fruitful בֶּן H1121 שָֽׁמֶן׃ H8081 2 And he fenced וַֽיְעַזְּקֵ֣הוּ H5823 it and gathered out the stones וַֽיְסַקְּלֵ֗הוּ H5619 thereof and planted וַיִּטָּעֵ֙הוּ֙ H5193 it with the choicest vine שָׁמִ֖יר H8068 and thorns וָשָׁ֑יִת H7898 וְעַ֤ל H5921 the clouds הֶעָבִים֙ H5645 I will also command אֲצַוֶּ֔ה H6680 that they rain מֵהַמְטִ֥יר H4305 עָלָ֖יו H5921 no rain מָטָֽר׃ H4306 7 כִּ֣י H3588 H5194 his pleasant שַׁעֲשׁוּעָ֑יו H8191 and he looked וַיְקַ֤ו H6960 for judgment לְמִשְׁפָּט֙ H4941 וְהִנֵּ֣ה H2009 but behold oppression מִשְׂפָּ֔ח H4939 for righteousness לִצְדָקָ֖ה H6666 וְהִנֵּ֥ה יִֽהְי֔וּ H1961 even great גְּדֹלִ֥ים H1419 and fair וְטוֹבִ֖ים H2896 מֵאֵ֥ין H369 without inhabitant יוֹשֵֽׁב׃ H3427 10 Yea כִּ֗י H3588 ten עֲשֶׂ֙רֶת֙ H6235 acres צִמְדֵּי H6776 of vineyard כֶ֔רֶם H3754 shall yield יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה H6213 bath בַּ֣ת H1324 one אֶחָ֑ת H259 and the seed וְזֶ֥רַע H2233 of an homer חֹ֖מֶר H2563 shall yield יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה H6213 an ephah אֵיפָֽה׃ H374 11 Woe ה֛וֹי H1945 unto them that rise up early מַשְׁכִּימֵ֥י H7925 in the morning בַבֹּ֖קֶר H1242 strong drink שֵׁכָ֣ר H7941 that they may follow יִרְדֹּ֑פוּ H7291 that continue מְאַחֲרֵ֣י H309 until night בַנֶּ֔שֶׁף H5399 till wine יַ֖יִן H3196 inflame יַדְלִיקֵֽם׃ H1814 12 וְהָיָ֨ה H1961 And the harp כִנּ֜וֹר H3658 and the viol וָנֶ֗בֶל H5035 the tabret תֹּ֧ף H8596 and pipe וְחָלִ֛יל H2485 and wine וָיַ֖יִן H3196 are in their feasts מִשְׁתֵּיהֶ֑ם H4960 וְאֵ֨ת H853 not the work פֹּ֤עַל H6467 of the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 לֹ֣א H3808 but they regard יַבִּ֔יטוּ H5027 the operation וּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה H4639 of his hands יָדָ֖יו H3027 לֹ֥א H3808 neither consider רָאֽוּ׃ H7200 13 לָכֵ֛ן H3651 are gone into captivity גָּלָ֥ה H1540 Therefore my people עַמִּ֖י H5971 מִבְּלִי H1097 because they have no knowledge דָ֑עַת H1847 and their honourable וּכְבוֹדוֹ֙ H3519 men מְתֵ֣י H4962 are famished רָעָ֔ב H7458 and their multitude וַהֲמוֹנ֖וֹ H1995 dried up צִחֵ֥ה H6704 with thirst צָמָֽא׃ H6772 14 לָכֵ֗ן H3651 hath enlarged הִרְחִ֤יבָה H7337 Therefore hell שְּׁאוֹל֙ H7585 herself נַפְשָׁ֔הּ H5315 and opened וּפָעֲרָ֥ה H6473 her mouth פִ֖יהָ H6310 לִבְלִי H1097 without measure חֹ֑ק H2706 shall descend וְיָרַ֨ד H3381 and their glory