H631 בָּהֶֽם׃ H0 9 Now there were men lying in wait וְהָֽאֹרֵ֗ב H693 abiding יֹשֵׁ֥ב H3427 לָהּ֙ H0 with her in the chamber בַּחֶ֔דֶר H2315 And she said וַתֹּ֣אמֶר H559 אֵלָ֔יו H413 unto him The חֲדָשִׁ֜ים H2319 and bound וַתַּֽאַסְרֵ֣הוּ H631 בָהֶ֗ם H0 him therewith and said וַתֹּ֤אמֶר H559 אֵלָיו֙ H413 unto him The Philistines פְּלִשְׁתִּ֤ים H6430 עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ H5921 be upon thee Samson שִׁמְשׁ֔וֹן H8123 And there were liers in wait וְהָֽאֹרֵ֖ב H693 abiding יֹשֵׁ֣ב H3427 in the chamber בֶּחָ֑דֶר H2315 And he brake וַֽיְנַתְּקֵ֛ם H5423 מֵעַ֥ל H5921 them from off his arms זְרֹֽעֹתָ֖יו H2220 like a thread כַּחֽוּט׃ H2339 13 And he said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And Delilah דְּלִילָ֜ה H1807 אֶל H413 unto Samson שִׁמְשׁ֗וֹן H8123 עַד H5704 Hitherto הֵ֜נָּה H2008 thou hast mocked הֵתַ֤לְתָּ H2048 בִּי֙ H0 me and told וַתְּדַבֵּ֤ר H1696 אֵלַי֙ H413 כְּזָבִ֔ים H3576 tell הַגִּ֣ידָה H5046 לִּ֔י H0 בַּמֶּ֖ה H4100 me wherewith thou mightest be bound תֵּֽאָסֵ֑ר H631 And he said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 אֵלֶ֔יהָ H413 אִם H518 unto her If thou weavest תַּֽאַרְגִ֗י H707 אֶת H853 the seven שֶׁ֛בַע H7651 locks מַחְלְפ֥וֹת H4253 of my head רֹאשִׁ֖י H7218 עִם H5973 with the web הַמַּסָּֽכֶת׃ H4545 14 And And he awaked וַיִּיקַץ֙ H3364 out of his sleep מִשְּׁנָת֔וֹ H8142 and went away וַיִּסַּ֛ע H5265 אֶת H854 it with the pin הַיְתַ֥ד H3489 of the beam הָאֶ֖רֶג H708 וְאֶת H854 and with the web הַמַּסָּֽכֶת׃ H4545 15 And she said תֹּאמַ֣ר H559 אֵלָ֗יו H413 unto him How אֵ֚יךְ H349 And she said תֹּאמַ֣ר H559 I love אֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ H157 thee when thine heart וְלִבְּךָ֖ H3820 אֵ֣ין H369 אִתִּ֑י strength כֹּֽחֲךָ֥ H3581 me wherein thy great גָדֽוֹל׃ H1419 16 וַ֠יְהִי H1961 כִּֽי H3588 And it came to pass when she pressed הֵצִ֨יקָה H6693 לּ֧וֹ H0 with her words בִדְבָרֶ֛יהָ H1697 כָּל H3605 him daily הַיָּמִ֖ים H3117 and urged וַתְּאַֽלֲצֵ֑הוּ H509 was vexed וַתִּקְצַ֥ר H7114 him so that his soul נַפְשׁ֖וֹ H5315 unto death לָמֽוּת׃ H4191 17 That he told וַיַּגֶּד H5046 לָ֣הּ H0 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 her all his heart לִבּ֗וֹ H3820 and said וַיֹּ֤אמֶר H559 לָהּ֙ H0 a razor מוֹרָה֙ H4177 לֹֽא H3808 unto her There hath not come עָלָ֣ה H5927 עַל H5921 upon mine head רֹאשִׁ֔י H7218 כִּֽי H3588 for I have been a Nazarite נְזִ֧יר H5139 unto God אֱלֹהִ֛ים H430 אֲנִ֖י H589 womb מִבֶּ֣טֶן H990 from my mother's אִמִּ֑י H517 אִם H518 if I be shaven גֻּלַּ֙חְתִּי֙ H1548 will go וְסָ֣ר H5493 מִמֶּ֣נִּי H4480 then my strength כֹחִ֔י H3581 from me and I shall become weak וְחָלִ֥יתִי H2470 וְהָיִ֖יתִי H1961 כְּכָל H3605 and be like any other man הָֽאָדָֽם׃ H120 18 saw וַתֵּ֣רֶא H7200 And when Delilah דְּלִילָ֗ה