the glory צְבִ֥י H6643 הִ֖יא H1931 לְכָל H3605 into a land הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ H776 7 Then said וָאֹמַ֣ר H559 אֲלֵהֶ֗ם H413 every man אִ֣ישׁ H376 the abominations שִׁקּוּצֵ֤י H8251 of his eyes עֵינָיו֙ H5869 I unto them Cast ye away הַשְׁלִ֔יכוּ H7993 not yourselves with the idols וּבְגִלּוּלֵ֥י H1544 of Egypt מִצְרַ֖יִם H4714 אַל H408 and defile תִּטַּמָּ֑אוּ H2930 אֲנִ֖י H589 I am the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 your God אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ H430 8 But they rebelled וַיַּמְרוּ H4784 בִ֗י H0 וְלֹ֤א H3808 against me and would אָבוּ֙ H14 not hearken לִּשְׁמֹ֣עַ H8085 אֵלַ֔י H413 unto me they did not every man אִ֣ישׁ לָהֶם֙ H0 אֶת H853 them my statutes חֻקּוֹתַ֔י H2708 וְאֶת H853 them my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֖י H4941 and shewed הוֹדַ֣עְתִּי H3045 אוֹתָ֑ם H853 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 do יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה H6213 אוֹתָ֛ם H853 which if a man הָאָדָ֖ם H120 he shall even live וָחַ֥י H2425 בָּהֶֽם׃ H0 12 וְגַ֤ם H1571 אֶת H853 them my sabbaths שַׁבְּתוֹתַי֙ H7676 Moreover also I gave נָתַ֣תִּי H5414 לָהֶ֔ם H0 לִהְי֣וֹת H1961 to be a sign הָלָ֜כוּ H1980 וְאֶת H853 my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֣י H4941 and they despised מָאָ֗סוּ H3988 אֲשֶׁר֩ H834 do יַעֲשֶׂ֨ה H6213 אֹתָ֤ם H853 which if a man הָֽאָדָם֙ H120 he shall even live וָחַ֣י H2425 בָּהֶ֔ם H0 וְאֶת H853 in them and my sabbaths שַׁבְּתֹתַ֖י H7676 polluted חִלְּל֣וּ H2490 they greatly מְאֹ֑ד H3966 then I said וָאֹמַ֞ר H559 I would pour out לִשְׁפֹּ֨ךְ H8210 my fury חֲמָתִ֧י H2534 עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם H5921 against me in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר H4057 to consume לְכַלּוֹתָֽם׃ H3615 14 But I wrought וָאֶעֱשֶׂ֖ה H6213 לְמַ֣עַן H4616 for my name's שְׁמִ֑י H8034 לְבִלְתִּ֤י H1115 sake that it should not be polluted הֵחֵל֙ H2490 before לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 the heathen הַגּוֹיִ֔ם H1471 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 I brought them out הוֹצֵאתִ֖ים H3318 before לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 15 וְגַם H1571 אֲנִ֗י H589 Yet also I lifted up נָשָׂ֧אתִי H5375 my hand יָדִ֛י H3027 לָהֶ֖ם H0 unto them in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר H4057 לְבִלְתִּי֩ H1115 that I would not bring הָבִ֨יא H935 אוֹתָ֜ם H853 אֶל H413 of all lands הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ H776 אֲשֶׁר H834 which I had given נָתַ֗תִּי H5414 them flowing זָבַ֤ת H2100 with milk חָלָב֙ H2461 and honey וּדְבַ֔שׁ H1706 which is the glory צְבִ֥י H6643 הִ֖יא H1931 לְכָל H3605 of all lands הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ H776 16 יַ֜עַן H3282 my judgments בְּמִשְׁפָּטַ֣י H4941 Because they despised מָאָ֗סוּ H3988 וְאֶת H853 not in my statutes חֻקּוֹתַי֙ H2708 לֹא H3808 and walked הֹלֵֽךְ׃ H1980 בָהֶ֔ם H0 וְאֶת H853 my sabbaths שַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖י H7676 but polluted חִלֵּ֑לוּ H2490 כִּ֛י H3588 after אַחֲרֵ֥י H310 their idols גִלּוּלֵיהֶ֖ם H1544 for their heart לִבָּ֥ם H3820 and walked הֹלֵֽךְ׃ H1980 17 spared וַתָּ֧חָס H2347 Nevertheless mine eye עֵינִ֛י H5869 עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם H5921 them from destroying מִֽשַּׁחֲתָ֑ם H7843 וְלֹֽא H3808 them neither did I make עָשִׂ֧יתִי H6213 אוֹתָ֛ם H853 an end כָּלָ֖ה H3617 of them