הֲדָרָ֧הּ H1926 and their multitude וַהֲמוֹנָ֛הּ H1995 and their pomp וּשְׁאוֹנָ֖הּ H7588 and he that rejoiceth וְעָלֵ֥ז H5938 בָּֽהּ׃ H0 15 shall be brought down וַיִּשַּׁ֥ח H7817 And the mean man אָדָ֖ם H120 shall be humbled תִּשְׁפַּֽלְנָה׃ H8213 and the mighty man אִ֑ישׁ H376 and the eyes וְעֵינֵ֥י H5869 of the lofty גְבֹהִ֖ים H1364 shall be humbled תִּשְׁפַּֽלְנָה׃ H8213 16 shall be exalted וַיִּגְבַּ֛הּ H1361 But the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 of hosts צְבָא֖וֹת H6635 in judgment בַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט H4941 and God וְהָאֵל֙ H410 that is holy הַקָּד֔וֹשׁ H6918 shall be sanctified נִקְדָּ֖שׁ H6942 in righteousness בִּצְדָקָֽה׃ H6666 17 feed וְרָע֥וּ H7462 Then shall the lambs כְבָשִׂ֖ים H3532 after their manner כְּדָבְרָ֑ם H1699 and the waste places וְחָרְב֥וֹת H2723 of the fat ones מֵחִ֖ים H4220 shall strangers גָּרִ֥ים H1481 eat יֹאכֵֽלוּ׃ H398 18 Woe ה֛וֹי H1945 unto them that draw מֹשְׁכֵ֥י H4900 iniquity הֶֽעָוֹ֖ן H5771 with cords בְּחַבְלֵ֣י H2256 of vanity הַשָּׁ֑וְא H7723 rope וְכַעֲב֥וֹת H5688 as it were with a cart הָעֲגָלָ֖ה H5699 and sin חַטָּאָֽה׃ H2403 19 That say הָאֹמְרִ֗ים H559 Let him make speed יְמַהֵ֧ר׀ H4116 and hasten יָחִ֛ישָׁה H2363 his work מַעֲשֵׂ֖הוּ H4639 לְמַ֣עַן H4616 that we may see נִרְאֶ֑ה H7200 draw nigh וְתִקְרַ֣ב H7126 and come וְתָב֗וֹאָה H935 it and let the counsel עֲצַ֛ת H6098 of the Holy One קְד֥וֹשׁ H6918 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 that we may know וְנֵדָֽעָה׃ H3045 20 Woe ה֣וֹי H1945 unto them that call הָאֹמְרִ֥ים H559 evil רָ֑ע H7451 and good וְלַטּ֣וֹב H2896 and good וְלַטּ֣וֹב H2896 evil רָ֑ע H7451 that put שָׂמִ֥ים H7760 Woe ה֕וֹי H1945 unto them that are mighty גִּבּוֹרִ֖ים H1368 to drink לִשְׁתּ֣וֹת H8354 wine יָ֑יִן H3196 and men וְאַנְשֵׁי H582 of strength חַ֖יִל H2428 to mingle לִמְסֹ֥ךְ H4537 strong drink שֵׁכָֽר׃ H7941 23 Which justify מַצְדִּיקֵ֥י H6663 the wicked רָשָׁ֖ע H7563 for עֵ֣קֶב H6118 reward שֹׁ֑חַד H7810 the righteousness וְצִדְקַ֥ת H6666 of the righteous צַדִּיקִ֖ים H6662 and take away יָסִ֥ירוּ H5493 מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ H4480 24 לָכֵן֩ H3651 devoureth כֶּאֱכֹ֨ל H398 the stubble קַ֜שׁ H7179 and the flame לְשׁ֣וֹן H3956 Therefore as the fire אֵ֗שׁ H784 the chaff וַחֲשַׁ֤שׁ H2842 לֶֽהָבָה֙ H3852 consumeth יִרְפֶּ֔ה H7503 so their root שָׁרְשָׁם֙ H8328 shall be as rottenness כַּמָּ֣ק H4716 יִֽהְיֶ֔ה H1961 and their blossom וּפִרְחָ֖ם H6525 as dust כָּאָבָ֣ק H80 shall go up יַעֲלֶ֑ה H5927 כִּ֣י H3588 because they have cast away מָאֲס֗וּ H3988 אֵ֚ת H853 the law תּוֹרַת֙ H8451 of the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 of hosts צְבָא֔וֹת H6635 וְאֵ֛ת H853 the word אִמְרַ֥ת H565 of the Holy One קְדֽוֹשׁ H6918 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 and despised נִאֵֽצוּ׃ H5006 25 עַל H5921 כֵּ֡ן H3651 kindled חָרָה֩ H2734 For all this his anger אַפּ֔וֹ H639 of the LORD יְהוָ֨ה H3068 against his people בְּעַמּ֜וֹ H5971 and he hath stretched forth נְטוּיָֽה׃ H5186 but his hand יָד֥וֹ H3027 עָלָ֣יו H5921 against them and hath smitten וַיַּכֵּ֗הוּ H5221 did tremble וַֽיִּרְגְּזוּ֙ H7264 them and the hills הֶֽהָרִ֔ים H2022 וַתְּהִ֧י H1961 and their carcases נִבְלָתָ֛ם H5038 were torn כַּסּוּחָ֖ה H5478 in the midst בְּקֶ֣רֶב H7130 of the streets חוּצ֑וֹת H2351 בְּכָל H3605 זֹאת֙ H2063 לֹא H3808 is not turned away שָׁ֣ב H7725 For all this his anger אַפּ֔וֹ H639 וְע֖וֹד H5750 but his hand יָד֥וֹ H3027 and he hath stretched forth נְטוּיָֽה׃ H5186 26 And he will lift up וְנָֽשָׂא H5375 an ensign נֵ֤ס H5251 to the nations לַגּוֹיִם֙ H1471 from far מֵרָח֔וֹק H7350 and will hiss וְשָׁ֥רַק H8319 ל֖וֹ H0 unto them from the end מִקְצֵ֣ה H7097 of the earth הָאָ֑רֶץ H776 וְהִנֵּ֥ה H2009 with speed מְהֵרָ֖ה H4120 swiftly קַ֥ל H7031 and behold they shall come יָבֽוֹא׃ H935 27 אֵין H369 None shall be weary עָיֵ֤ף H5889 וְאֵין H369 nor stumble כּוֹשֵׁל֙ H3782 בּ֔וֹ H0 לֹ֥א H3808 among them none shall slumber יָנ֖וּם H5123 וְלֹ֣א H3808 nor sleep יִישָׁ֑ן H3462 וְלֹ֤א H3808 be loosed נִפְתַּח֙ H6605 neither shall the girdle אֵז֣וֹר H232 of their loins חֲלָצָ֔יו H2504 וְלֹ֥א H3808 be broken bent דְּרֻכ֑וֹת H1869 hoofs פַּרְס֤וֹת H6541 their horses סוּסָיו֙ H5483 like flint כַּצַּ֣ר H6862 shall be counted נֶחְשָׁ֔בוּ H2803 and their wheels וְגַלְגִּלָּ֖יו H1534 like a whirlwind כַּסּוּפָֽה׃ H5492 29 Their roaring שְׁאָגָ֥ה H7581 ל֖וֹ H0 shall be like a lion כַּלָּבִ֑יא H3833 they shall roar וִשְׁאַ֨ג H7580 like young lions כַּכְּפִירִ֤ים H3715 yea they shall roar וְיִנְהֹם֙ H5098 and lay hold וְיֹאחֵ֣ז H270 of the prey טֶ֔רֶף H2964 and shall carry it away safe וְיַפְלִ֖יט H6403 וְאֵ֥ין H369 and none shall deliver מַצִּֽיל׃ H5337 30 they shall roar וְיִנְהֹ֥ם H5098
