שְׁנֵ֣ים H8147 עָשָׂר֩ H6240 Thy servants עֲבָדֶ֨יךָ H5650 brethren אַחִ֧ים׀ H251 אֲנַ֛חְנוּ H587 the sons בְּנֵ֥י H1121 man אִישׁ H376 and one וְהָֽאֶחָ֖ד H259 in the land בְּאֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Canaan כְּנָ֑עַן H3667 וְהִנֵּ֨ה H2009 and behold the youngest הַקָּטֹ֤ן H6996 אֶת H854 with our father אָבִ֙ינוּ֙ H1 is this day הַיּ֔וֹם H3117 and one וְהָֽאֶחָ֖ד H259 אֵינֶֽנּוּ׃ H369 14 said לֵאמֹ֖ר H559 אֲלֵהֶ֖ם H413 And Joseph יוֹסֵ֑ף H3130 ה֗וּא H1931 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 unto them That is it that I spake דִּבַּ֧רְתִּי H1696 אֲלֵכֶ֛ם H413 said לֵאמֹ֖ר H559 Ye are spies מְרַגְּלִ֥ים H7270 אַתֶּֽם׃ H859 15 Hereby בְּזֹ֖את H2063 ye shall be proved תִּבָּחֵ֑נוּ H974 By the life חֵ֤י H2416 of Pharaoh פַרְעֹה֙ H6547 אִם H518 ye shall not go forth תֵּֽצְא֣וּ H3318 מִזֶּ֔ה H2088 כִּ֧י H3588 אִם H518 come unto them the third הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י H7992 זֹ֥את H2063 This do עֲשׂ֖וּ H6213 and live וִֽחְי֑וּ H2421 אֶת H853 God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים H430 אֲנִ֥י H589 יָרֵֽא׃ H3372 19 אִם H518 If ye be true כֵּנִ֣ים H3651 אַתֶּ֔ם H859 of your brethren אֲחִיכֶ֣ם H251 men let one אֶחָ֔ד H259 be bound יֵֽאָסֵ֖ר H631 in the house בָּֽתֵּיכֶֽם׃ H1004 of your prison מִשְׁמַרְכֶ֑ם H4929 וְאַתֶּם֙ H859 לְכ֣וּ H1980 ye carry הָבִ֔יאוּ H935 corn שֶׁ֖בֶר H7668 for the famine רַֽעֲב֥וֹן H7459 in the house בָּֽתֵּיכֶֽם׃ H1004 20 וְאֶת H853 brother אֲחִיכֶ֤ם H251 your youngest הַקָּטֹן֙ H6996 But bring תָּבִ֣יאוּ H935 אֵלַ֔י H413 be verified וְיֵאָֽמְנ֥וּ H539 unto me so shall your words דִבְרֵיכֶ֖ם H1697 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and ye shall not die תָמ֑וּתוּ H4191 And they did וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ H6213 כֵֽן׃ H3651 21 And they said וַיֹּֽאמְר֞וּ H559 one אִ֣ישׁ H376 אֶל H413 concerning our brother אָחִינוּ֒ H251 We are verily אֲבָל֮ H61 guilty אֲשֵׁמִ֣ים׀ H818 אֲנַחְנוּ֮ H587 עַל H5921 concerning our brother אָחִינוּ֒ H251 in that אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 we saw רָאִ֜ינוּ H7200 the anguish הַצָּרָ֖ה H6869 of his soul נַפְשׁ֛וֹ H5315 when he besought בְּהִתְחַֽנְנ֥וֹ H2603 אֵלֵ֖ינוּ H413 וְלֹ֣א H3808 us and we would not hear שָׁמָ֑עְנוּ H8085 עַל H5921 כֵּן֙ H3651 come בָּ֣אָה H935 אֵלֵ֔ינוּ H413 the anguish הַצָּרָ֖ה H6869 הַזֹּֽאת׃ H2063 22 answered וַיַּעַן֩ H6030 And Reuben רְאוּבֵ֨ן H7205 אֹתָ֜ם H853 Spake I לֵאמֹ֛ר H559 הֲלוֹא֩ H3808 Spake I לֵאמֹ֛ר H559 אֲלֵיכֶ֧ם׀ H413 Spake I לֵאמֹ֛ר H559 אַל H408 Do not sin תֶּֽחֶטְא֥וּ H2398 against the child בַיֶּ֖לֶד H3206 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and ye would not hear שְׁמַעְתֶּ֑ם H8085 וְגַם H1571 therefore behold also his blood דָּמ֖וֹ H1818 הִנֵּ֥ה H2009 is required נִדְרָֽשׁ׃ H1875 23 וְהֵם֙ H1992 לֹ֣א H3808 And they knew יָֽדְע֔וּ H3045 כִּ֥י H3588 understood שֹׁמֵ֖עַ H8085 not that Joseph יוֹסֵ֑ף H3130 כִּ֥י H3588 them for he spake unto them by an interpreter הַמֵּלִ֖יץ H3887 בֵּֽינֹתָֽם׃ H996 24 And he turned himself about וַיִּסֹּ֥ב H5437 מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם H5921 from them and wept וַיֵּ֑בְךְּ H1058 and returned to them again וַיָּ֤שָׁב H7725 אֲלֵהֶם֙ H413 and communed וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר H1696 אֲלֵהֶ֔ם H413 