in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ H4057 18 But I said וָאֹמַ֤ר H559 אֶל H413 unto their children בְּנֵיהֶם֙ H1121 in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֔ר H4057 ye not in the statutes בְּחוּקֵּ֤י H2706 of your fathers אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶם֙ H1 אַל H408 תֵּלֵ֔כוּ H1980 וְאֶת H853 their judgments מִשְׁפְּטֵיהֶ֖ם H4941 אַל H408 neither observe תִּשְׁמֹ֑רוּ H8104 yourselves with their idols וּבְגִלּוּלֵיהֶ֖ם H1544 אַל H408 nor defile תִּטַּמָּֽאוּ׃ H2930 19 אֲנִי֙ H589 I am the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 your God אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֔ם H430 in my statutes בְּחֻקּוֹתַ֖י H2708 לֵ֑כוּ H1980 וְאֶת H853 my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֥י H4941 and keep שִׁמְר֖וּ H8104 and do וַעֲשׂ֥וּ H6213 אוֹתָֽם׃ H853 20 וְאֶת H853 my sabbaths שַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖י H7676 And hallow קַדֵּ֑שׁוּ H6942 וְהָי֤וּ H1961 and they shall be a sign לְאוֹת֙ H226 בֵּינִ֣י H996 וּבֵֽינֵיכֶ֔ם H996 between me and you that ye may know לָדַ֕עַת H3045 כִּ֛י H3588 אֲנִ֥י H589 that I am the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 your God אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ H430 21 rebelled וַיַּמְרוּ H4784 בִ֣י H0 Notwithstanding the children הַבָּנִ֗ים H1121 not in my statutes בְּחֻקּוֹתַ֣י H2708 לֹֽא H3808 against me they walked הָ֠לָכוּ H1980 וְאֶת H853 my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֨י H4941 לֹא H3808 neither kept שָׁמְר֜וּ H8104 do יַעֲשֶׂ֨ה H6213 אוֹתָ֗ם H853 אֲשֶׁר֩ H834 do יַעֲשֶׂ֨ה H6213 אוֹתָ֤ם H853 them which if a man הָֽאָדָם֙ H120 he shall even live וָחַ֣י and wrought וָאַ֖עַשׂ H6213 לְמַ֣עַן H4616 for my name's שְׁמִ֑י H8034 לְבִלְתִּ֤י H1115 sake that it should not be polluted הֵחֵל֙ H2490 in the sight לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 of the heathen הַגּוֹיִ֔ם H1471 אֲשֶׁר H834 I brought them forth הוֹצֵ֥אתִי H3318 אוֹתָ֖ם H853 in the sight לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 23 גַּם H1571 אֲנִ֗י H589 I lifted up נָשָׂ֧אתִי H5375 אֶת H853 mine hand יָדִ֛י H3027 לָהֶ֖ם H0 unto them also in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר H4057 that I would scatter לְהָפִ֤יץ H6327 אֹתָם֙ H853 them among the heathen בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם H1471 and disperse וּלְזָר֥וֹת H2219 אוֹתָ֖ם H853 them through the countries בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ H776 24 יַ֜עַן H3282 my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֤י H4941 לֹֽא H3808 Because they had not executed עָשׂוּ֙ H6213 my statutes וְחֻקּוֹתַ֣י H2708 but had despised מָאָ֔סוּ H3988 וְאֶת H853 my sabbaths שַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖י H7676 and had polluted חִלֵּ֑לוּ H2490 were after וְאַחֲרֵי֙ H310 idols גִּלּוּלֵ֣י H1544 their fathers אֲבוֹתָ֔ם H1 הָי֖וּ H1961 and their eyes עֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 25 וְגַם H1571 אֲנִי֙ H589 Wherefore I gave נָתַ֣תִּי H5414 לָהֶ֔ם H0 them also statutes חֻקִּ֖ים H2706 לֹ֣א H3808 that were not good טוֹבִ֑ים H2896 and judgments וּמִ֨שְׁפָּטִ֔ים H4941 לֹ֥א H3808 whereby they should not live יִֽחְי֖וּ H2421 בָּהֶֽם׃ H0 26 And I polluted וָאֲטַמֵּ֤א H2930 אוֹתָם֙ H853 them in their own gifts בְּמַתְּנוֹתָ֔ם H4979 in that they caused to pass through בְּהַעֲבִ֖יר H5674 כָּל H3605 the fire all that openeth פֶּ֣טֶר H6363 the womb רָ֑חַם H7356 לְמַ֣עַן H4616 that I might make them desolate