H1807 כִּֽי H3588 for he hath shewed הִגִּ֥יד H5046 לָהּ֮ H0 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 her all his heart לִבּ֑וֹ H3820 she sent וַתִּשְׁלַ֡ח H7971 and called וַתִּקְרָא֩ H7121 Then the lords סַרְנֵ֣י H5633 of the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים H6430 saying לֵאמֹר֙ H559 Come up וַיַּֽעֲל֥וּ H5927 this once הַפַּ֔עַם H6471 כִּֽי H3588 for he hath shewed הִגִּ֥יד H5046 לִ֖ה H0 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 her all his heart לִבּ֑וֹ H3820 Come up וַיַּֽעֲל֥וּ H5927 אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙ H413 Then the lords סַרְנֵ֣י H5633 of the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים H6430 Come up וַיַּֽעֲל֥וּ H5927 money הַכֶּ֖סֶף H3701 in their hand בְּיָדָֽם׃ H3027 19 And she made him sleep וַתְּיַשְּׁנֵ֙הוּ֙ H3462 עַל H5921 upon her knees בִּרְכֶּ֔יהָ H1290 and she called וַתִּקְרָ֣א H7121 for a man לָאִ֔ישׁ H376 and she caused him to shave off וַתְּגַלַּ֕ח H1548 אֶת H853 the seven שֶׁ֖בַע H7651 locks מַחְלְפ֣וֹת H4253 of his head רֹאשׁ֑וֹ H7218 and she began וַתָּ֙חֶל֙ H2490 to afflict לְעַנּוֹת֔וֹ H6031 went וַיָּ֥סַר H5493 him and his strength כֹּח֖וֹ H3581 מֵֽעָלָֽיו׃ H5921 20 And she said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 The Philistines פְּלִשְׁתִּ֥ים H6430 עָלֶ֖יךָ H5921 be upon thee Samson שִׁמְשׁ֑וֹן H8123 And he awoke וַיִּקַ֣ץ H3364 out of his sleep מִשְּׁנָת֗וֹ H8142 And she said וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ H559 I will go out אֵצֵ֞א H3318 as at other times before בְּפַ֙עַם֙ H6471 as at other times before בְּפַ֙עַם֙ H6471 and shake וְאִנָּעֵ֔ר H5287 וְהוּא֙ H1931 לֹ֣א H3808 myself And he wist יָדַ֔ע H3045 כִּ֥י H3588 not that the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 was departed סָ֥ר H5493 מֵֽעָלָֽיו׃ H5921 21 took וַיֹּֽאחֲז֣וּהוּ H270 But the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים H6430 him and put out וַֽיְנַקְּר֖וּ H5365 אֶת H853 his eyes עֵינָ֑יו H5869 and brought him down וַיּוֹרִ֨ידוּ H3381 אוֹת֜וֹ H853 to Gaza עַזָּ֗תָה H5804 and bound וַיַּֽאַסְר֙וּהוּ֙ H631 him with fetters of brass בַּֽנְחֻשְׁתַּ֔יִם H5178 וַיְהִ֥י H1961 and he did grind טוֹחֵ֖ן H2912 house בְּבֵ֥ית H1004 הָֽאֲסיּרִֽים׃ H615 22 began וַיָּ֧חֶל H2490 Howbeit the hair שְׂעַר H8181 of his head רֹאשׁ֛וֹ H7218 to grow again לְצַמֵּ֖חַ H6779 after כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 he was shaven גֻּלָּֽח׃ H1548 23 Then the lords וְסַרְנֵ֣י H5633 of the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים H6430 gathered them together נֶֽאֱסְפוּ֙ H622 for to offer לִזְבֹּ֧חַ H2076 sacrifice זֶֽבַח H2077 a great גָּד֛וֹל H1419 unto Dagon לְדָג֥וֹן H1712 Our god אֱלֹהֵ֙ינוּ֙ H430 and to rejoice וּלְשִׂמְחָ֑ה H8057 for they said וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ H559 hath delivered נָתַ֤ן H5414 Our god אֱלֹהֵ֙ינוּ֙ H430 into our hand בְּיָדֵ֔נוּ H3027 אֵ֖ת H853 Samson שִׁמְשׁ֥וֹן H8123 our enemy אֽוֹיְבֵֽנוּ׃ H341 24 saw וַיִּרְא֤וּ H7200 אֹתוֹ֙ H853 And when the people הָעָ֔ם H5971 him they praised וַֽיְהַלְל֖וּ H1984 אֶת H853 Our god אֱלֹהֵ֤ינוּ H430 כִּ֣י H3588 for they said אָֽמְר֗וּ H559 hath delivered נָתַ֨ן H5414 Our god אֱלֹהֵ֤ינוּ H430 into our hands בְיָדֵ֙נוּ֙ H3027 אֶת H853 our enemy א֣וֹיְבֵ֔נוּ H341 וְאֵת֙ H853 and the destroyer מַֽחֲרִ֣יב H2717 of our country אַרְצֵ֔נוּ H776 וַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 many הִרְבָּ֖ה H7235 אֶת H853 which slew חֲלָלֵֽינוּ׃ H2491 25 וַֽיְהִי֙ H1961 כְּי H3588 were merry ט֣וֹב H2896 And it came to pass when their hearts לִבָּ֔ם H3820 that they said H3240 אוֹתִי֒ H853 me that I may feel וַֽהֲימִשֵׁ֙נִי֙ H4184 אֶת H853 the pillars הָֽעַמֻּדִ֔ים H5982 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 whereupon the house הַבַּ֖יִת H1004 standeth נָכ֣וֹן H3559 עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם H5921 that I may lean וְאֶשָּׁעֵ֖ן H8172 עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ H5921 27 Now the house וְהַבַּ֗יִת H1004 was full מָלֵ֤א H4390 of men הָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙ H582 and women וְאִשָּׁ֔ה H802 וְשָׁ֕מָּה H8033 כֹּ֖ל H3605 and all the lords סַרְנֵ֣י H5633 of the Philistines פְלִשְׁתִּ֑ים H6430 וְעַל H5921 were there and there were upon the roof הַגָּ֗ג H1406 about three כִּשְׁלֹ֤שֶׁת H7969 thousand אֲלָפִים֙ H505 men אִ֣ישׁ H376 and women וְאִשָּׁ֔ה H802 that beheld הָֽרֹאִ֖ים H7200 made sport בִּשְׂח֥וֹק H7832 while Samson שִׁמְשֽׁוֹן׃ H8123 28 called וַיִּקְרָ֥א H7121 And Samson שִׁמְשׁ֛וֹן H8123 אֶל H413 GOD יְהוָ֖ה H3069 and said וַיֹּאמַ֑ר H559 O Lord אֲדֹנָ֣י H136 unto the LORD יֱהוִֹ֡ה H3068 remember זָכְרֵ֣נִי H2142 נָא֩ H4994 me I pray thee and strengthen וְחַזְּקֵ֨נִי H2388 נָ֜א H4994 אַ֣ךְ H389 me I pray thee only this once הַפַּ֤עַם H6471 הַזֶּה֙ H2088 O God הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים H430 avenged וְאִנָּֽקְמָ֧ה H5358 נְקַם H5359 that I may be at once אַחַ֛ת H259 for my two מִשְּׁתֵ֥י H8147 eyes עֵינַ֖י H5869 of the Philistines מִפְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃ H6430 29 took hold וַיִּלְפֹּ֨ת H3943 And Samson שִׁמְשׁ֜וֹן H8123 אֶת H853 of the two שְׁנֵ֣י׀ H8147 pillars עַמּוּדֵ֣י H5982 middle הַתָּ֗וֶךְ H8432 אֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 upon which the house הַבַּ֙יִת֙ H1004 stood נָכ֣וֹן H3559 עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם H5921 and on which it was borne up וַיִּסָּמֵ֖ךְ H5564 עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם H5921 and of the other וְאֶחָ֥ד H259 with his right hand בִּֽימִינ֖וֹ
