saying לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 2 Speak לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 נָ֗א H4994 אֶל H413 now to Zerubbabel זְרֻבָּבֶ֤ל H2216 the son בֶּן H1121 of Shealtiel שַׁלְתִּיאֵל֙ H7597 governor פַּחַ֣ת H6346 of Judah יְהוּדָ֔ה H3063 הַנָּבִ֖יא H5030 saying לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 11 כֹּ֥ה H3541 Thus saith לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 of hosts צְבָא֑וֹת H6635 Ask שְׁאַל H7592 נָ֧א H4994 אֶת H853 now the priests הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים H3548 concerning the law תּוֹרָ֖ה H8451 Thus saith לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 12 הֵ֣ן׀ H2005 bear יִשָּׂא H5375 If one אִ֨ישׁ H376 flesh בְּשַׂר H1320 holy קֹ֜דֶשׁ H6944 and with his skirt בִּ֠כְנָפוֹ H3671 of his garment בִּגְד֗וֹ H899 do touch וְנָגַ֣ע H5060 and with his skirt בִּ֠כְנָפוֹ H3671 אֶל H413 bread הַלֶּ֨חֶם H3899 וְאֶל H413 or pottage הַנָּזִ֜יד H5138 וְאֶל H413 or wine הַיַּ֧יִן H3196 וְאֶל H413 or oil שֶׁ֛מֶן H8081 וְאֶל H413 כָּל H3605 or any meat מַאֲכָ֖ל H3978 shall it be holy הֲיִקְדָּ֑שׁ H6942 answered וַיַּעֲנ֧וּ H6030 And the priests הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים H3548 and said וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ H559 לֹֽא׃ H3808 13 Then said וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ H559 Haggai חַגַּ֔י H2292 אִם H518 touch יִגַּ֧ע H5060 If one that is unclean טְמֵא H2931 by a dead body נֶ֛פֶשׁ H5315 בְּכָל H3605 אֵ֖לֶּה H428 It shall be unclean יִטְמָֽא׃ H2930 answered וַיַּעֲנ֧וּ H6030 And the priests הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים H3548 Then said וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ H559 It shall be unclean יִטְמָֽא׃ H2930 14 Then answered וַיַּ֨עַן H6030 Haggai חַגַּ֜י H2292 and said וַיֹּ֗אמֶר H559 כֵּ֣ן H3651 So is this people הָֽעָם H5971 הַ֠זֶּה H2088 וְכֵן H3651 and so is this nation הַגּ֨וֹי H1471 הַזֶּ֤ה H2088 before לְפָנַי֙ H6440 me saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 וְכֵ֖ן H3651 כָּל H3605 and so is every work מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה H4639 of their hands יְדֵיהֶ֑ם H3027 וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 and that which they offer יַקְרִ֛יבוּ H7126 שָׁ֖ם H8033 there is unclean טָמֵ֥א H2931 הֽוּא׃ H1931 15 וְעַתָּה֙ H6258 And now I pray you consider שֽׂוּם H7760 נָ֣א H4994 לְבַבְכֶ֔ם H3824 מִן H4480 from this day הַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּ֖ה H2088 and upward וָמָ֑עְלָה H4605 from before מִטֶּ֧רֶם H2962 And now I pray you consider שֽׂוּם H7760 a stone אֶ֖בֶן H68 אֶל H413 a stone אֶ֖בֶן H68 in the temple בְּהֵיכַ֥ל H1964 of the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 16 מִֽהְיוֹתָ֥ם H1961 Since those days were when one came בָּ֣א H935 אֶל H413 to an heap עֲרֵמַ֣ת H6194 of twenty עֶשְׂרִֽים׃ H6242 וְהָיְתָ֖ה H1961 measures there were but ten עֲשָׂרָ֑ה H6235 Since those days were when one came בָּ֣א H935 אֶל H413 to the pressfat הַיֶּ֗קֶב H3342 for to draw out לַחְשֹׂף֙ H2834 fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים H2572 vessels out of the press פּוּרָ֔ה H6333 וְהָיְתָ֖ה H1961 of twenty עֶשְׂרִֽים׃ H6242 17 I smote הִכֵּ֨יתִי H5221 אֶתְכֶ֜ם H853 you with blasting בַּשִּׁדָּפ֤וֹן H7711 and with mildew וּבַיֵּֽרָקוֹן֙ H3420 and with hail וּבַבָּרָ֔ד H1259 אֵ֖ת H853 כָּל H3605 in all the labours מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה H4639 of הַיּ֛וֹם H3117 הַזֶּ֖ה H2088 and upward וָמָ֑עְלָה H4605 day הַיּ֛וֹם H3117 and twentieth עֶשְׂרִ֨ים H6242 from the four וְאַרְבָּעָ֜ה H702 of the ninth לַתְּשִׁיעִ֗י H8671 לְמִן H4480 day הַיּ֛וֹם again שֵׁנִית֙ H8145 אֶל H413 came unto Haggai חַגַּ֔י H2292 and twentieth בְּעֶשְׂרִ֧ים H6242 in the four וְאַרְבָּעָ֛ה H702 day of the month לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ H2320 saying לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 21 Speak לֵאמֹ֑ר H559 אֶל H413 to Zerubbabel זְרֻבָּבֶ֥ל H2216 governor פַּֽחַת H6346 of Judah יְהוּדָ֖ה H3063 Speak לֵאמֹ֑ר H559 אֲנִ֣י H589 I will shake מַרְעִ֔ישׁ H7493 אֶת H853 the heavens הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם H8064 וְאֶת H853 and the earth הָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 22 And I will overthrow וְהָפַכְתִּ֤י H2015 the throne כִּסֵּ֣א H3678 of kingdoms מַמְלְכ֣וֹת H4467 and I will destroy וְהִ֨שְׁמַדְתִּ֔י H8045 the strength חֹ֖זֶק H2392 of kingdoms מַמְלְכ֣וֹת H4467 of the heathen הַגּוֹיִ֑ם H1471 And I will overthrow וְהָפַכְתִּ֤י H2015 the chariots מֶרְכָּבָה֙ H4818 and their riders וְרֹ֣כְבֵיהֶ֔ם H7392 shall come down וְיָרְד֤וּ H3381 in them and the horses סוּסִים֙ H5483 and their riders וְרֹ֣כְבֵיהֶ֔ם H7392 every one אִ֖ישׁ H376 by the sword בְּחֶ֥רֶב H2719 of his brother אָחִֽיו׃ H251 23 In that day בַּיּ֣וֹם H3117 הַה֣וּא H1931 saith נְאֻ֖ם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 of hosts צְבָאֽוֹת׃ H6635 will I take אֶ֠קָּחֲךָ H3947 thee O Zerubbabel זְרֻבָּבֶ֨ל H2216 the son בֶּן H1121 of Shealtiel שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵ֤ל
