הַשְּׂעִירִ֖ם H8163 lot וְגוֹרָ֥ל H1486 lot וְגוֹרָ֥ל H1486 and the other אֶחָ֖ד H259 for the LORD לַֽיהוָ֔ה H3068 lot וְגוֹרָ֥ל H1486 and the other אֶחָ֖ד H259 for the scapegoat לַֽעֲזָאזֵֽל׃ H5799 9 shall bring וְהִקְרִ֤יב H7126 And Aaron אַֽהֲרֹן֙ H175 אֶת H853 the goat הַשָּׂעִ֔יר H8163 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 fell עָלָ֥ה H5927 עָלָ֛יו H5921 lot הַגּוֹרָ֖ל H1486 upon which the LORD'S לַֽיהוָ֑ה H3068 and offer וְעָשָׂ֖הוּ H6213 him for a sin offering חַטָּֽאת׃ H2403 10 But the goat וְהַשָּׂעִ֗יר H8163 אֲשֶׁר֩ H834 fell עָלָ֨ה H5927 עָלָ֤יו H5921 on which the lot הַגּוֹרָל֙ H1486 for a scapegoat לַֽעֲזָאזֵ֖ל H5799 shall be presented יָֽעֳמַד H5975 alive חַ֛י H2416 before לִפְנֵ֥י H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 to make an atonement לְכַפֵּ֣ר H3722 עָלָ֑יו H5921 with him and to let him go H4289 coals גַּֽחֲלֵי H1513 of burning אֵ֞שׁ H784 מֵעַ֤ל H5921 from off the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ H4196 before מִלִּפְנֵ֣י H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 full וּמְלֹ֣א H4393 and his hands חָפְנָ֔יו H2651 incense קְטֹ֥רֶת H7004 of sweet סַמִּ֖ים H5561 beaten small דַּקָּ֑ה H1851 and bring וְהֵבִ֖יא H935 it within מִבֵּ֥ית H1004 the vail לַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃ H6532 13 And he shall put וְנָתַ֧ן H5414 אֶֽת H853 of הַדָּ֖ם H1818 of the bullock הַפָּ֔ר H6499 and sprinkle יַזֶּ֧ה H5137 it with his finger בְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃ H676 עַל H5921 and before וְלִפְנֵ֣י H6440 the mercy seat הַכַּפֹּ֗רֶת H3727 eastward קֵ֑דְמָה H6924 and before וְלִפְנֵ֣י H6440 the mercy seat הַכַּפֹּ֗רֶת H3727 and sprinkle יַזֶּ֧ה H5137 seven שֶֽׁבַע H7651 times פְּעָמִ֛ים H6471 מִן H4480 of the blood הַדָּ֖ם H1818 it with his finger בְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃ H676 15 Then shall he kill וְשָׁחַ֞ט H7819 אֶת H853 the goat שְׂעִ֤יר H8163 of the sin offering הַֽחַטָּאת֙ H2403 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 that is for the people לָעָ֔ם H5971 and bring וְהֵבִיא֙ H935 אֶת H853 his blood לְדַ֣ם H1818 אֶל H413 within מִבֵּ֖ית H1004 the vail לַפָּרֹ֑כֶת H6532 and do עָשָׂה֙ H6213 אֶת H854 his blood לְדַ֣ם H1818 כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 and do עָשָׂה֙ H6213 his blood לְדַ֣ם H1818 of the bullock הַפָּ֔ר H6499 and sprinkle וְהִזָּ֥ה H5137 אֹת֛וֹ H853 עַל H5921 it upon the mercy seat הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ H3727 and before וְלִפְנֵ֥י H6440 it upon the mercy seat הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ H3727 16 And he shall make an atonement וְכִפֶּ֣ר H3722 עַל H5921 for the holy הַקֹּ֗דֶשׁ H6944 of their uncleanness טֻמְאֹתָֽם׃ H2932 of the children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 and