וּבַמַּ֖יִם H4325 לֹ֥א H3808 and put תְבִאֵֽהוּ׃ H935 2 So I got וָאֶקְנֶ֥ה H7069 אֶת H853 a girdle הָאֵז֖וֹר H232 according to the word כִּדְבַ֣ר H1697 of the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 and put וָאָשִׂ֖ם קַ֧ח H3947 אֶת H853 the girdle הָאֵז֛וֹר H232 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 that thou hast got קָנִ֖יתָ H7069 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 עַל H5921 which is upon thy loins מָתְנֶ֑יךָ H4975 and arise וְקוּם֙ H6965 לֵ֣ךְ H1980 to Euphrates פְּרָ֔תָה H6578 and hide וְטָמְנֵ֥הוּ H2934 שָׁ֖ם H8033 it there in a hole בִּנְקִ֥יק H5357 of the rock הַסָּֽלַע׃ H5553 5 וָאֵלֵ֕ךְ H1980 and hid וָאֶטְמְנֵ֖הוּ H2934 it by Euphrates H3947 אֶת H853 it and behold the girdle הָאֵז֔וֹר H232 מִן H4480 from the place הַמָּק֖וֹם H4725 אֲשֶׁר H834 where I had hid טְמַנְתִּ֣יו H2934 שָׁ֑מָּה H8033 וְהִנֵּה֙ H2009 was marred נִשְׁחַ֣ת H7843 it and behold the girdle הָאֵז֔וֹר H232 לֹ֥א H3808 it was profitable יִצְלַ֖ח H6743 לַכֹּֽל׃ H3605 8 וַיְהִ֥י H1961 Then the word דְבַר H1697 of the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֵלַ֥י H413 came unto me saying לֵאמֹֽר׃ H559 9 כֹּ֖ה H3541 Thus saith אָמַ֣ר H559 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 כָּ֠כָה H3602 After this manner will I mar אַשְׁחִ֞ית H7843 אֶת H853 pride גְּא֥וֹן H1347 of Judah יְהוּדָ֛ה H3063 לִשְׁמ֣וֹעַ H8085 אֶת H853 my words דְּבָרַ֗י H1697 which walk וַיֵּלְכ֗וּ H1980 in the imagination בִּשְׁרִר֣וּת H8307 of their heart לִבָּ֔ם H3820 which walk וַיֵּלְכ֗וּ H1980 after אַֽחֲרֵי֙ H310 gods אֱלֹהִ֣ים H430 other אֲחֵרִ֔ים H312 to serve לְעָבְדָ֖ם H5647 them and to worship וּלְהִשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֣ת H7812 לָהֶ֑ם H1992 וִיהִי֙ H1961 them shall even be as this girdle כָּאֵז֣וֹר H232 הַזֶּ֔ה H2088 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 לֹא H3808 which is good יִצְלַ֖ח H6743 לַכֹּֽל׃ H3605 11 כִּ֡י H3588 כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ H834 cleaveth הִדְבַּ֣קְתִּי H1692 For as the girdle הָאֵז֜וֹר H232 אֶל H413 to the loins מָתְנֵי H4975 of a man אִ֗ישׁ H376 כֵּ֣ן H3651 cleaveth הִדְבַּ֣קְתִּי H1692 אֵ֠לַי H413 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and the whole house בֵּ֤ית H1004 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל H3478 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and the whole house בֵּ֤ית H1004 of Judah יְהוּדָה֙ H3063 saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 לִֽהְי֥וֹת H1961 לִי֙ H0 that they might be unto me for a people לְעָ֔ם H5971 and for a name וּלְשֵׁ֥ם H8034 and for a praise וְלִתְהִלָּ֖ה H8416 and for a glory וּלְתִפְאָ֑רֶת H8597 וְלֹ֖א H3808 but they would not hear שָׁמֵֽעוּ׃ H8085 12 Therefore thou shalt speak וְאָמְר֣וּ H559 אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם H413 אֶת H853 unto them this word הַדָּבָ֣ר H1697 הַזֶּ֗ה H2088 כֹּֽה H3541 Therefore thou shalt speak וְאָמְר֣וּ H559 the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 God אֱלֹהֵ֣י H430 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 כָּל H3605 Every bottle נֵ֖בֶל H5035 shall be filled יִמָּ֥לֵא H4390 with wine יָֽיִן׃ H3196 Therefore thou shalt speak וְאָמְר֣וּ H559 אֵלֶ֔יךָ H413 know נֵדַ֔ע H3045 לֹ֣א H3808 know נֵדַ֔ע H3045 כִּ֥י H3588 כָל H3605 Every bottle נֵ֖בֶל H5035 shall be filled יִמָּ֥לֵא H4390 with wine יָֽיִן׃ H3196 13 Then shalt thou say אָמַ֣ר H559 אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם H413 כֹּֽה H3541 Then shalt thou say אָמַ֣ר H559 the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 הִנְנִ֣י H2005 Behold I will fill מְמַלֵּ֣א H4390 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all the inhabitants יֹשְׁבֵ֥י H3427 of this land הָאָ֪רֶץ H776 הַזֹּ֟את H2063 וְאֶת H853 even the kings הַמְּלָכִ֣ים H4428 all the inhabitants יֹשְׁבֵ֥י H3427 upon David's לְדָוִ֨ד H1732 עַל H5921 throne כִּסְא֜וֹ H3678 וְאֶת H853 and the priests הַכֹּהֲנִ֣ים H3548 וְאֶת H853 and the prophets הַנְּבִיאִ֗ים H5030 וְאֵ֛ת H853 כָּל H3605 all the inhabitants יֹשְׁבֵ֥י H3427 of Jerusalem יְרוּשָׁלִָ֖ם H3389 with drunkenness שִׁכָּרֽוֹן׃ H7943 14 And I will dash וְנִפַּצְתִּים֩ H5310 them one אִ֨ישׁ H376 אֶל H413 against another אָחִ֜יו H251 even the fathers וְהָאָב֧וֹת H1 and the sons וְהַבָּנִ֛ים H1121 together יַחְדָּ֖ו H3162 saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 לֹֽא H3808 I will not pity אֶחְמ֧וֹל H2550 וְלֹֽא H3808 nor spare אָח֛וּס H2347 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor have mercy אֲרַחֵ֖ם H7355 but destroy מֵהַשְׁחִיתָֽם׃ H7843 15 Hear שִׁמְע֥וּ H8085 ye and give ear וְהַאֲזִ֖ינוּ H238 אַל H408 be not proud תִּגְבָּ֑הוּ H1361 כִּ֥י H3588 for the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 hath spoken דִּבֵּֽר׃ H1696 16 Give תְּנוּ֩ H5414 to the LORD לַיהוָ֨ה H3068 your God אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֤ם H430 glory כָּבוֹד֙ H3519 בְּטֶ֣רֶם H2962 before he cause darkness יַחְשִׁ֔ךְ H2821 וּבְטֶ֛רֶם H2962 stumble יִֽתְנַגְּפ֥וּ H5062 and before your feet רַגְלֵיכֶ֖ם H7272 עַל H5921 mountains הָ֣רֵי H2022 upon the dark נָ֑שֶׁף H5399 and while ye look וְקִוִּיתֶ֤ם H6960 hear תִשְׁמָע֔וּהָ H8085 in secret places בְּמִסְתָּרִ֥ים H4565 shall weep תִּבְכֶּֽה H1058 it my soul נַפְשִׁ֖י H5315 for מִפְּנֵ֣י H6440 your pride גֵוָ֑ה H1466 shall weep תִּדְמַ֜ע H1830 shall weep
