H3104 thou shalt buy תִּקְנֶ֖ה H7069 מֵאֵ֣ת H853 of thy neighbour עֲמִיתֶ֑ךָ H5997 According to the number בְּמִסְפַּ֥ר H4557 of years שְׁנֵֽי H8141 of the fruits תְבוּאֹ֖ת H8393 he shall sell יִמְכָּר H4376 לָֽךְ׃ H0 16 According וּלְפִי֙ H6310 to the multitude רֹ֣ב H7230 of years הַשָּׁנִ֔ים H8141 thou shalt increase תַּרְבֶּה֙ H7235 the price מִקְנָת֑וֹ H4736 According וּלְפִי֙ H6310 years of the fruits תְּבוּאֹ֔ת H8393 ה֥וּא H1931 doth he sell מֹכֵ֖ר H4376 לָֽךְ׃ H0 17 וְלֹ֤א H3808 Ye shall not therefore oppress תוֹנוּ֙ H3238 one אִ֣ישׁ H376 אֶת H853 another עֲמִית֔וֹ H5997 but thou shalt fear וְיָרֵ֖אתָ H3372 thy God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶֽם׃ H430 כִּ֛י H3588 אֲנִ֥י H589 for I am the LORD יְהוָֹ֖ה H3068 thy God אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶֽם׃ H430 18 Wherefore ye shall do וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֣ם H6213 אֶת H853 my statutes חֻקֹּתַ֔י H2708 וְאֶת H853 my judgments מִשְׁפָּטַ֥י H4941 and keep תִּשְׁמְר֖וּ H8104 Wherefore ye shall do וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֣ם H6213 אֹתָ֑ם H853 them and ye shall dwell וִֽישַׁבְתֶּ֥ם H3427 עַל H5921 in the land הָאָ֖רֶץ H776 in safety לָבֶֽטַח׃ H983 19 shall yield וְנָֽתְנָ֤ה H5414 And the land הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ H776 her fruit פִּרְיָ֔הּ H6529 and ye shall eat וַֽאֲכַלְתֶּ֖ם H398 your fill לָשֹׂ֑בַע H7648 and dwell וִֽישַׁבְתֶּ֥ם H3427 therein in safety לָבֶ֖טַח H983 עָלֶֽיהָ׃ H5921 20 וְכִ֣י H3588 And if ye shall say תֹֽאמְר֔וּ H559 מַה H4100 What shall we eat נֹּאכַ֖ל H398 year בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה H8141 the seventh הַשְּׁבִיעִ֑ת H7637 הֵ֚ן H2005 לֹ֣א H3808 behold we shall not sow נִזְרָ֔ע H2232 וְלֹ֥א H3808 nor gather נֶֽאֱסֹ֖ף H622 אֶת H853 in our increase תְּבֽוּאָתֵֽנוּ׃ H8393 21 Then I will command וְצִוִּ֤יתִי H6680 אֶת H853 my blessing בִּרְכָתִי֙ H1293 לָכֶ֔ם H0 year הַשָּׁנִֽים׃ H8141 upon you in the sixth הַשִּׁשִּׁ֑ית H8345 and it shall bring forth וְעָשָׂת֙ H6213 אֶת H853 fruit הַתְּבוּאָ֔ה H8393 for three לִשְׁלֹ֖שׁ H7969 year הַשָּׁנִֽים׃ H8141 22 And ye shall sow וּזְרַעְתֶּ֗ם H2232 אֵ֚ת H853 year הַשָּׁנָ֣ה H8141 the eighth הַשְּׁמִינִ֔ת H8066 and eat תֹּֽאכְל֖וּ H398 מִן H4480 fruit תְּב֣וּאָתָ֔הּ H8393 of the old יָשָֽׁן׃ H3465 עַ֣ד׀ H5704 year הַשָּׁנָ֣ה H8141 until the ninth הַתְּשִׁיעִ֗ת H8671 עַד H5704 come in בּוֹא֙ H935 fruit תְּב֣וּאָתָ֔הּ H8393 and eat תֹּֽאכְל֖וּ H398 of the old יָשָֽׁן׃ H3465 23 The land הָאָ֑רֶץ H776 לֹ֤א H3808 shall not be sold תִמָּכֵר֙ H4376 for ever לִצְמִתֻ֔ת H6783 כִּי H3588 לִ֖י H0 The land הָאָ֑רֶץ H776 כִּֽי H3588 is mine for ye are strangers גֵרִ֧ים H1616 and sojourners וְתֽוֹשָׁבִ֛ים H8453 אַתֶּ֖ם H859 עִמָּדִֽי׃ H5978 24 וּבְכֹ֖ל H3605 And in all the land לָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 of your possession אֲחֻזַּתְכֶ֑ם H272 a redemption גְּאֻלָּ֖ה H1353 ye shall grant תִּתְּנ֥וּ H5414 