with them and took וַיִּקַּ֤ח H3947 מֵֽאִתָּם֙ H853 אֶת H853 from them Simeon שִׁמְע֔וֹן H8095 and bound וַיֶּֽאֱסֹ֥ר H631 אֹת֖וֹ H853 him before their eyes לְעֵֽינֵיהֶֽם׃ H5869 25 commanded וַיְצַ֣ו H6680 Then Joseph יוֹסֵ֗ף H3130 to fill וַיְמַלְא֣וּ H4390 אֶת H853 their sacks כְּלֵיהֶם֮ H3627 with corn בָּר֒ H1250 and to restore וּלְהָשִׁ֤יב H7725 money כַּסְפֵּיהֶם֙ H3701 every man's אִ֣ישׁ H376 אֶל H413 into his sack שַׂקּ֔וֹ H8242 and to give וְלָתֵ֥ת H5414 לָהֶ֛ם H0 them provision צֵדָ֖ה H6720 for the way לַדָּ֑רֶךְ H1870 did he וַיַּ֥עַשׂ H6213 לָהֶ֖ם H0 and thus כֵּֽן׃ H3651 26 And they laded וַיִּשְׂא֥וּ H5375 אֶת H853 with the corn שִׁבְרָ֖ם H7668 עַל H5921 their asses חֲמֹֽרֵיהֶ֑ם H2543 וַיֵּֽלְכ֖וּ H1980 מִשָּֽׁם׃ H8033 27 of them opened וַיִּפְתַּ֨ח H6605 And as one הָֽאֶחָ֜ד H259 אֶת H853 his sack שַׂקּ֗וֹ H8242 to give לָתֵ֥ת H5414 provender מִסְפּ֛וֹא H4554 his ass לַֽחֲמֹר֖וֹ H2543 in the inn בַּמָּל֑וֹן H4411 he espied וַיַּרְא֙ H7200 אֶת H853 his money כַּסְפּ֔וֹ H3701 וְהִנֵּה H2009 ה֖וּא H1931 mouth בְּפִ֥י H6310 for behold it was in his sack's אַמְתַּחְתּֽוֹ׃ H572 28 And he said לֵאמֹ֔ר H559 אֶל H413 to another אָחִיו֙ H251 is restored הוּשַׁ֣ב H7725 My money כַּסְפִּ֔י H3701 וְגַ֖ם H1571 and lo הִנֵּ֣ה H2009 it is even in my sack בְאַמְתַּחְתִּ֑י H572 failed וַיֵּצֵ֣א H3318 and their heart לִבָּ֗ם H3820 them and they were afraid וַיֶּֽחֶרְד֞וּ H2729 one אִ֤ישׁ H376 אֶל H413 to another אָחִיו֙ H251 And he said לֵאמֹ֔ר H559 מַה H4100 זֹּ֛את H2063 hath done עָשָׂ֥ה H6213 What is this that God אֱלֹהִ֖ים H430 לָֽנוּ׃ H0 29 And they came וַיָּבֹ֛אוּ H935 אֶל H413 unto Jacob יַֽעֲקֹ֥ב H3290 their father אֲבִיהֶ֖ם H1 unto the land אַ֣רְצָה H776 of Canaan כְּנָ֑עַן H3667 and told וַיַּגִּ֣ידוּ H5046 ל֔וֹ H0 אֵ֛ת H853 כָּל H3605 him all that befell הַקֹּרֹ֥ת H7136 אֹתָ֖ם H853 unto them saying לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 30 spake דִּ֠בֶּר H1696 הָאִ֨ישׁ H582 who is the lord אֲדֹנֵ֥י H113 of the country הָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 אִתָּ֖נוּ H854 roughly קָשׁ֑וֹת H7186 to us and took וַיִּתֵּ֣ן H5414 אֹתָ֔נוּ H853 us for spies אֲחִיכֶ֤ם H251 one הָֽאֶחָד֙ H259 men leave הַנִּ֣יחוּ H3240 אִתִּ֔י H854 וְאֶת H853 food for the famine רַֽעֲב֥וֹן H7459 of your households בָּֽתֵּיכֶ֖ם H1004 here with me and take קְח֥וּ H3947 וָלֵֽכוּ׃ H1980 34 And bring וְ֠הָבִיאוּ H935 אֶת H853 brother אֲחִיכֶם֙ H251 your youngest הַקָּטֹן֮ H6996 אֵלַי֒ H413 unto me then shall I know וְאֵֽדְעָ֗ה H3045 כִּ֣י H3588 לֹ֤א H3808 that ye are no spies מְרַגְּלִים֙ H7270 אַתֶּ֔ם H859 כִּ֥י H3588 but that ye are true כֵנִ֖ים H3651 אַתֶּ֑ם H859 אֶת H853 brother אֲחִיכֶם֙ H251 men so will I deliver אֶתֵּ֣ן H5414 לָכֶ֔ם H0 וְאֶת H853 in the land הָאָ֖רֶץ H776 and ye shall traffick תִּסְחָֽרוּ׃ H5503 35 וַיְהִ֗י H1961 הֵ֚ם H1992 And it came to pass as they emptied מְרִיקִ֣ים H7324 their sacks בְּשַׂקּ֑וֹ H8242 וְהִנֵּה H2009 that behold every man's אִ֥ישׁ H376 bundle צְרֹר֧וֹת H6872 of money כַּסְפֵּיהֶ֛ם H3701 their sacks בְּשַׂקּ֑וֹ H8242 saw וַיִּרְא֞וּ H7200 אֶת H853 bundle צְרֹר֧וֹת H6872 of money כַּסְפֵּיהֶ֛ם H3701 הֵ֥מָּה H1992 and when both they and their father וַֽאֲבִיהֶ֖ם H1 they were afraid וַיִּירָֽאוּ׃ H3372 36 said וַיֹּ֤אמֶר H559 אֲלֵהֶם֙ H413 And Jacob יַֽעֲקֹ֣ב H3290 their father אֲבִיהֶ֔ם H1 אֹתִ֖י H853
