לְמַסָּעָ֔יו H4550 from the south מִנֶּ֖גֶב H5045 וְעַד H5704 בֵּֽית H0 between Bethel אֵ֖ל H1008 עַד H5704 unto the place הַמָּק֗וֹם H4725 אֲשֶׁר H834 had been הָ֨יָה H1961 שָׁ֤ם H8033 where his tent הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ H4196 אֲשֶׁר H834 which he had made עָ֥שָׂה H6213 שָׁ֖ם H8033 there at the first בָּרִֽאשֹׁנָ֑ה H7223 called וַיִּקְרָ֥א H7121 שָׁ֛ם H8033 and there Abram אַבְרָ֖ם H87 on the name for their substance רְכוּשָׁם֙ H7399 was great רָ֔ב H7227 וְלֹ֥א H3808 so that they could יָֽכְל֖וּ H3201 not dwell לָשֶׁ֥בֶת H3427 together יַחְדָּֽו׃ H3162 7 וַֽיְהִי H1961 And there was a strife רִ֗יב H7379 בֵּ֚ין H996 and the herdmen רֹעֵ֣י H7462 cattle מִקְנֵה H4735 of Abram's אַבְרָ֔ם H87 וּבֵ֖ין H996 and the herdmen רֹעֵ֣י H7462 cattle מִקְנֵה H4735 of Lot's ל֑וֹט H3876 and the Canaanite וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִי֙ H3669 and the Perizzite וְהַפְּרִזִּ֔י H6522 אָ֖ז H227 dwelled יֹשֵׁ֥ב H3427 then in the land בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 8 said וַיֹּ֨אמֶר H559 And Abram אַבְרָ֜ם H87 אֶל H413 unto Lot ל֗וֹט H3605 him all the plain כִּכַּ֣ר H3603 of Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן H3383 journeyed וַיִּסַּ֥ע H5265 Then Lot ל֖וֹט H3876 east מִקֶּ֑דֶם H6924 and they separated themselves וַיִּפָּ֣רְד֔וּ H6504 the one אִ֖ישׁ H376 מֵעַ֥ל H5921 from the other אָחִֽיו׃ H251 12 Abram אַבְרָ֖ם H87 dwelled יָשַׁב֙ H3427 in the land בְּאֶֽרֶץ H776 of Canaan כְּנָ֑עַן H3667 and Lot וְל֗וֹט H3876 dwelled יָשַׁב֙ H3427 in the cities בְּעָרֵ֣י H5892 of the plain הַכִּכָּ֔ר H3603 and pitched his tent וַיֶּֽאֱהַ֖ל H167 toward עַד H5704 Sodom סְדֹֽם׃ H5467 13 וְאַנְשֵׁ֣י H376 of Sodom סְדֹ֔ם H5467 were wicked רָעִ֖ים H7451 and sinners וְחַטָּאִ֑ים H2400 before the LORD לַֽיהוָ֖ה H3068 exceedingly מְאֹֽד׃ H3966 14 And the LORD וַֽיהוָ֞ה H3068 said אָמַ֣ר H559 אֶל H413 unto Abram אַבְרָ֗ם H87 after אַֽחֲרֵי֙ H310 was separated הִפָּֽרֶד H6504 that Lot ל֣וֹט H3876 מֵֽעִמּ֔וֹ H5973 from him Lift up שָׂ֣א H5375 נָ֤א H4994 now thine eyes עֵינֶ֙יךָ֙ H5869 and look וּרְאֵ֔ה H7200 מִן H4480 from the place הַמָּק֖וֹם H4725 אֲשֶׁר H834 אַתָּ֣ה H859 שָׁ֑ם H8033 where thou art northward צָפֹ֥נָה H6828 and southward וָנֶ֖גְבָּה H5045 and eastward וָקֵ֥דְמָה H6924 and westward וָיָֽמָּה׃ H3220 15 כִּ֧י H3588 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 For all the land הָאָ֛רֶץ H776 אֲשֶׁר H834 אַתָּ֥ה H859 which thou seest רֹאֶ֖ה H7200 לְךָ֣ H0 to thee will I give it אֶתְּנֶ֑נָּה H5414 and to thy seed וּֽלְזַרְעֲךָ֖ H2233 for עַד H5704 ever עוֹלָֽם׃ H5769 16 And I will make וְשַׂמְתִּ֥י H7760 אֶֽת H853 then shall thy seed זַרְעֲךָ֖ H2233 as the dust עֲפַ֣ר H6083 of the earth הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 so that אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ H834 אִם H518 can יוּכַ֣ל H3201 אִ֗ישׁ H582 also be numbered יִמָּנֶֽה׃ H4487 אֶת H853 as the dust עֲפַ֣ר H6083 of the earth הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 גַּֽם H1571 then shall thy seed זַרְעֲךָ֖ H2233 also be numbered יִמָּנֶֽה׃ H4487 17 אֶתְּנֶֽנָּה׃ H5414 18 removed his tent וַיֶּֽאֱהַ֣ל H167 Then Abram אַבְרָ֗ם H87 and came וַיָּבֹ֛א H935 and dwelt וַיֵּ֛שֶׁב H3427 in the plain בְּאֵֽלֹנֵ֥י H436 of Mamre מַמְרֵ֖א H4471 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834
