for you cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 of refuge הַמִּקְלָ֔ט H4733 אֲשֶׁר H834 Speak דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי H1696 אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם H413 unto you by the hand בְּיַד H3027 of Moses מֹשֶֽׁה׃ H4872 3 may flee לָנ֥וּס H5127 city הָעִ֙ירָה֙ H5892 הָאֵ֗לֶּה H428 shall stand וְעָמַד֙ H5975 at the entering פֶּ֚תַח H6607 of the gate שַׁ֣עַר H8179 him into the city הָעִ֙ירָה֙ H5892 and shall declare וְדִבֶּ֛ר H1696 in the ears בְּאָזְנֵ֛י H241 of the elders זִקְנֵ֥י H2205 him into the city הָעִ֙ירָה֙ H5892 הַהִ֖יא H1931 אֶת H853 his cause דְּבָרָ֑יו H1697 they shall take וְאָֽסְפ֨וּ H622 אֹת֤וֹ H853 him into the city מִתְּמ֥וֹל H8543 שִׁלְשֽׁוֹם׃ H8032 6 And he shall dwell וְיָשַׁ֣ב׀ H3427 in that city הָעִ֖יר H5892 הַהִ֗יא H1931 עַד H5704 until he stand עָמְד֞וֹ H5975 before לִפְנֵ֤י H6440 the congregation הָֽעֵדָה֙ H5712 for judgment לַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט H4941 עַד H5704 and until the death מוֹת֙ H4194 priest הַכֹּהֵ֣ן H3548 of the high הַגָּד֔וֹל H1419 that אֲשֶׁר H834 יִֽהְיֶ֖ה H1961 shall be in those days בַּיָּמִ֣ים H3117 הָהֵ֑ם H1992 אָ֣ז׀ H227 return יָשׁ֣וּב H7725 then shall the slayer הָֽרוֹצֵ֗חַ H7523 and come וּבָ֤א H935 אֶל H413 in that city הָעִ֖יר H5892 וְאֶל H413 and unto his own house בֵּית֔וֹ H1004 אֶל H413 in that city הָעִ֖יר H5892 that אֲשֶׁר H834 from whence he fled נָ֥ס H5127 מִשָּֽׁם׃ H8033 7 And they appointed וַיַּקְדִּ֜שׁוּ H6942 אֶת H853 Kedesh קֶ֤דֶשׁ H6943 in Galilee בַּגָּלִיל֙ H1551 in mount בְּהַ֥ר H2022 Naphtali נַפְתָּלִ֔י H5321 וְאֶת H853 and Shechem שְׁכֶ֖ם H7927 in mount בְּהַ֥ר H2022 Ephraim אֶפְרָ֑יִם H669 וְאֶת H853 קִרְיַ֥ת H0 and Kirjatharba אַרְבַּ֛ע H7153 הִ֥יא H1931 which is Hebron חֶבְר֖וֹן H2275 in mount בְּהַ֥ר H2022 of Judah יְהוּדָֽה׃ H3063 8 And on the other side וּמֵעֵ֜בֶר H5676 Jordan לְיַרְדֵּ֤ן H3383 by Jericho יְרִיחוֹ֙ H3405 eastward מִזְרָ֔חָה H4217 they assigned נָֽתְנ֞וּ H5414 אֶת H853 Bezer בֶּ֧צֶר H1221 in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּ֛ר H4057 upon the plain בַּמִּישֹׁ֖ר H4334 out of the tribe מִמַּטֵּ֥ה H4294 of Reuben רְאוּבֵ֑ן H7205 וְאֶת H853 and Ramoth רָאמֹ֤ת H7216 in Gilead בַּגִּלְעָד֙ H1568 out of the tribe מִמַּטֵּ֥ה H4294 of Gad גָ֔ד H1410 וְאֶת H853 and Golan גּלָ֥וֹן H1474 in Bashan בַּבָּשָׁ֖ן H1316 out of the tribe מִמַּטֵּ֥ה H4294 of Manasseh מְנַשֶּֽׁה׃ H4519 9 אֵ֣לֶּה H428 הָיוּ֩ H1961 These were the cities עָרֵ֨י H5892 appointed הַמּֽוּעָדָ֜ה H4152 לְכֹ֣ל׀ H3605 for all the children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל H3478 and for the stranger וְלַגֵּר֙ H1616 that sojourneth הַגָּ֣ר H1481 among בְּתוֹכָ֔ם H8432 might flee לָנ֣וּס H5127 שָׁ֔מָּה H8033 כָּל H3605 them that whosoever killeth מַכֵּה H5221 any person נֶ֖פֶשׁ H5315 at unawares בִּשְׁגָגָ֑ה H7684 וְלֹ֣א H3808 thither and not die יָמ֗וּת H4191 by the hand בְּיַד֙ H3027 of the avenger גֹּאֵ֣ל H1350 of blood הַדָּ֔ם
