וַיִּבְרַ֥ח H1272 also as a shadow כַּ֝צֵּ֗ל H6738 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and continueth יַעֲמֽוֹד׃ H5975 3 אַף H637 עַל H5921 upon such an one זֶ֭ה H2088 And dost thou open פָּקַ֣חְתָּ H6491 thine eyes from the sea יָ֑ם H3220 and the flood וְ֝נָהָ֗ר H5104 decayeth יֶחֱרַ֥ב H2717 and drieth up וְיָבֵֽשׁ׃ H3001 12 So man וְאִ֥ישׁ H376 lieth down שָׁכַ֗ב H7901 וְֽלֹא H3808 and riseth יָ֫ק֥וּם H6965 עַד 13 מִ֤י H4310 O that יִתֵּ֨ן׀ H5414 me in the grave בִּשְׁא֬וֹל H7585 thou wouldest hide תַּצְפִּנֵ֗נִי H6845 that thou wouldest keep me secret תַּ֭סְתִּירֵנִי H5641 עַד H5704 be past שׁ֣וּב H7725 until thy wrath אַפֶּ֑ךָ H639 that thou wouldest appoint תָּ֤שִׁ֥ית H7896 לִ֖י H0 me a set time חֹ֣ק H2706 and remember וְתִזְכְּרֵֽנִי׃ H2142 14 אִם H518 die יָמ֥וּת H4191 If a man גֶּ֗בֶר H1397 H2022 falling נוֹפֵ֣ל H5307 cometh to nought יִבּ֑וֹל H5034 and the rock וְ֝צ֗וּר H6697 is removed יֶעְתַּ֥ק H6275 out of his place מִמְּקֹמֽוֹ׃ H4725 19 the stones אֲבָנִ֤ים׀ H68 wear שָׁ֥חֲקוּ H7833 The waters מַ֗יִם H4325 thou washest away תִּשְׁטֹֽף H7857 the things which grow סְפִיחֶ֥יהָ H5599 out of the dust עֲפַר H6083 of the earth אָ֑רֶץ H776 the hope וְתִקְוַ֖ת H8615 of man אֱנ֣וֹשׁ H582 and thou destroyest הֶאֱבַֽדְתָּ׃ H6 20 Thou prevailest תִּתְקְפֵ֣הוּ H8630 for ever לָ֭נֶצַח H5331 against him and he passeth וַֽיַּהֲלֹ֑ךְ H1980 thou changest מְשַׁנֶּ֥ה H8138 his countenance פָ֝נָ֗יו H6440 and sendest him away וַֽתְּשַׁלְּחֵֽהוּ׃ H7971 21 come to honour יִכְבְּד֣וּ H3513 His sons בָ֭נָיו H1121 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and he knoweth יֵדָ֑ע H3045 it not and they are brought low וְ֝יִצְעֲר֗וּ H6819 וְֽלֹא H3808 but he perceiveth יָבִ֥ין H995 לָֽמוֹ׃ H3926 22 אַךְ H389 But his flesh בְּ֭שָׂרוֹ H1320 עָלָ֣יו H5921 upon him shall have pain יִכְאָ֑ב H3510 and his soul