because of their transgressions וּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖ם H6588 לְכָל H3605 in all their sins חַטֹּאתָ֑ם H2403 וְכֵ֤ן H3651 and so shall he do יַֽעֲשֶׂה֙ H6213 for the tabernacle לְאֹ֣הֶל H168 of the congregation מוֹעֵ֔ד H4150 that remaineth הַשֹּׁכֵ֣ן H7931 אִתָּ֔ם H854 among them in the midst בְּת֖וֹךְ H8432 of their uncleanness טֻמְאֹתָֽם׃ H2932 17 וְכָל H3605 And there shall be no man אָדָ֞ם H120 לֹֽא H3808 יִהְיֶ֣ה׀ H1961 in the tabernacle בְּאֹ֣הֶל H168 of the congregation מוֹעֵ֗ד H4150 when he goeth בְּבֹא֛וֹ H935 and have made an atonement וְכִפֶּ֤ר H3722 in the holy בַּקֹּ֖דֶשׁ H6944 עַד H5704 place until he come out צֵאת֑וֹ H3318 and have made an atonement וְכִפֶּ֤ר H3722 בַּֽעֲדוֹ֙ H1157 וּבְעַ֣ד H1157 for himself and for his household בֵּית֔וֹ H1004 וּבְעַ֖ד H1157 כָּל H3605 and for all the congregation קְהַ֥ל H6951 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 18 And he shall go out וְיָצָ֗א H3318 אֶל H413 of the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ H4196 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 that is before לִפְנֵֽי H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 and make an atonement וְכִפֶּ֣ר H3722 עָלָ֑יו H5921 for it and shall take וְלָקַ֞ח H3947 and of the blood וּמִדַּ֣ם H1818 of the bullock הַפָּר֙ H6499 and of the blood וּמִדַּ֣ם H1818 of the goat הַשָּׂעִ֔יר H8163 and put וְנָתַ֛ן H5414 עַל H5921 it upon the horns קַרְנ֥וֹת H7161 of the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ H4196 round about סָבִֽיב׃ H5439 19 And he shall sprinkle וְהִזָּ֨ה H5137 עָלָ֧יו H5921 מִן H4480 of the blood הַדָּ֛ם H1818 upon it with his finger בְּאֶצְבָּע֖וֹ H676 seven שֶׁ֣בַע H7651 times פְּעָמִ֑ים H6471 and cleanse וְטִֽהֲר֣וֹ H2891 it and hallow וְקִדְּשׁ֔וֹ H6942 it from the uncleanness מִטֻּמְאֹ֖ת H2932 of the children בְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 20 And when he hath made an end וְכִלָּה֙ H3615 of reconciling מִכַּפֵּ֣ר H3722 אֶת H853 the holy הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ H6944 וְאֶת H853 place and the tabernacle אֹ֥הֶל H168 of the congregation מוֹעֵ֖ד H4150 וְאֶת H853 and the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ H4196 he shall bring וְהִקְרִ֖יב H7126 אֶת H853 goat הַשָּׂעִ֥יר H8163 the live הֶחָֽי׃ H2416 21 shall lay וְסָמַ֨ךְ H5564 And Aaron אַֽהֲרֹ֜ן H175 אֶת H853 both שְׁתֵּ֣י H8147 by the hand בְּיַד H3027 עַ֨ל H5921 them upon the head רֹ֣אשׁ H7218 goat הַשָּׂעִ֔יר H8163 of the live הַחַי֒ H2416 and confess וְהִתְוַדָּ֣ה H3034 עָלָ֗יו H5921 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 over him all the iniquities עֲוֹנֹת֙ H5771 of the children בְּנֵ֣י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 וְאֶת H853 כָּל H3605 and all their transgressions פִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖ם H6588 לְכָל H3605 in all their sins חַטֹּאתָ֑ם H2403 putting וְנָתַ֤ן H5414 אֹתָם֙ H853 עַל H5921 them upon the head רֹ֣אשׁ H7218 goat הַשָּׂעִ֔יר H8163 and shall send him away וְשִׁלַּ֛ח H7971 by the hand בְּיַד H3027 man אִ֥ישׁ H376 of a fit עִתִּ֖י H6261 into the wilderness הַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃ H4057 22 shall bear וְנָשָׂ֨א H5375 And the goat הַשָּׂעִ֖יר H8163 עָלָ֛יו H5921 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 upon him all their iniquities עֲוֹֽנֹתָ֖ם H5771 אֶל H413 unto a land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 not inhabited גְּזֵרָ֑ה H1509 and he shall let go וְשִׁלַּ֥ח H7971 אֶת H853 And the goat הַשָּׂעִ֖יר H8163 in the wilderness בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ H4057 23 shall come בְּבֹא֣וֹ H935 And Aaron אַֽהֲרֹן֙ H175 אֶל H413 into the tabernacle אֹ֣הֶל H168 of the congregation מוֹעֵ֔ד H4150 and shall put off וּפָשַׁט֙ H6584 אֶת H853 garments בִּגְדֵ֣י H899 the linen הַבָּ֔ד H906 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 which he put on לָבַ֖שׁ H3847 shall come בְּבֹא֣וֹ H935 אֶל H413 into the holy הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ H6944 place and shall leave וְהִנִּיחָ֖ם H3240 שָֽׁם׃ H8033 24 And he shall wash וְרָחַ֨ץ H7364 אֶת H853 his flesh בְּשָׂר֤וֹ H1320 with water בַמַּ֙יִם֙ H4325 place בְּמָק֣וֹם H4725 in the holy קָד֔וֹשׁ H6918 and put on וְלָבַ֖שׁ H3847 אֶת H853 his garments בְּגָדָ֑יו H899 and come forth וְיָצָ֗א H3318 and offer וְעָשָׂ֤ה H6213 אֶת H853 and the burnt offering עֹלַ֣ת H5930 וְאֶת H853 and the burnt offering עֹלַ֣ת H5930 for himself and for the people הָעָֽם׃ H5971 and make an atonement וְכִפֶּ֥ר H3722 בַּֽעֲד֖וֹ H1157 וּבְעַ֥ד H1157 for himself and for the people הָעָֽם׃ H5971 25 וְאֵ֛ת H853 And the fat חֵ֥לֶב H2459 of the sin offering הַֽחַטָּ֖את H2403 shall he burn יַקְטִ֥יר H6999 upon the altar הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃ H4196 26 And he that let go וְהַֽמְשַׁלֵּ֤חַ H7971 אֶת H853 the goat הַשָּׂעִיר֙ H8163 for the scapegoat לַֽעֲזָאזֵ֔ל H5799 shall wash יְכַבֵּ֣ס H3526 his clothes בְּגָדָ֔יו H899 and bathe וְרָחַ֥ץ H7364 אֶת H853 his flesh בְּשָׂר֖וֹ H1320 in water בַּמָּ֑יִם H4325 and afterward וְאַֽחֲרֵי H310 כֵ֖ן H3651 come יָב֥וֹא H935 אֶל H413 into the camp הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ H4264 27 וְאֵת֩ H853 And the bullock פַּ֨ר H6499 for the sin offering הַֽחַטָּ֗את H2403 וְאֵ֣ת׀ H853 and the goat שְׂעִ֣יר H8163 for the sin offering הַֽחַטָּ֗את H2403 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 was brought in הוּבָ֤א H935 אֶת H853 whose blood דָּמָם֙ H1818 to make atonement לְכַפֵּ֣ר H3722 in the holy בַּקֹּ֔דֶשׁ H6944 place shall one carry forth יוֹצִ֖יא H3318 אֶל H413 without