וַיְמַהֵ֖ר H4116 to dress לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת H6213 אֹתֽוֹ׃ H853 8 And he took וַיִּקַּ֨ח H3947 butter חֶמְאָ֜ה H2529 and milk וְחָלָ֗ב H2461 and the calf וּבֶן H1121 הַבָּקָר֙ H1241 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 which he had dressed עָשָׂ֔ה H6213 and set וַיִּתֵּ֖ן H5414 it before them לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם H6440 וְהֽוּא H1931 and he stood עֹמֵ֧ד H5975 עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם H5921 תַּ֥חַת H8478 by them under the tree הָעֵ֖ץ H6086 and they did H2204 13 said לֵאמֹ֗ר H559 And the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֶל H413 unto Abraham אַבְרָהָ֑ם H85 Wherefore לָ֣מָּה H4100 זֶּה֩ H2088 laugh צָֽחֲקָ֨ה H6711 did Sarah שָׂרָ֜ה H8283 said לֵאמֹ֗ר H559 הַאַ֥ף H637 Shall I of a surety אֻמְנָ֛ם H552 bear אֵלֵ֖ד H3205 a child which וַֽאֲנִ֥י H589 am old זָקַֽנְתִּי׃ H2204 14 Is הֲיִפָּלֵ֥א H6381 for the LORD מֵֽיְהוָ֖ה H3068 any thing דָּבָ֑ר H1697 At the וַיֹּ֥אמֶר׀ H559 Nay לֹ֖א H3808 כִּ֥י H3588 I laughed צָחָֽקְתְּ׃ H6711 16 rose up וַיָּקֻ֤מוּ H6965 מִשָּׁם֙ H8033 And the men הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים H582 from thence and looked וַיַּשְׁקִ֖פוּ H8259 עַל H5921 toward פְּנֵ֣י H6440 Sodom סְדֹ֑ם H5467 and Abraham וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם H85 went הֹלֵ֥ךְ H1980 עִמָּ֖ם H5973 with them to bring them on the way לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃ H7971 17 And the LORD וַֽיהוָֹ֖ה H3068 said אָמָ֑ר H559 Shall I hide הַֽמְכַסֶּ֤ה H3680 אֲנִי֙ H589 from Abraham מֵֽאַבְרָהָ֔ם H85 that thing which אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 אֲנִ֥י H589 I do עֹשֶֽׂה׃ H6213 18 Seeing that Abraham וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם H85 הָי֧וֹ H1961 יִֽהְיֶ֛ה H1961 and all the nations גּוֹיֵ֥י H1471 shall surely become a great גָּד֖וֹל H1419 and mighty וְעָצ֑וּם H6099 shall be blessed וְנִ֨בְרְכוּ H1288 ב֔וֹ H0 כֹּ֖ל H3605 and all the nations גּוֹיֵ֥י H1471 of the earth הָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 19 כִּ֣י H3588 For I know יְדַעְתִּ֗יו H3045 לְמַעַן֩ H4616 him that אֲשֶׁר H834 he will command יְצַוֶּ֜ה H6680 אֶת H853 his children בָּנָ֤יו H1121 וְאֶת H853 and his household בֵּיתוֹ֙ H1004 after him אַֽחֲרָ֔יו H310 and they shall keep וְשָֽׁמְרוּ֙ H8104 the way דֶּ֣רֶךְ H1870 of the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 to do לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת H6213 justice צְדָקָ֖ה H6666 and judgment וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט H4941 לְמַ֗עַן H4616 may bring הָבִ֤יא H935 of the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 עַל H5921 upon Abraham אַבְרָהָ֔ם H85 אֵ֥ת H853 him that אֲשֶׁר H834 that which he hath spoken דִּבֶּ֖ר H1696 עָלָֽיו׃ H5921 20 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 Because the cry זַֽעֲקַ֛ת H2201 of Sodom סְדֹ֥ם H5467 and Gomorrah וַֽעֲמֹרָ֖ה H6017 כִּי H3588 is great רָ֑בָּה H7227 and because their sin וְחַ֨טָּאתָ֔ם H2403 כִּ֥י H3588 grievous כָֽבְדָ֖ה H3513 is very מְאֹֽד׃ H3966 21 I will go down אֵֽרֲדָה H3381 נָּ֣א H4994 now and see וְאֶרְאֶ֔ה H7200 according to the cry הַכְּצַֽעֲקָתָ֛הּ H6818 of it which is come הַבָּ֥אָה H935 אֵלַ֖י H413 whether they have done עָשׂ֣וּ׀ H6213 altogether כָּלָ֑ה H3617 וְאִם H518 לֹ֖א H3808 unto me and if not I will know אֵדָֽעָה׃ H3045 22 turned their faces וַיִּפְנ֤וּ H6437 מִשָּׁם֙ H8033 הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים H376 וַיֵּֽלְכ֖וּ H1980 toward Sodom סְדֹ֑מָה H5467 but Abraham וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם H85 yet עוֹדֶ֥נּוּ H5750 stood עֹמֵ֖ד H5975 