must hold a feast חַג H2282 unto the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 לָֽנוּ׃ H0 10 And he said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 אֲלֵהֶ֗ם H413 יְהִ֨י H1961 כֵ֤ן H3651 unto them Let the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 עִמָּכֶ֔ם H5973 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֛ר H834 be so with you as I will let you go אֲשַׁלַּ֥ח H7971 אֶתְכֶ֖ם H853 וְאֶֽת H853 and your little ones טַפְּכֶ֑ם H2945 look רְא֕וּ H7200 כִּ֥י H3588 to it for evil רָעָ֖ה H7451 נֶ֥גֶד H5048 is H4294 עַל H5921 over the land בָּאָ֔רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרַיִם֒ H4714 and the LORD וַֽיהוָ֗ה H3068 brought נִהַ֤ג H5090 wind וְר֙וּחַ֙ H7307 an east הַקָּדִ֔ים H6921 over the land בָּאָ֔רֶץ H776 כָּל H3605 all that day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַה֖וּא H1931 וְכָל H3605 and all that night הַלָּ֑יְלָה H3915 and when it was morning הַבֹּ֣קֶר H1242 הָיָ֔ה H1961 wind וְר֙וּחַ֙ H7307 an east הַקָּדִ֔ים H6921 brought נָשָׂ֖א H5375 אֶת H853 the locusts הָֽאַרְבֶּֽה׃ H697 14 went up וַיַּ֣עַל H5927 And the locusts אַרְבֶּה֙ H697 עַ֚ל H5921 כָּל H3605 over all the land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרָ֑יִם H4714 and rested וַיָּ֕נַח H5117 בְּכֹ֖ל H3605 in all the coasts גְּב֣וּל H1366 of Egypt מִצְרָ֑יִם H4714 grievous כָּבֵ֣ד H3515 very מְאֹ֔ד H3966 were they before לְ֠פָנָיו H6440 לֹא H3808 הָ֨יָה H1961 them there were no such כֵּֽן׃ H3651 And the locusts אַרְבֶּה֙ H697 כָּמֹ֔הוּ H3644 as they neither after וְאַֽחֲרָ֖יו H310 לֹ֥א H3808 יִֽהְיֶה H1961 them there were no such כֵּֽן׃ H3651 15 For they covered וַיְכַ֞ס H3680 אֶת H853 the face עֵ֣ין H5869 כָּל H3605 of the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 was darkened וַתֶּחְשַׁ֣ךְ H2821 of the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 and they did eat וַיֹּ֜אכַל H398 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 every herb וּבְעֵ֥שֶׂב H6212 of the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 וְאֵת֙ H853 כָּל H3605 and all the fruit פְּרִ֣י H6529 in the trees בָּעֵ֛ץ H6086 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 and there remained נוֹתַ֨ר H3498 which the hail הַבָּרָ֑ד H1259 וְלֹֽא H3808 and there remained נוֹתַ֨ר H3498 כָּל H3605 not any green thing יֶ֧רֶק H3418 in the trees בָּעֵ֛ץ H6086 every herb וּבְעֵ֥שֶׂב H6212 of the field הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה H7704 בְּכָל H3605 of the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 16 in haste וַיְמַהֵ֣ר H4116 Then Pharaoh פַּרְעֹ֔ה H6547 called לִקְרֹ֖א H7121 for Moses לְמֹשֶׁ֣ה H4872 and Aaron וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֑ן H175 and he said וַיֹּ֗אמֶר H559 I have sinned חָטָ֛אתִי H2398 against the LORD לַֽיהוָ֥ה H3068 your God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם H430 וְלָכֶֽם׃ H0 17 וְעַתָּ֗ה H6258 Now therefore forgive שָׂ֣א H5375 נָ֤א H4994 I pray thee my sin חַטָּאתִי֙ H2403 אַ֣ךְ H389 only this once הַפַּ֔עַם H6471 and intreat וְהַעְתִּ֖ירוּ H6279 the LORD לַֽיהוָ֣ה H3068 your God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֑ם H430 that he may take away וְיָסֵר֙ H5493 מֵֽעָלַ֔י H5921 רַ֖ק H7535 אֶת H853 from me this death הַמָּ֥וֶת H4194 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 18 And he went out וַיֵּצֵ֖א H3318 מֵעִ֣ם H5973 from Pharaoh פַּרְעֹ֑ה H6547 and intreated וַיֶּעְתַּ֖ר H6279 אֶל H413 the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 19 turned וַיַּֽהֲפֹ֨ךְ H2015 And the LORD יְהוָ֤ה H3068 wind רֽוּחַ H7307 sea יָ֣מָּה H3220 strong חָזָ֣ק H2389 a mighty מְאֹ֔ד H3966 which took away וַיִּשָּׂא֙ H5375 אֶת H853 locust אַרְבֶּ֣ה H697 and cast וַיִּתְקָעֵ֖הוּ H8628 sea יָ֣מָּה H3220 them into the Red סּ֑וּף H5488 לֹ֤א H3808 there remained נִשְׁאַר֙ H7604 locust אַרְבֶּ֣ה H697 not one אֶחָ֔ד H259 בְּכֹ֖ל H3605 in all the coasts גְּב֥וּל H1366 of Egypt מִצְרָֽיִם׃ H4714 20 hardened וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק H2388 But the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֶת H853 heart לֵ֣ב H3820 Pharaoh's פַּרְעֹ֑ה H6547 וְלֹ֥א H3808 go שִׁלַּ֖ח H7971 אֶת H853 so that he would not let the children בְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 21 said וַיֹּ֨אמֶר H559 And the LORD יְהוָ֜ה H3068 אֶל H413 unto Moses מֹשֶׁ֗ה H4872 Stretch out נְטֵ֤ה H5186 thine hand יָֽדְךָ֙ H3027 עַל H5921 toward heaven הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם H8064 וִ֥יהִי H1961 even darkness חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃ H2822 עַל H5921 over the land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרָ֑יִם H4714 which may be felt וְיָמֵ֖שׁ H4959 even darkness חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃ H2822 22 stretched forth וַיֵּ֥ט H5186 And Moses מֹשֶׁ֛ה H4872 אֶת H853 his hand יָד֖וֹ H3027 עַל H5921 toward heaven הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם H8064 וַיְהִ֧י H1961 darkness חֹֽשֶׁךְ H2822 and there was a thick אֲפֵלָ֛ה H653 בְּכָל H3605 in all the land אֶ֥רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרַ֖יִם H4714 three שְׁלֹ֥שֶׁת H7969 days יָמִֽים׃ H3117 23 לֹֽא H3808 They saw רָא֞וּ H7200 any אִ֥ישׁ H376 אֶת H853 another אָחִ֗יו H251 וְלֹא H3808 neither rose קָ֛מוּ H6965 any אִ֥ישׁ H376 מִתַּחְתָּ֖יו H8478 from his place for three שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת H7969 days יָמִ֑ים H3117 וּֽלְכָל H3605 but all the children בְּנֵ֧י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל H3478 הָ֥יָה H1961 had light א֖וֹר H216 in their dwellings בְּמֽוֹשְׁבֹתָֽם׃ H4186 24 called וַיִּקְרָ֨א H7121 And Pharaoh פַרְעֹ֜ה H6547 אֶל H413 unto Moses מֹשֶׁ֗ה H4872 and said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 לְכוּ֙ H1980 ye serve עִבְד֣וּ H5647 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 רַ֛ק H7535 only let your flocks צֹֽאנְכֶ֥ם H6629 and your herds וּבְקַרְכֶ֖ם H1241 be stayed יֻצָּ֑ג H3322 גַּֽם H1571 let your little ones טַפְּכֶ֖ם H2945 יֵלֵ֥ךְ H1980 עִמָּכֶֽם׃ H5973 25 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And Moses מֹשֶׁ֔ה H4872 גַּם H1571 אַתָּ֛ה H859 Thou must give תִּתֵּ֥ן H5414 us בְּיָדֵ֖נוּ H3027 also sacrifices זְבָחִ֣ים H2077 and burnt offerings וְעֹלֹ֑ת H5930 that we may sacrifice וְעָשִׂ֖ינוּ H6213 unto the LORD לַֽיהוָ֥ה H3068 our God אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ H430 26 וְגַם H1571 Our cattle מִקְנֵ֜נוּ H4735 יֵלֵ֣ךְ H1980 עִמָּ֗נוּ H5973 לֹ֤א H3808 be left behind תִשָּׁאֵר֙ H7604 with us there shall not an hoof פַּרְסָ֔ה H6541 כִּ֚י H3588 מִמֶּ֣נּוּ H4480 for thereof must we take נִקַּ֔ח H3947 not with what we must serve נַּעֲבֹד֙ H5647 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 our God אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ H430 וַֽאֲנַ֣חְנוּ H587 לֹֽא H3808 and we know נֵדַ֗ע H3045 מַֽה H4100 not with what we must serve נַּעֲבֹד֙ H5647 אֶת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 עַד H5704 until we come בֹּאֵ֖נוּ H935 שָֽׁמָּה׃ H8033 27 hardened וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק H2388 But the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֶת H853 heart לֵ֣ב H3820 Pharaoh's פַּרְעֹ֑ה H6547 וְלֹ֥א H3808 and he would אָבָ֖ה H14 not let them go לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃ H7971 28 said וַיֹּֽאמֶר H559 ל֥וֹ H0 And Pharaoh פַרְעֹ֖ה H6547 לֵ֣ךְ H1980 מֵֽעָלָ֑י H5921 thee from me take heed הִשָּׁ֣מֶר H8104 לְךָ֗ H0 אֶל H408 no more תֹּ֙סֶף֙ H3254 thou seest רְאֹֽתְךָ֥ H7200 my face פָנַ֖י H6440 כִּ֗י H3588 for in that day בְּי֛וֹם H3117 thou seest רְאֹֽתְךָ֥ H7200 my
