ֣ה H4960 of wine הַיַּ֔יִן H3196 אֶל H413 garden גִּנַּ֖ת H1594 went into the palace הַבִּיתָ֑ן H1055 and Haman וְהָמָ֣ן H2001 stood up עָמַ֗ד H5975 to make request לְבַקֵּ֤שׁ H1245 עַל H5921 for his life נַפְשׁוֹ֙ H5315 to Esther מֵֽאֶסְתֵּ֣ר H635 the queen הַמַּלְכָּ֔ה H4436 כִּ֣י H3588 for he saw רָאָ֔ה H7200 כִּֽי H3588 determined כָלְתָ֥ה H3615 אֵלָ֛יו H413 that there was evil הָֽרָעָ֖ה H7451 מֵאֵ֥ת H854 And the king הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ H4428 8 Then the king הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ H4428 returned שָׁב֩ H7725 garden מִגִּנַּ֨ת H1594 out of the palace הַבִּיתָ֜ן H1055 אֶל H413 also before me in the house בַּבָּ֑יִת H1004 of the banquet מִשְׁתֵּ֣ה H4960 of wine הַיַּ֗יִן H3196 Haman's הָמָ֖ן H2001 was fallen נֹפֵ֔ל H5307 עַל H5921 upon the bed הַמִּטָּה֙ H4296 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 whereon Esther אֶסְתֵּ֣ר H635 עָלֶ֔יהָ H5921 was Then said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 Then the king הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ H4428 הֲ֠גַם H1571 Will he force לִכְבּ֧וֹשׁ H3533 אֶת H853 the queen הַמַּלְכָּ֛ה H4436 עִמִּ֖י H5973 also before me in the house בַּבָּ֑יִת H1004 As the word הַדָּבָ֗ר H1697 went out יָצָא֙ H3318 mouth מִפִּ֣י H6310 Then the king הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ H4428 face וּפְנֵ֥י H6440 Haman's הָמָ֖ן H2001 they covered חָפֽוּ׃ H2645 9 said וַיֹּ֥אמֶר H559 And Harbonah חַ֠רְבוֹנָה H2726 one אֶחָ֨ד H259 מִן H4480 of the chamberlains הַסָּֽרִיסִ֜ים H5631 before לִפְנֵ֣י H6440 Then the king הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 גַּ֣ם H1571 הִנֵּֽה H2009 Behold also the gallows הָעֵ֣ץ H6086 אֲשֶׁר H834 had made עָשָׂ֪ה H6213 of Haman הָמָ֔ן H2001 for Mordecai לְֽמָרְדֳּכַ֞י H4782 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 who had spoken דִּבֶּר H1696 good ט֣וֹב H2896 עַל H5921 Then the king הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 standeth עֹמֵד֙ H5975 in the house בְּבֵ֣ית H1004 of Haman הָמָ֔ן H2001 high גָּבֹ֖הַּ H1364 fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים H2572 cubits אַמָּ֑ה H520 said וַיֹּ֥אמֶר H559 Then the king הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ H4428 Hang תְּלֻ֥הוּ H8518 עָלָֽיו׃ H5921 10 So they hanged וַיִּתְלוּ֙ H8518 אֶת H853 Haman הָמָ֔ן H2001 עַל H5921 on the gallows הָעֵ֖ץ H6086 אֲשֶׁר H834 that he had prepared