before לִפְנֵ֥י H6440 the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 23 drew near וַיִּגַּ֥שׁ H5066 And Abraham אַבְרָהָ֖ם H85 and said וַיֹּאמַ֑ר H559 הַאַ֣ף H637 Wilt thou also destroy תִּסְפֶּ֔ה H5595 the righteous צַדִּ֖יק H6662 with עִם H5973 the wicked רָשָֽׁע׃ H7563 24 אוּלַ֥י H194 Peradventure there be יֵ֛שׁ H3426 fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים H2572 righteous הַצַּדִּיקִ֖ם H6662 within בְּת֣וֹךְ H8432 the city הָעִ֑יר H5892 הַאַ֤ף H637 wilt thou also destroy תִּסְפֶּה֙ H5595 וְלֹֽא H3808 and not spare תִשָּׂ֣א H5375 the place לַמָּק֔וֹם H4725 for לְמַ֛עַן H4616 fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים H2572 righteous הַצַּדִּיקִ֖ם H6662 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 that are therein בְּקִרְבָּֽהּ׃ H7130 25 That be far חָלִ֣לָה H2486 לְּךָ֜ H0 do יַֽעֲשֶׂ֖ה H6213 after this manner כַּדָּבָ֣ר H1697 הַזֶּ֗ה H2088 to slay לְהָמִ֤ית H4191 and that the righteous כַצַּדִּ֖יק H6662 עִם H5973 should be as the wicked כָּֽרָשָׁ֑ע H7563 וְהָיָ֥ה H1961 and that the righteous כַצַּדִּ֖יק H6662 should be as the wicked כָּֽרָשָׁ֑ע H7563 That be far חָלִ֣לָה H2486 לָּ֔ךְ H0 from thee Shall not the Judge הֲשֹׁפֵט֙ H8199 כָּל H3605 of all the earth הָאָ֔רֶץ H776 לֹ֥א H3808 do יַֽעֲשֶׂ֖ה H6213 right מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ H4941 26 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 אִם H518 If I find אֶמְצָ֥א H4672 in Sodom בִסְדֹ֛ם H5467 fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים H2572 righteous צַדִּיקִ֖ם H6662 within בְּת֣וֹךְ H8432 the city הָעִ֑יר H5892 then I will spare וְנָשָׂ֥אתִי H5375 לְכָל H3605 all the place הַמָּק֖וֹם H4725 בַּֽעֲבוּרָֽם׃ H5668 27 answered וַיַּ֥עַן H6030 And Abraham אַבְרָהָ֖ם H85 and said וַיֹּאמַ֑ר H559 הִנֵּה H2009 נָ֤א H4994 Behold now I have taken upon me הוֹאַ֙לְתִּי֙ H2974 to speak לְדַבֵּ֣ר H1696 אֶל H413 unto the Lord אֲדֹנָ֔י H136 which וְאָֽנֹכִ֖י H595 am but dust עָפָ֥ר H6083 and ashes וָאֵֽפֶר׃ H665 28 א֠וּלַי H194 Peradventure there shall lack יַחְסְר֞וּן H2637 of the fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֤ים H2572 righteous הַצַּדִּיקִם֙ H6662 and five וַֽחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃ H2568 I will not destroy אַשְׁחִ֔ית H7843 and five וַֽחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃ H2568 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all the city הָעִ֑יר H5892 And he said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 לֹ֣א H3808 I will not destroy אַשְׁחִ֔ית H7843 אִם H518 If I find אֶמְצָ֣א H4672 שָׁ֔ם H8033 there forty אַרְבָּעִ֖ים H705 and five וַֽחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃ H2568 29 unto him yet again וַיֹּ֨סֶף H3254 ע֜וֹד H5750 And he spake לְדַבֵּ֤ר H1696 אֵלָיו֙ H413 and said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 אוּלַ֛י H194 found יִמָּֽצְא֥וּן H4672 שָׁ֖ם H8033 Peradventure there shall be forty הָֽאַרְבָּעִֽים׃ H705 and said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 לֹ֣א H3808 I will not do אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔ה H6213 בַּֽעֲב֖וּר H5668 Peradventure there shall be forty הָֽאַרְבָּעִֽים׃ H705 30 And he said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 אַל H408 unto him Oh נָ֞א H4994 be angry יִ֤חַר H2734 let not the Lord לַֽאדֹנָי֙ H136 and I will speak וַֽאֲדַבֵּ֔רָה H1696 אוּלַ֛י H194 be found אֶמְצָ֥א H4672 שָׁ֖ם H8033 Peradventure there shall thirty שְׁלֹשִֽׁים׃ H7970 And he said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 לֹ֣א H3808 I will not do אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔ה H6213 אִם H518 be found אֶמְצָ֥א H4672 שָׁ֖ם H8033 Peradventure there shall
