Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 וְגַם֙ H1571 and they have also transgressed עָֽבְר֣וּ H5674 אֶת H853 my covenant בְּרִיתִ֔י H1285 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 which I commanded צִוִּ֖יתִי H6680 אוֹתָ֑ם H853 וְגַ֤ם H1571 them for they have even taken לָֽקְחוּ֙ H3947 מִן H4480 of the accursed thing הַחֵ֔רֶם H2764 וְגַ֤ם H1571 and have also stolen גָּֽנְבוּ֙ H1589 וְגַ֣ם H1571 and dissembled כִּֽחֲשׁ֔וּ H3584 וְגַ֖ם הָי֖וּ H1961 because they were accursed הַחֵ֖רֶם H2764 except לֹ֥א H3808 neither will I be with you any more אוֹסִיף֙ H3254 לִֽהְי֣וֹת H1961 עִמָּכֶ֔ם H5973 אִם H518 except לֹ֥א H3808 ye destroy תַשְׁמִ֛ידוּ H8045 because they were accursed הַחֵ֖רֶם H2764 from among מִֽקִּרְבְּכֶֽם׃ H7130 13 Up לָקוּם֙ H6965 Sanctify הִתְקַדְּשׁ֣וּ H6942 אֶת H853 the people הָעָ֔ם H5971 and say אָמַ֨ר H559 Sanctify הִתְקַדְּשׁ֣וּ H6942 yourselves against to morrow לְמָחָ֑ר H4279 כִּ֣י H3588 כֹה֩ H3541 and say אָמַ֨ר H559 the LORD יְהוָ֜ה H3068 God אֱלֹהֵ֣י H430 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 There is an accursed thing הַחֵ֖רֶם H2764 from among מִֽקִּרְבְּכֶֽם׃ H7130 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 לֹ֣א H3808 thou canst תוּכַ֗ל H3201 Up לָקוּם֙ H6965 before לִפְנֵ֣י H6440 thine enemies אֹֽיְבֶ֔יךָ H341 עַד H5704 until ye take away הֲסִֽירְכֶ֥ם H5493 There is an accursed thing הַחֵ֖רֶם H2764 from among מִֽקִּרְבְּכֶֽם׃ H7130 14 shall come יִקְרַ֖ב H7126 In the morning בַּבֹּ֖קֶר H1242 according to your tribes הַשֵּׁבֶט֩ H7626 וְהָיָ֡ה H1961 according to your tribes הַשֵּׁבֶט֩ H7626 אֲשֶׁר H834 shall take יִלְכְּדֶ֣נּוּ H3920 which the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 shall come יִקְרַ֖ב H7126 according to the families וְהַמִּשְׁפָּחָ֞ה H4940 according to the families וְהַמִּשְׁפָּחָ֞ה H4940 אֲשֶֽׁר H834 shall take יִלְכְּדֶ֣נּוּ H3920 which the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 shall come יִקְרַ֖ב H7126 and the household וְהַבַּ֙יִת֙ H1004 and the household וְהַבַּ֙יִת֙ H1004 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 shall take יִלְכְּדֶ֣נּוּ H3920 which the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 shall come יִקְרַ֖ב H7126 by man לַגְּבָרִֽים׃ H1397 15 וְהָיָה֙ H1961 And it shall be that he that is taken הַנִּלְכָּ֣ד H3920 with the accursed thing בַּחֵ֔רֶם H2764 shall be burnt יִשָּׂרֵ֣ף H8313 with fire בָּאֵ֔שׁ H784 אֹת֖וֹ H853 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 ל֑וֹ H0 כִּ֤י H3588 he and all that he hath because he hath transgressed עָבַר֙ H5674 אֶת H853 the covenant בְּרִ֣ית H1285 of the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 וְכִֽי H3588 and because he hath wrought עָשָׂ֥ה H6213 folly נְבָלָ֖ה H5039 in Israel בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 16 rose up early וַיַּשְׁכֵּ֤ם H7925 So Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ H3091 in the morning בַּבֹּ֔קֶר H1242 and brought וַיַּקְרֵ֥ב H7126 אֶת H853 Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 and the tribe שֵׁ֥בֶט H7626 was taken וַיִּלָּכֵ֖ד H3920 and the tribe שֵׁ֥בֶט H7626 of Judah יְהוּדָֽה׃ H3063 17 And he brought וַיַּקְרֵ֞ב H7126 אֶת H853 the family מִשְׁפַּ֤חַת H4940 of Judah יְהוּדָ֔ה H3063 and he took וַיִּלָּכֵ֖ד H3920 אֵ֖ת H853 the family מִשְׁפַּ֤חַת H4940 of the Zarhites הַזַּרְחִי֙ H2227 And he brought וַיַּקְרֵ֞ב H7126 אֶת H853 the family מִשְׁפַּ֤חַת H4940 of the Zarhites הַזַּרְחִי֙ H2227 by man לַגְּבָרִ֔ים H1397 and he took וַיִּלָּכֵ֖ד H3920 and Zabdi זַבְדִּֽי׃ H2067 18 And he brought וַיַּקְרֵ֥ב H7126 אֶת H853 his household בֵּית֖וֹ H1004 by man לַגְּבָרִ֑ים H1397 was taken וַיִּלָּכֵ֗ד H3920 and Achan עָכָ֞ן H5912 the son בֶּן H1121 of Carmi כַּרְמִ֧י H3756 the son בֶּן H1121 of Zabdi זַבְדִּ֛י H2067 the son בֶּן H1121 of Zerah זֶ֖רַח H2226 of the tribe לְמַטֵּ֥ה H4294 of Judah יְהוּדָֽה׃ H3063 19 said וַיֹּ֨אמֶר H559 And Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֜עַ H3091 אֶל H413 unto Achan עָכָ֗ן H5912 My son בְּנִי֙ H1121 give שִֽׂים H7760 נָ֣א H4994 I pray thee glory כָב֗וֹד H3519 to the LORD לַֽיהוָ֛ה H3068 God אֱלֹהֵ֥י H430 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 and make וְתֶן H5414 ל֣וֹ H0 confession תוֹדָ֑ה H8426 unto him and tell וְהַגֶּד H5046 נָ֥א H4994 לִי֙ H0 מֶ֣ה H4100 me now what thou hast done עָשִׂ֔יתָ H6213 אַל H408 hide תְּכַחֵ֖ד H3582 מִמֶּֽנִּי׃ H4480 20 answered וַיַּ֧עַן H6030 And Achan עָכָ֛ן H5912 אֶת H853 Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ H3091 and said וַיֹּאמַ֑ר H559 Indeed אָמְנָ֗ה H546 אָֽנֹכִ֤י H595 I have sinned חָטָ֙אתִי֙ H2398 against the LORD לַֽיהוָה֙ H3068 God אֱלֹהֵ֣י H430 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 וְכָזֹ֥את H2063 וְכָזֹ֖את H2063 and thus and thus have I done עָשִֽׂיתִי׃ H6213 21 When I saw וָאֵ֣רֶאה H7200 among the spoils בַשָּׁלָ֡ל H7998 garment אַדֶּ֣רֶת H155 Babylonish שִׁנְעָר֩ H8152 a אֶחָד֙ H259 goodly טוֹבָ֜ה H2896 and two hundred וּמָאתַ֧יִם H3967 shekels שְׁקָלִים֙ H8255 and the silver וְהַכֶּ֥סֶף H3701 wedge וּלְשׁ֨וֹן H3956 of gold זָהָ֤ב H2091 a אֶחָד֙ H259 of fifty חֲמִשִּׁ֤ים H2572 shekels שְׁקָלִים֙ H8255 weight מִשְׁקָל֔וֹ H4948 then I coveted וָֽאֶחְמְדֵ֖ם H2530 them and took וָֽאֶקָּחֵ֑ם H3947 וְהִנָּ֨ם H2009 them and behold they are hid טְמוּנִ֥ים H2934 in the earth בָּאָ֛רֶץ H776 in the midst בְּת֥וֹךְ H8432 of my tent הָאָֽהֳלִ֖י H168 and the silver וְהַכֶּ֥סֶף H3701 תַּחְתֶּֽיהָ׃ H8478 22 sent וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח H7971 So Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ H3091 messengers מַלְאָכִ֔ים H4397 and they ran וַיָּרֻ֖צוּ H7323 in his tent בְּאָֽהֳל֖וֹ H168 וְהִנֵּ֧ה H2009 and behold it was hid טְמוּנָ֛ה H2934 in his tent בְּאָֽהֳל֖וֹ H168 and the silver וְהַכֶּ֥סֶף H3701 תַּחְתֶּֽיהָ׃ H8478 23 And they took וַיִּקָּחוּם֙ H3947 them out of the midst מִתּ֣וֹךְ H8432 of the tent הָאֹ֔הֶל H168 and brought וַיְבִאוּם֙ H935 אֶל H413 them unto Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֔עַ H3091 וְאֶ֖ל H413 כָּל H3605 and unto all the children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל H3478 and laid them out וַיַּצִּקֻ֖ם H3332 before לִפְנֵ֥י H6440 the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 24 with him took וַיִּקַּ֣ח H3947 And Joshua יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ H3091 אֶת H853 Achan עָכָ֣ן H5912 and his sons בָּנָ֡יו H1121 of Zerah זֶ֡רַח H2226 וְאֶת H853 and the silver הַכֶּ֣סֶף H3701 וְאֶת H853 and the garment הָֽאַדֶּ֣רֶת H155 וְֽאֶת H853 and the wedge לְשׁ֣וֹן H3956 of gold הַזָּהָ֡ב H2091 וְֽאֶת H853 and his sons בָּנָ֡יו H1121 וְֽאֶת H853 and his daughters בְּנֹתָ֡יו H1323 וְאֶת H853 and his oxen שׁוֹרוֹ֩ H7794 וְאֶת H853 and his asses חֲמֹר֨וֹ H2543 וְאֶת H853 and his sheep צֹאנ֤וֹ H6629 וְאֶֽת H853 and his tent אָהֳלוֹ֙ H168 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 ל֔וֹ H0 וְכָל H3605 and all
