הָאֲנָשִׁ֣ים H582 הָ֭אֵלֶּה H428 to answer מֵעֲנ֣וֹת H6030 אֶת H853 Job אִיּ֑וֹב H347 כִּ֤י H3588 ה֖וּא H1931 because he was righteous צַדִּ֣יק H6662 in his own eyes בְּעֵינָֽיו׃ H5869 2 Then was kindled חָרָ֣ה H2734 the wrath אַפּ֑וֹ H639 of Elihu אֱלִיה֣וּא H453 the son בֶן H1121 of Barachel בַּרַכְאֵ֣ל H1292 the Buzite הַבּוּזִי֮ H940 of the kindred מִמִּשְׁפַּ֪חַ֫ת H4940 of Ram רָ֥ם H7410 against Job בְּ֭אִיּוֹב H347 Then was kindled חָרָ֣ה H2734 the wrath אַפּ֑וֹ H639 עַֽל H5921 because he justified צַדְּק֥וֹ H6663 himself נַ֝פְשׁ֗וֹ H5315 rather than God מֵאֱלֹהִֽים׃ H430 3 Also against his three וּבִשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת H7969 friends רֵעָיו֮ H7453 kindled חָרָ֪ה H2734 was his wrath אַ֫פּ֥וֹ H639 עַ֤ל H5921 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 לֹא H3808 because they had found מָצְא֣וּ H4672 no answer מַעֲנֶ֑ה H4617 and yet had condemned וַ֝יַּרְשִׁ֗יעוּ H7561 אֶת H853 Job אִיּֽוֹב׃ H347 4 Now Elihu וֶֽאֱלִיה֗וּ H453 had waited חִכָּ֣ה H2442 אֶת H853 till Job אִ֭יּוֹב H347 had spoken בִּדְבָרִ֑ים H1697 כִּ֤י H3588 because they were elder זְֽקֵנִים H2205 הֵ֖מָּה H1992 מִמֶּ֣נּוּ H4480 לְיָמִֽים׃ H3117 5 saw וַיַּ֤רְא H7200 When Elihu אֱלִיה֗וּא H453 כִּ֘י H3588 אֵ֤ין H369 that there was no answer אָ֭מַרְתִּי H559 Days יָמִ֣ים H3117 should speak יְדַבֵּ֑רוּ H1696 and multitude וְרֹ֥ב H7230 of years שָׁ֝נִ֗ים H8141 should teach יֹדִ֥יעוּ H3045 wisdom חָכְמָֽה׃ H2451 8 But אָ֭כֵן H403 there is a spirit רֽוּחַ H7307 הִ֣יא H1931 in man בֶאֱנ֑וֹשׁ H582 and the inspiration וְנִשְׁמַ֖ת H5397 of the Almighty שַׁדַּ֣י H7706 giveth them understanding תְּבִינֵֽם׃ H995 9 לֹֽא H3808 Great men רַבִּ֥ים H7227 are not always wise יֶחְכָּ֑מוּ H2449 neither do the aged וּ֝זְקֵנִ֗ים H2205 understand יָבִ֥ינוּ H995 judgment מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ H4941 10 לָכֵ֣ן H3651 Therefore I said אָ֭מַרְתִּי H559 Hearken שִׁמְעָה H8085 לִּ֑י H0 to me I also will shew אֲחַוֶּ֖ה H2331 mine opinion דֵּעִ֣י H1843 אַף H637 אָֽנִי׃ H589 11 הֵ֤ן H2005 Behold I waited הוֹחַ֨לְתִּי׀ H3176 for your words לְֽדִבְרֵיכֶ֗ם H1697 I gave ear אָ֭זִין H238 עַד H5704 to your reasons תְּב֥וּנֹֽתֵיכֶ֑ם H8394 עַֽד H5704 whilst ye searched out תַּחְקְר֥וּן H2713 what to say מִלִּֽין׃ H4405 12 וְעָֽדֵיכֶ֗ם H5704 Yea I attended אֶתְבּ֫וֹנָ֥ן H995 וְהִנֵּ֤ה H2009 אֵ֣ין H369 Job לְאִיּ֣וֹב H347 unto you and behold there was none of you that convinced מוֹכִ֑יחַ H3198 or that answered עוֹנֶ֖ה H6030 his words אֲמָרָ֣יו H561 מִכֶּֽם׃ H4480 13 פֶּן H6435 Lest ye should say תֹּ֣֭אמְרוּ H559 We have found out מָצָ֣אנוּ H4672 wisdom חָכְמָ֑ה H2451 God אֵ֖ל H410 thrusteth him down יִדְּפֶ֣נּוּ H5086 לֹא H3808 not man אִֽישׁ׃
