H2074 וְאֶת H853 and Naphtali נַפְתָּלִי֙ H5321 to Kedesh קֶ֔דְשָׁה H6943 and he went up וַתַּ֥עַל H5927 at his feet בְּרַגְלָ֔יו H7272 with ten עֲשֶׂ֥רֶת H6235 thousand אַלְפֵ֖י H505 men אִ֑ישׁ H376 and he went up וַתַּ֥עַל H5927 עִמּ֖וֹ H5973 and Deborah דְּבוֹרָֽה׃ H1683 11 Now Heber וְחֶ֤בֶר H2268 himself from the Kenites מִקַּ֔יִן H7017 had severed נִפְרָ֣ד H6504 himself from the Kenites מִקַּ֔יִן H7017 which was of the children מִבְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Hobab חֹבָ֖ב H2246 the father in law חֹתֵ֣ן H2859 of Moses מֹשֶׁ֑ה H4872 and pitched וַיֵּ֣ט H5186 his tent אָֽהֳל֔וֹ H168 עַד H5704 unto the plain אֵל֥וֹן H436 of Zaanaim בְּצַעֲנִּ֖ים H6815 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 אֶת H854 which is by Kedesh קֶֽדֶשׁ׃ H6943 12 And they shewed וַיַּגִּ֖דוּ H5046 Sisera לְסִֽיסְרָ֑א H5516 כִּ֥י H3588 was gone up עָלָ֛ה H5927 that Barak בָּרָ֥ק H1301 the son בֶּן H1121 of Abinoam אֲבִינֹ֖עַם H42 to mount הַר H2022 Tabor תָּבֽוֹר׃ H8396 13 gathered together וַיַּזְעֵ֨ק H2199 And Sisera סִֽיסְרָ֜א H5516 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all his chariots רֶ֣כֶב H7393 even nine תְּשַׁ֤ע H8672 hundred מֵאוֹת֙ H3967 all his chariots רֶ֣כֶב H7393 of iron בַּרְזֶ֔ל H1270 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and all the people הָעָ֖ם H5971 יְהוָ֖ה H3068 אֶת H853 Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֙ H5516 into thine hand בְּיָדֶ֔ךָ H3027 הֲלֹ֥א H3808 in which the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 gone out יָצָ֣א H3318 before לְפָנֶ֑יךָ H6440 went down וַיֵּ֤רֶד H3381 thee So Barak בָּרָק֙ H1301 from mount מֵהַ֣ר H2022 Tabor תָּב֔וֹר H8396 and ten וַֽעֲשֶׂ֧רֶת H6235 thousand אֲלָפִ֛ים H505 men אִ֖ישׁ H376 after אַֽחֲרָֽיו׃ H310 15 discomfited וַיָּ֣הָם H2000 And the LORD יְ֠הוָה H3068 אֶת H853 Sisera סִֽיסְרָ֛א H5516 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and all his chariots הָרֶ֧כֶב H7393 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and all his host הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֛ה H4264 with the edge לְפִי H6310 of the sword חֶ֖רֶב H2719 before לִפְנֵ֣י H6440 Barak בָרָ֑ק H1301 lighted down וַיֵּ֧רֶד H3381 Sisera סִֽיסְרָ֛א H5516 מֵעַ֥ל H5921 off his chariot הַמֶּרְכָּבָ֖ה H4818 and fled away וַיָּ֥נָס H5127 on his feet בְּרַגְלָֽיו׃ H7272 16 But Barak וּבָרָ֗ק H1301 pursued רָדַ֞ף H7291 after וְאַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 the chariots הָרֶ֙כֶב֙ H7393 after וְאַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 and after the host מַֽחֲנֵ֤ה H4264 עַ֖ד H5704 unto Harosheth חֲרֹ֣שֶׁת H2800 of the Gentiles הַגּוֹיִ֑ם H1471 fell וַיִּפֹּ֞ל H5307 כָּל H3605 and after the host מַֽחֲנֵ֤ה H4264 of Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֙ H5516 upon the edge לְפִי H6310 of the sword tent אֹ֣הֶל H168 of Jael יָעֵ֔ל H3278 