מִח֣וּץ H2351 the camp לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה H4264 and they shall burn וְשָֽׂרְפ֣וּ H8313 in the fire בָאֵ֔שׁ H784 אֶת H853 their skins עֹֽרֹתָ֥ם H5785 וְאֶת H853 and their flesh בְּשָׂרָ֖ם H1320 וְאֶת H853 and their dung פִּרְשָֽׁם׃ H6569 28 And he that burneth וְהַשֹּׂרֵ֣ף H8313 אֹתָ֔ם H853 them shall wash יְכַבֵּ֣ס H3526 his clothes בְּגָדָ֔יו H899 and bathe וְרָחַ֥ץ H7364 אֶת H853 his flesh בְּשָׂר֖וֹ H1320 in water בַּמָּ֑יִם H4325 and afterward וְאַֽחֲרֵי H310 כֵ֖ן H3651 he shall come יָב֥וֹא H935 אֶל H413 into the camp הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ H4264 29 וְהָֽיְתָ֥ה H1961 לָכֶ֖ם H0 And this shall be a statute לְחֻקַּ֣ת H2708 for ever עוֹלָ֑ם H5769 day of the month לַחֹ֜דֶשׁ H2320 unto you that in the seventh הַ֠שְּׁבִיעִי H7637 on the tenth בֶּֽעָשׂ֨וֹר H6218 day of the month לַחֹ֜דֶשׁ H2320 ye shall afflict תְּעַנּ֣וּ H6031 אֶת H853 your souls נַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶ֗ם H5315 וְכָל H3605 no work מְלָאכָה֙ H4399 לֹ֣א H3808 and do תַֽעֲשׂ֔וּ H6213 at all whether it be one of your own country הָֽאֶזְרָ֔ח H249 or a stranger וְהַגֵּ֖ר H1616 that sojourneth הַגָּ֥ר H1481 among בְּתֽוֹכְכֶֽם׃ H8432 30 כִּֽי H3588 For on that day בַיּ֥וֹם H3117 הַזֶּ֛ה H2088 shall the priest make an atonement יְכַפֵּ֥ר H3722 עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם H5921 for you to cleanse תִּטְהָֽרוּ׃ H2891 אֶתְכֶ֑ם H853 מִכֹּל֙ H3605 from all your sins חַטֹּ֣אתֵיכֶ֔ם H2403 before לִפְנֵ֥י H6440 the LORD יְהוָ֖ה H3068 for you to cleanse תִּטְהָֽרוּ׃ H2891 31 It shall be a sabbath שַׁבַּ֨ת H7676 of rest שַׁבָּת֥וֹן H7677 הִיא֙ H1931 H3722 And the priest הַכֹּהֵ֜ן H3548 אֲשֶׁר H834 whom he shall anoint יִמְשַׁ֣ח H4886 אֹת֗וֹ H853 וַֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 and whom he shall consecrate יְמַלֵּא֙ H4390 אֶת H853 יָד֔וֹ H3027 to minister in the priest's office לְכַהֵ֖ן H3547 תַּ֣חַת H8478 in his father's אָבִ֑יו H1 and shall put on וְלָבַ֛שׁ H3847 אֶת H853 clothes בִּגְדֵ֥י H899 the linen הַבָּ֖ד H906 clothes בִּגְדֵ֥י H899 even the holy הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ H6944 33 And he shall make an atonement יְכַפֵּֽר׃ H3722 אֶת H853 sanctuary מִקְדַּ֣שׁ H4720 for the holy הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ H6944 וְאֶת H853 for the tabernacle אֹ֧הֶל H168 of the congregation מוֹעֵ֛ד H4150 וְאֶת H853 and for the altar הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ H4196 And he shall make an atonement יְכַפֵּֽר׃ H3722 וְעַ֧ל H5921 for the priests הַכֹּֽהֲנִ֛ים H3548 וְעַל H5921 כָּל H3605 and for all the people עַ֥ם H5971 of the congregation הַקָּהָ֖ל H6951 And he shall make an atonement יְכַפֵּֽר׃ H3722 34 וְהָֽיְתָה H1961 זֹּ֨את H2063 לָכֶ֜ם H0 statute לְחֻקַּ֣ת H2708 And this shall be an