And in all the land לָאָֽרֶץ׃ H776 25 כִּֽי H3588 be waxen poor יָמ֣וּךְ H4134 If thy brother אָחִֽיו׃ H251 and hath sold וּמָכַ֖ר H4376 away some of his possession מֵֽאֲחֻזָּת֑וֹ H272 come וּבָ֤א H935 it then shall he redeem וְגָאַ֕ל H1350 and if any of his kin הַקָּרֹ֣ב H7138 אֵלָ֔יו H413 it then shall he redeem וְגָאַ֕ל H1350 אֵ֖ת H853 sold מִמְכַּ֥ר H4465 If thy brother אָחִֽיו׃ H251 26 And if the man וְאִ֕ישׁ H376 כִּ֛י H3588 לֹ֥א H3808 יִֽהְיֶה H1961 לּ֖וֹ H0 have none to redeem גֹּאֵ֑ל H1350 וְהִשִּׂ֣יגָה H5381 it and himself יָד֔וֹ H3027 to redeem וּמָצָ֖א H4672 be able כְּדֵ֥י H1767 גְאֻלָּתֽוֹ׃ H1353 27 Then let him count וְחִשַּׁב֙ H2803 אֶת H853 the years שְׁנֵ֣י H8141 of the sale מִמְכָּר֔וֹ H4465 it that he may return וְשָׁ֖ב H7725 אֶת H853 the overplus הָ֣עֹדֵ֔ף H5736 unto the man לָאִ֖ישׁ H376 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 to whom he sold מָֽכַר H4376 ל֑וֹ H0 it that he may return וְשָׁ֖ב H7725 unto his possession לַֽאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃ H272 28 וְאִ֨ם H518 לֹֽא H3808 to restore מָצְאָ֜ה H4672 But if he בְּיַד֙ H3027 be not able דֵּי֮ H1767 and he shall return וְשָׁ֖ב H7725 לוֹ֒ H0 וְהָיָ֣ה H1961 it to him then that which is sold מִמְכָּר֗וֹ H4465 But if he בְּיַד֙ H3027 of him that hath bought הַקֹּנֶ֣ה H7069 אֹת֔וֹ H853 עַ֖ד H5704 it until the year שְׁנַ֣ת H8141 and in the jubile בַּיֹּבֵ֔ל H3104 it shall go out וְיָצָא֙ H3318 and in the jubile בַּיֹּבֵ֔ל H3104 and he shall return וְשָׁ֖ב H7725 unto his possession לַֽאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃ H272 29 And if a man וְאִ֗ישׁ H376 כִּֽי H3588 sell יִמְכֹּ֤ר H4376 house בֵּית H1004 a dwelling מוֹשַׁב֙ H4186 city עִ֣יר H5892 in a walled חוֹמָ֔ה H2346 וְהָֽיְתָה֙ H1961 may he redeem גְאֻלָּתֽוֹ׃ H1353 עַד H5704 it within a whole תֹּ֖ם H8552 year שְׁנַ֣ת H8141 after it is sold מִמְכָּר֑וֹ H4465 within a full year יָמִ֖ים H3117 תִּֽהְיֶ֥ה H1961 may he redeem גְאֻלָּתֽוֹ׃ H1353 30 וְאִ֣ם H518 לֹֽא H3808 And if it be not redeemed יִגָּאֵ֗ל H1350 עַד H5704 within the space מְלֹ֣את H4390 לוֹ֮ H0 year שָׁנָ֣ה H8141 of a full תְמִימָה֒ H8549 shall be established וְ֠קָם H6965 then the house הַבַּ֨יִת H1004 אֲשֶׁר H834 city בָּעִ֜יר H5892 אֲשֶׁר H834 ל֣א H3808 that is in the walled חֹמָ֗ה H2346 for ever לַצְּמִיתֻ֛ת H6783 to him that bought לַקֹּנֶ֥ה H7069 אֹת֖וֹ H853 it throughout his generations לְדֹֽרֹתָ֑יו H1755 לֹ֥א H3808 it shall not go out יֵצֵ֖א H3318 in the jubile בַּיֹּבֵֽל׃ H3104 31 But the houses וּבָתֵּ֣י H1004 of the villages הַֽחֲצֵרִ֗ים H2691 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 אֵין H369 לָהֶ֤ם H1992 which have no wall חֹמָה֙ H2346 round about סָבִ֔יב H5439 עַל H5921 as the fields שְׂדֵ֥ה H7704 of the country הָאָ֖רֶץ H776 them shall be counted יֵֽחָשֵׁ֑ב H2803 they may be redeemed גְּאֻלָּה֙ H1353 תִּֽהְיֶה H1961 לּ֔וֹ H0 in the jubile וּבַיֹּבֵ֖ל H3104 and they shall go out יֵצֵֽא׃ H3318 32 Notwithstanding the cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 may the Levites לַלְוִיִּֽם׃ H3881 and the houses בָּתֵּ֖י H1004 Notwithstanding the cities עָרֵ֣י H5892 of their possession אֲחֻזָּתָ֑ם H272 redeem גְּאֻלַּ֥ת H1353 at any time עוֹלָ֖ם H5769 תִּֽהְיֶ֥ה H1961 may the Levites לַלְוִיִּֽם׃ H3881 33 וַֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר H834 And if a man purchase יִגְאַל֙ H1350 מִן H4480 of the Levites הַלְוִיִּ֗ם H3881 shall go out וְיָצָ֧א H3318 that was sold מִמְכַּר H4465 for the houses בָתֵּ֞י H1004 and the city עָרֵ֣י H5892 are their possession אֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם H272 in the year of jubile בַּיֹּבֵ֑ל H3104 כִּ֣י H3588 for the houses בָתֵּ֞י H1004 and the city עָרֵ֣י H5892 of the Levites הַלְוִיִּ֗ם H3881 הִ֚וא H1931 are their possession אֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם H272 among בְּת֖וֹךְ H8432 the children בְּנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 34 But the field וּֽשְׂדֵ֛ה H7704 of the suburbs מִגְרַ֥שׁ H4054 of their cities עָֽרֵיהֶ֖ם H5892 לֹ֣א H3808 may not be sold יִמָּכֵ֑ר H4376 כִּֽי H3588 possession אֲחֻזַּ֥ת H272 for it is their perpetual עוֹלָ֛ם H5769 ה֖וּא H1931 לָהֶֽם׃ H0 35 וְכִֽי H3588 be waxen poor יָמ֣וּךְ H4134 And if thy brother אָחִ֔יךָ H251 and fallen in decay וּמָ֥טָה H4131 with thee יָד֖וֹ H3027 עִמָּ֑ךְ H5973 then thou shalt relieve וְהֶֽחֱזַ֣קְתָּ H2388 בּ֔וֹ H0 him yea though he be a stranger גֵּ֧ר H1616 or a sojourner וְתוֹשָׁ֛ב H8453 וָחַ֖י H2421 עִמָּֽךְ׃ H5973 36 אַל H408 Take תִּקַּ֤ח H3947 מֵֽאִתּוֹ֙ H853 thou no usury נֶ֣שֶׁךְ H5392 of him or increase וְתַרְבִּ֔ית H8636 but fear וְיָרֵ֖אתָ H3372 thy God מֵֽאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ H430 וְחֵ֥י H2421 that thy brother אָחִ֖יךָ H251 עִמָּֽךְ׃ H5973 37 אֶ֨ת H853 him thy money כַּסְפְּךָ֔ H3701 לֹֽא H3808 Thou shalt not give תִתֵּ֥ן H5414 ל֖וֹ H0 upon usury בְּנֶ֑שֶׁךְ H5392 for increase וּבְמַרְבִּ֖ית H4768 לֹֽא H3808 Thou shalt not give תִתֵּ֥ן H5414 him thy victuals אָכְלֶֽךָ׃ H400 38 אֲנִ֗י H589 I am the LORD יְהוָה֙ H3068 and to be your God לֵֽאלֹהִֽים׃ H430 אֲשֶׁר H834 which brought you forth הוֹצֵ֥אתִי H3318 אֶתְכֶ֖ם H853 out of the land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Egypt מִצְרָ֑יִם H4714 to give לָתֵ֤ת H5414 לָכֶם֙ H0 אֶת H853 out of the land אֶ֣רֶץ H776 of Canaan be sold וְנִמְכַּר H4376 לָ֑ךְ H0 לֹֽא H3808 unto thee thou shalt not compel תַעֲבֹ֥ד H5647 בּ֖וֹ H0 him to serve עֲבֹ֥דַת H5656 as a bondservant עָֽבֶד׃ H5650 40 But as an hired servant כְּשָׂכִ֥יר H7916 and as a sojourner כְּתוֹשָׁ֖ב H8453 יִֽהְיֶ֣ה H1961 עִמָּ֑ךְ H5973 עַד H5704 thee unto the year שְׁנַ֥ת H8141 of jubile הַיֹּבֵ֖ל H3104 he shall be with thee and shall serve יַֽעֲבֹ֥ד H5647 עִמָּֽךְ׃ H5973 41 And then shall he depart וְיָצָא֙ H3318 מֵֽעִמָּ֔ךְ H5973 ה֖וּא H1931 from thee both he and his children וּבָנָ֣יו H1121 עִמּ֑וֹ H5973 shall he return יָשֽׁוּב׃ H7725 אֶל H413 unto
