H3588 כֹה֙ H3541 For thus saith אָמַ֣ר H559 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 a voice ק֥וֹל H6963 of trembling חֲרָדָ֖ה H2731 We have heard שָׁמָ֑עְנוּ H8085 of fear פַּ֖חַד H6343 וְאֵ֥ין H369 and not of peace to pass in that day בַיּ֨וֹם H3117 הַה֜וּא H1931 saith נְאֻ֣ם׀ H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 of hosts צְבָא֗וֹת H6635 that I will break אֶשְׁבֹּ֤ר H7665 his yoke עֻלּוֹ֙ H5923 מֵעַ֣ל H5921 from off thy neck צַוָּארֶ֔ךָ H6677 thy bonds וּמוֹסְרוֹתֶ֖יךָ H4147 and will burst אֲנַתֵּ֑ק H5423 וְלֹא H3808 shall no more serve יַעַבְדוּ H5647 ב֥וֹ H0 ע֖וֹד H5750 and strangers זָרִֽים׃ H2114 9 But they shall serve וְעָ֣בְד֔וּ H5647 אֵ֖ת H853 the LORD יְהוָ֣ה H3068 their God אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם H430 וְאֵת֙ H853 and David דָּוִ֣ד H1732 their king מַלְכָּ֔ם H4428 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 whom I will raise up אָקִ֖ים H6965 לָהֶֽם׃ H1992 10 וְאַתָּ֡ה H859 אַל H408 Therefore fear תִּירָא֩ H3372 thou not O my servant עַבְדִּ֨י H5650 Jacob יַעֲקֹ֛ב H3290 saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָֹה֙ H3068 וְאַל H408 neither be dismayed תֵּחַ֣ת H2865 O Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 כִּ֠י H3588 הִנְנִ֤י H2005 for lo I will save מוֹשִֽׁיעֲךָ֙ H3467 thee from afar מֵֽרָח֔וֹק H7350 וְאֶֽת H853 and thy seed זַרְעֲךָ֖ H2233 from the land מֵאֶ֣רֶץ H776 of their captivity שִׁבְיָ֑ם H7628 shall return וְשָׁ֧ב H7725 Jacob יַעֲקֹ֛ב H3290 and shall be in rest וְשָׁקַ֥ט H8252 and be quiet וְשַׁאֲנַ֖ן H7599 וְאֵ֥ין H369 and none shall make him afraid מַחֲרִֽיד׃ H2729 11 כִּֽי H3588 אִתְּךָ֥ H854 אֲנִ֛י H589 For I am with thee saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 to save לְהֽוֹשִׁיעֶ֑ךָ H3467 כִּי֩ H3588 thee though I make אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה H6213 a full end כָלָ֔ה H3617 בְּכָֽל H3605 of all nations הַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀ H1471 אֲשֶׁ֧ר H834 whither I have scattered הֲפִצוֹתִ֣יךָ H6327 שָּׁ֗ם H8033 אַ֤ךְ H389 אֹֽתְךָ֙ H854 לֹֽא H3808 thee though I make אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה H6213 a full end כָלָ֔ה H3617 of thee but I will correct וְיִסַּרְתִּ֙יךָ֙ H3256 thee in measure לַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט H4941 and will not leave thee altogether אֲנַקֶּֽךָּ׃ H5352 לֹ֥א grievous נַחְלָ֖ה H2470 and thy wound מַכָּתֵֽךְ׃ H4347 13 אֵֽין H369 There is none to plead דָּ֥ן H1777 thy cause דִּינֵ֖ךְ H1779 that thou mayest be bound up לְמָז֑וֹר H4205 medicines רְפֻא֥וֹת H5921 for the multitude רֹ֣ב H7230 of thine iniquity עֲוֹנֵ֔ךְ H5771 were increased עָצְמ֖וּ H6105 because thy sins חַטֹּאתָֽיִךְ׃ H2403 15 מַה H4100 Why criest תִּזְעַק֙ H2199 עַל H5921 thou for H724 לָ֛ךְ H0 thee of thy wounds וּמִמַּכּוֹתַ֥יִךְ H4347 unto thee and I will heal אֶרְפָּאֵ֖ךְ H7495 saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָ֑ה H3068 כִּ֤י H3588 thee an Outcast נִדָּחָה֙ H5080 because they H3068 הִנְנִי H2005 Behold I will bring again שָׁב֙ H7725 the captivity שְׁבוּת֙ H7622 tents אָהֳלֵ֣י H168 of Jacob's יַֽעֲק֔וֹב H3290 on his dwellingplaces וּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָ֖יו H4908 and have mercy אֲרַחֵ֑ם H7355 shall be builded וְנִבְנְתָ֥ה H1129 and the city עִיר֙ H5892 עַל H5921 upon her own heap תִּלָּ֔הּ H8510 and the palace וְאַרְמ֖וֹן H759 עַל H5921 after the manner מִשְׁפָּט֥וֹ H4941 shall remain יֵשֵֽׁב׃ H3427 19 And out of them shall proceed וְיָצָ֥א H3318 מֵהֶ֛ם H1992 thanksgiving תּוֹדָ֖ה H8426 and the voice וְק֣וֹל H6963 of them that make merry מְשַׂחֲקִ֑ים H7832 and I will multiply וְהִרְבִּתִים֙ H7235 וְלֹ֣א H3808 them and they shall not be few יִמְעָ֔טוּ H4591 I will also glorify וְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖ים H3513 וְלֹ֥א H3808 them and they shall not be small יִצְעָֽרוּ׃ H6819 20 וְהָי֤וּ H1961 Their children בָנָיו֙ H1121 also shall be as aforetime כְּקֶ֔דֶם H6924 and their congregation וַעֲדָת֖וֹ H5712 before לְפָנַ֣י H6440 shall be established תִּכּ֑וֹן H3559 me and I will punish וּפָ֣קַדְתִּ֔י H6485 עַ֖ל H5921 כָּל H3605 all that oppress לֹחֲצָֽיו׃ H3905 21 וְהָיָ֨ה H1961 And their nobles אַדִּיר֜וֹ H117 מִמֶּ֗נּוּ H4480 shall be of themselves and their governor וּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ֙ H4910 from the midst מִקִּרְבּ֣וֹ H7130 shall proceed יֵצֵ֔א H3318 of them and I will cause him to draw near וְהִקְרַבְתִּ֖יו H7126 and he shall approach לָגֶ֥שֶׁת H5066 אֵלָ֑י H413 כִּי֩ H3588 מִ֨י H4310 הוּא H1931 זֶ֜ה H2088 unto me for who is this that engaged עָרַ֧ב H6148 אֶת H853 his heart לִבּ֛וֹ H3820 and he shall approach לָגֶ֥שֶׁת H5066 אֵלַ֖י H413 unto me saith נְאֻם H5002 the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 22 וִהְיִ֥יתֶם H1961 לִ֖י H0 And ye shall be my people לְעָ֑ם H5971 וְאָ֣נֹכִ֔י H595 אֶהְיֶ֥ה H1961 לָכֶ֖ם H0 and I will be your God לֵאלֹהִֽים׃ H430 23 הִנֵּ֣ה׀ H2009 Behold the whirlwind סַ֖עַר H5591 of the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 with fury חֵמָה֙ H2534 goeth forth יָֽצְאָ֔ה H3318 Behold the whirlwind סַ֖עַר H5591 a continuing מִתְגּוֹרֵ֑ר H1641 עַ֛ל H5921 upon the head