the wife אֵ֖שֶׁת H802 of Heber חֶ֥בֶר H2268 the Kenite הַקֵּינִֽי׃ H7017 כִּ֣י H3588 for there was peace שָׁל֗וֹם H7965 בֵּ֚ין H996 between Jabin יָבִ֣ין H2985 the king מֶֽלֶךְ H4428 of Hazor חָצ֔וֹר H2674 וּבֵ֕ין H996 and the house בֵּ֖ית H1004 of Heber חֶ֥בֶר H2268 the Kenite הַקֵּינִֽי׃ H7017 18 went out וַתֵּצֵ֣א H3318 And Jael יָעֵל֮ H3278 to meet לִקְרַ֣את H7125 Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֒ H5516 and said וַתֹּ֣אמֶר H559 אֵלָ֗יו H413 not And when he had turned in וַיָּ֤סַר H5493 my lord אֲדֹנִ֛י H113 not And when he had turned in וַיָּ֤סַר H5493 אֵלַ֖י H413 אַל H408 to me fear תִּירָ֑א H3372 not And when he had turned in וַיָּ֤סַר H5493 אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙ H413 unto her into the tent הָאֹ֔הֱלָה H168 she covered וַתְּכַסֵּ֖הוּ H3680 him with a mantle בַּשְּׂמִיכָֽה׃ H8063 19 And he said וַיֹּ֧אמֶר H559 אֵלֶ֛יהָ H413 and gave him drink וַתַּשְׁקֵ֖הוּ H8248 נָ֥א H4994 unto her Give me I pray thee a little מְעַט H4592 water מַ֖יִם H4325 כִּ֣י H3588 for I am thirsty צָמֵ֑אתִי H6770 And she opened וַתִּפְתַּ֞ח H6605 אֶת H853 a bottle נֹ֧אוד H4997 of milk הֶֽחָלָ֛ב H2461 and gave him drink וַתַּשְׁקֵ֖הוּ H8248 and covered וַתְּכַסֵּֽהוּ׃ H3680 20 Again he said וְאָמַ֥רְתְּ H559 אֵלֶ֔יהָ H413 unto her Stand in עֲמֹ֖ד H5975 the door פֶּ֣תַח H6607 of the tent הָאֹ֑הֶל H168 וְהָיָה֩ H1961 אִם H518 and it shall be when any man אִ֖ישׁ H376 doth come יָבֹ֜א H935 and enquire וּשְׁאֵלֵ֗ךְ H7592 Again he said וְאָמַ֥רְתְּ H559 Is there הֲיֵֽשׁ H3426 פֹּ֥ה H6311 and it shall be when any man אִ֖ישׁ H376 Again he said וְאָמַ֥רְתְּ H559 אָֽיִן׃ H369 21 took וַתִּקַּ֣ח H3947 Then Jael יָעֵ֣ל H3278 wife אֵֽשֶׁת H802 Heber's חֶ֠בֶר H2268 אֶת H853 a nail הַיָּתֵד֙ H3489 of the tent הָאֹ֜הֶל H168 and took וַתָּ֧שֶׂם H7760 אֶת H853 an hammer הַמַּקֶּ֣בֶת H4718 in her hand בְּיָדָ֗הּ H3027 and went וַתָּב֤וֹא H935 אֵלָיו֙ H413 softly בַּלָּ֔אט H3814 unto him and smote וַתִּתְקַ֤ע H8628 אֶת H853 a nail הַיָּתֵד֙ H3489 into his temples בְּרַקָּת֔וֹ H7541 and fastened וַתִּצְנַ֖ח H6795 it into the ground בָּאָ֑רֶץ H776 וְהֽוּא H1931 for he was fast asleep נִרְדָּ֥ם H7290 and weary וַיָּ֖עַף H5774 So he died וַיָּמֹֽת׃ H4191 22 וְהִנֵּ֣ה H2009 And behold as Barak בָרָק֮ H1301 pursued רֹדֵ֣ף H7291 אֶת H853 Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֙ H5516 came out וַתֵּצֵ֤א H3318 Jael יָעֵל֙ H3278 to meet לִקְרָאת֔וֹ H7125 him and said וַתֹּ֣אמֶר H559 ל֔וֹ H0 לֵ֣ךְ H1980 and I will shew וְאַרְאֶ֔ךָּ H7200 אֶת H853 thee the man הָאִ֖ישׁ H376 אֲשֶׁר H834 אַתָּ֣ה H859 whom thou seekest מְבַקֵּ֑שׁ H1245 And when he came וַיָּבֹ֣א H935 אֵלֶ֔יהָ H413 וְהִנֵּ֤ה H2009 Sisera סִֽיסְרָא֙ H5516 lay נֹפֵ֣ל H5307 dead מֵ֔ת H4191 and the nail וְהַיָּתֵ֖ד H3489 was in his temples בְּרַקָּתֽוֹ׃ H7541 23 subdued וַיַּכְנַ֤ע H3665 So God אֱלֹהִים֙ H430 on that day בַּיּ֣וֹם H3117
