Habakkuk חֲבַקּ֖וּק H2265 the prophet הַנָּבִֽיא׃ H5030 2 עַד H5704 אָ֧נָה H575 O LORD יְהוָ֛ה H3068 how long shall I cry שִׁוַּ֖עְתִּי H7768 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and thou wilt not hear תִשְׁמָ֑ע H8085 even cry out אֶזְעַ֥ק H2199 אֵלֶ֛יךָ H413 unto thee of violence חָמָ֖ס H2555 וְלֹ֥א H3808 and thou wilt not save תוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ H3467 3 לָ֣מָּה H4100 Why dost thou shew תַרְאֵ֤נִי H7200 me iniquity אָ֙וֶן֙ H205 grievance וְעָמָ֣ל H5999 and cause me to behold תַּבִּ֔יט H5027 for spoiling וְשֹׁ֥ד H7701 and violence וְחָמָ֖ס H2555 לְנֶגְדִּ֑י H5048 וַיְהִ֧י H1961 strife רִ֦יב H7379 and contention וּמָד֖וֹן לָנֶ֖צַח H5331 and judgment מִשְׁפָּ֖ט H4941 כִּ֤י H3588 for the wicked רָשָׁע֙ H7563 doth compass מַכְתִּ֣יר H3803 אֶת H853 about the righteous הַצַּדִּ֔יק H6662 עַל H5921 כֵּ֛ן H3651 go forth יֵצֵ֥א H3318 and judgment מִשְׁפָּ֖ט H4941 therefore wrong מְעֻקָּֽל׃ H6127 5 Behold רְא֤וּ H7200 ye among the heathen בַגּוֹיִם֙ H1471 and regard וְֽהַבִּ֔יטוּ H5027 and wonder תְּמָ֑הוּ H8539 and wonder terrible אָיֹ֥ם H366 and dreadful וְנוֹרָ֖א H3372 ה֑וּא H1931 מִמֶּ֕נּוּ H4480 their judgment מִשְׁפָּט֥וֹ H4941 and their dignity וּשְׂאֵת֖וֹ H7613 shall proceed יֵצֵֽא׃ H3318 8 also are swifter וְקַלּ֨וּ H7043 than the leopards מִנְּמֵרִ֜ים H5246 Their horses סוּסָ֗יו H5483 and are more fierce וְחַדּוּ֙ H2300 wolves מִזְּאֵ֣בֵי H2061 than the evening עֶ֔רֶב H6153 shall spread וּפָ֖שׁוּ H6335 correction לְהוֹכִ֥יחַ H3198 thou hast established יְסַדְתּֽוֹ׃ H3245 13 Thou art of purer טְה֤וֹר H2889 eyes עֵינַ֙יִם֙ H5869 than to behold מֵרְא֣וֹת H7200 evil רָ֔ע H7451 not look תַבִּיט֙ H5027 אֶל H413 on iniquity עָמָ֖ל H5999 לֹ֣א H3808 and canst תוּכָ֑ל H3201 לָ֤מָּה H4100 not look תַבִּיט֙ H5027 thou upon them that deal treacherously בּֽוֹגְדִ֔ים H898 and holdest thy tongue תַּחֲרִ֕ישׁ H2790 devoureth בְּבַלַּ֥ע H1104 when the wicked רָשָׁ֖ע H7563 the man that is more righteous צַדִּ֥יק H6662 מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ H4480 14 And makest וַתַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה H6213 men אָדָ֖ם H120 as the fishes כִּדְגֵ֣י הֵֽעֲלָ֔ה H5927 they catch יְגֹרֵ֣הוּ H1641 them in their net בְחֶרְמ֔וֹ H2764 and gather וְיַאַסְפֵ֖הוּ H622 them in their drag בְּמִכְמַרְתּ֑וֹ H4365 עַל H5921 כֵּ֖ן H3651 therefore they rejoice יִשְׂמַ֥ח H8055 and are glad וְיָגִֽיל׃ H1523 16 עַל H5921 כֵּן֙ H3651 Therefore they sacrifice יְזַבֵּ֣חַ H2076 unto their net לְחֶרְמ֔וֹ H2764 and burn incense וִֽיקַטֵּ֖ר H6999 unto their drag לְמִכְמַרְתּ֑וֹ H4365 כִּ֤י H3588 because by them בָהֵ֙מָּה֙ H1992 is fat שָׁמֵ֣ן H8082 their portion חֶלְק֔וֹ H2506 and their meat וּמַאֲכָל֖וֹ H3978 plenteous בְּרִאָֽה׃ H1277 17 הַ֥עַל H5921 כֵּ֖ן H3651 Shall they therefore empty יָרִ֣יק H7324 their net חֶרְמ֑וֹ H2764 continually וְתָמִ֛יד H8548 to slay לַהֲרֹ֥ג H2026 the nations גּוֹיִ֖ם H1471 לֹ֥א H3808 and not spare יַחְמֽוֹל׃ H2550 [Nahum