אֲשִׁמֵּ֔ם H8074 לְמַ֙עַן֙ H4616 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 to the end that they might know יֵֽדְע֔וּ H3045 אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 אֲנִ֥י H589 that I am the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 27 לָכֵ֞ן H3651 speak דַּבֵּ֨ר H1696 אֶל H413 unto the house בֵּ֤ית H1004 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ H3478 Therefore son בֶּן H1121 of man אָדָ֔ם H120 and say אָמַ֖ר H559 אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם H413 כֹּ֥ה H3541 and say אָמַ֖ר H559 the Lord אֲדֹנָ֣י H136 GOD יְהוִ֑ה H3069 ע֗וֹד H5750 זֹ֚את H2063 have blasphemed גִּדְּפ֤וּ H1442 אוֹתִי֙ H853 Yet in this your fathers אֲב֣וֹתֵיכֶ֔ם H1 a trespass בְּמַעֲלָ֥ם H4604 בִּ֖י H0 me in that they have committed מָֽעַל׃ H4603 28 For when I had brought וָאֲבִיאֵם֙ H935 אֶל H413 them into the land הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 for the which I lifted up נָשָׂ֙אתִי֙ H5375 אֶת H853 mine hand יָדִ֔י H3027 and there they presented וַיִּתְּנוּ H5414 אוֹתָ֖הּ H853 לָהֶ֑ם H0 it to them then they saw וַיִּרְאוּ֩ H7200 כָל H3605 hill גִּבְעָ֨ה H1389 every high רָמָ֜ה H7311 וְכָל H3605 trees עֵ֣ץ H6086 and all the thick עָבֹ֗ת H5687 and they offered וַיִּזְבְּחוּ H2076 שָׁ֤ם H8033 אֶת H853 there their sacrifices זִבְחֵיהֶם֙ H2077 and there they presented וַיִּתְּנוּ H5414 שָׁם֙ H8033 the provocation כַּ֣עַס H3708 of their offering קָרְבָּנָ֔ם H7133 there also they made וַיָּשִׂ֣ימוּ H7760 שָׁ֗ם H8033 savour רֵ֚יחַ H7381 their sweet נִיח֣וֹחֵיהֶ֔ם H5207 and poured out וַיַּסִּ֥יכוּ H5258 שָׁ֖ם H8033 אֶת H853 there their drink offerings נִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃ H5262 29 Then I said וָאֹמַ֣ר H559 אֲלֵהֶ֔ם H413 מָ֣ה H4100 unto them What is the high place הַבָּמָ֔ה H1116 אֲשֶׁר H834 אַתֶּ֥ם H859 whereunto ye go הַבָּאִ֖ים H935 שָׁ֑ם H8033 thereof is called וַיִּקָּרֵ֤א H7121 And the name שְׁמָהּ֙ H8034 Bamah בָּמָ֔ה H1117 עַ֖ד H5704 unto this day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּֽה׃ H2088 30 לָכֵ֞ן H3651 Thus saith אָמַר֙ H559 אֶל H413 unto the house בֵּ֣ית H1004 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל H3478 כֹּ֤ה H3541 Thus saith אָמַר֙ H559 the Lord אֲדֹנָ֣י H136 GOD יְהוִ֔ה H3069 after the manner הַבְּדֶ֥רֶךְ H1870 of your fathers אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם H1 אַתֶּ֣ם H859 Are ye polluted נִטְמְאִ֑ים H2930 after וְאַחֲרֵ֥י H310 their abominations שִׁקּוּצֵיהֶ֖ם H8251 אַתֶּ֥ם H859 and commit ye whoredom זֹנִֽים׃ H2181 31 For when ye offer וּבִשְׂאֵ֣ת H5375 your gifts מַתְּנֹֽתֵיכֶ֡ם H4979 to pass through בְּֽהַעֲבִיר֩ H5674 when ye make your sons בְּנֵיכֶ֨ם H1121 the fire בָּאֵ֜שׁ H784 אַתֶּם֩ H859 ye pollute נִטְמְאִ֤֨ים H2930 לְכָל H3605 yourselves with all your idols גִּלּֽוּלֵיכֶם֙ H1544 עַד H5704 We will be נִֽהְיֶ֤ה H1961 לֹ֣א H3808 We will be נִֽהְיֶ֤ה H1961 אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ H834 אַתֶּ֣ם H859 shall not be at all that ye say אֹמְרִ֗ים H559 We will be נִֽהְיֶ֤ה H1961 as the heathen כַגּוֹיִם֙ H1471 as the families כְּמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹת H4940 of the countries הָאֲרָצ֔וֹת H776 to serve לְשָׁרֵ֖ת H8334 wood עֵ֥ץ H6086 and stone וָאָֽבֶן׃ H68 33 As I live חַי H2416 אָ֕נִי H589 saith נְאֻ֖ם H5002 the Lord אֲדֹנָ֣י H136 GOD יְהוִ֑ה H3069 אִם H518 לֹ֠א H3808 hand בְּיָ֨ד H3027 surely with a mighty חֲזָקָ֜ה H2389 arm וּבִזְר֧וֹעַ H2220 and with a stretched out נְטוּיָ֛ה H5186 and with fury וּבְחֵמָ֥ה
