G1510 an old man πρεσβύτης G4246 And καὶ G2532 ἡ G3588 wife γυνή G1135 my μου G3450 well stricken προβεβηκυῖα G4260 in ἐν G1722 ταῖς G3588 years ἡμέραις G2250 αὐτῆς G846 19 And καὶ G2532 answering ἀποκριθεὶς G611 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 said εἶπεν G2036 unto him αὐτῷ G846 I Ἐγώ G1473 am εἰμι G1510 Gabriel Γαβριὴλ G1043 ὁ G3588 that stand παρεστηκὼς G3936 in the presence ἐνώπιον G1799 τοῦ G3588 of God θεοῦ G2316 And καὶ G2532 am sent ἀπεστάλην G649 to speak λαλῆσαι G2980 unto πρὸς G4314 thee σὲ G4571 And καὶ G2532 glad tidings εὐαγγελίσασθαί G2097 thee σοι G4671 these ταῦτα· G5023 20 And καὶ G2532 behold ἰδού, G2400 thou ἔσῃ G2071 shalt be dumb σιωπῶν G4623 And καὶ G2532 not μὴ G3361 able δυνάμενος G1410 to speak λαλῆσαι G2980 until ἄχρι G891 that ὧν G3739 the day ἡμέρας G2250 Zacharias Ζαχαρίαν G2197 And καὶ G2532 marvelled ἐθαύμαζον G2296 in ἐν G1722 τῷ G3588 tarried so long χρονίζειν G5549 he αὐτόν G846 in ἐν G1722 τῷ G3588 the temple ναῷ G3485 22 when he came out ἐξελθὼν G1831 And δὲ G1161 not οὐκ G3756 he could ἠδύνατο G1410 speak λαλῆσαι G2980 unto them αὐτοῖς G846 and καὶ G2532 they perceived ἐπέγνωσαν G1921 that ὅτι G3754 a vision ὀπτασίαν G3701 he had τὸ G3588 reproach ὄνειδός G3681 my μου G3450 among ἐν G1722 men ἀνθρώποις G444 26 in Ἐν G1722 And δὲ G1161 τῷ G3588 month μηνὶ G3376 τῷ G3588 the sixth ἕκτῳ G1623 was sent ἀπεστάλη G649 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 Gabriel Γαβριὴλ G1043 from ὑπὸ G5259 τοῦ G3588 God θεοῦ G2316 unto εἰς G1519 a city πόλιν G4172 τῆς G3588 of Galilee Γαλιλαίας G1056 named ᾗ G3739 ὄνομα G3686 Nazareth Ναζαρὲτ G3478 and καὶ G2532 τὸ G3588 name ὄνομα G3686 τῆς G3588 a virgin παρθένου G3933 was Mary Μαριάμ G3137 28 And καὶ G2532 came in εἰσελθὼν G1525 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 unto πρὸς G4314 her αὐτὴν G846 and said εἶπεν G2036 Hail Χαῖρε G5463 thou that art highly favoured κεχαριτωμένη G5487 ὁ G3588 the Lord κύριος G2962 is with μετὰ G3326 thee σοῦ G4675 blessed εὐλογημένη G2127 art thou σὺ G4771 among ἐν G1722 women γυναιξίν G1135 29 ἡ G3588 And δὲ G1161 when she saw ἰδοῦσα G1492 him she was troubled διεταράχθη G1298 at ἐπὶ G1909 τῷ G3588 saying λόγῳ G3056 his αὐτοῦ, G846 and καὶ G2532 cast in her mind διελογίζετο G1260 what manner ποταπὸς G4217 should be εἴη G1498 ὁ G3588 of salutation ἀσπασμὸς G783 this οὗτος G3778 30 And καὶ G2532 said εἶπεν G2036 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 unto her αὐτῇ G846 not Μὴ G3361 Fear φοβοῦ G5399 Mary Μαριάμ G3137 thou hast found εὗρες G2147 for γὰρ G1063 favour χάριν G5485 with παρὰ G3844 τῷ G3588 God θεῷ G2316 31 And καὶ G2532 behold ἰδού, G2400 thou shalt conceive συλλήψῃ G4815 in ἐν G1722 thy womb γαστρὶ G1064 And καὶ G2532 bring forth τέξῃ G5088 a son υἱόν G5207 And καὶ G2532 shalt call καλέσεις G2564 τὸ G3588 name ὄνομα G3686 his αὐτοῦ G846 JESUS Ἰησοῦν G2424 32 He οὗτος G3778 shall be ἔσται G2071 great μέγας G3173 and καὶ G2532 the Son υἱὸς G5207 of the Highest ὑψίστου G5310 shall be called κληθήσεται G2564 and καὶ G2532 shall give δώσει G1325 of his αὐτοῦ G846 the Lord κύριος G2962 ὁ G3588 God θεὸς G2316 τὸν G3588 the throne θρόνον G2362 David Δαβὶδ G1138 τοῦ G3588 father πατρὸς G3962 of his αὐτοῦ G846 33 And καὶ G2532 he shall reign βασιλεύσει G936 over ἐπὶ G1909 τὸν G3588 the house οἶκον G3624 of Jacob Ἰακὼβ G2384 for εἰς G1519 τοὺς G3588 ever αἰῶνας G165 And καὶ G2532 τῆς G3588 kingdom βασιλείας G932 of his αὐτοῦ G846 no οὐκ G3756 there shall be ἔσται G2071 end τέλος G5056 34 said εἶπεν G2036 Then δὲ G1161 Mary Μαριὰμ G3137 unto πρὸς G4314 τὸν G3588 the angel ἄγγελον G32 How Πῶς G4459 be ἔσται G2071 this τοῦτο G5124 seeing ἐπεὶ G1893 a man ἄνδρα G435 not οὐ G3756 I know γινώσκω G1097 35 And καὶ G2532 answered ἀποκριθεὶς G611 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 and said εἶπεν G2036 unto her αὐτῇ G846 Ghost Πνεῦμα G4151 The Holy ἅγιον G40 shall come ἐπελεύσεται G1904 upon ἐπὶ G1909 thee σέ G4571 And καὶ G2532 the power δύναμις G1411 of the Highest ὑψίστου G5310 shall overshadow ἐπισκιάσει G1982 thee σοι· G4671 therefore διὸ G1352 And καὶ G2532 τὸ G3588 which shall be born γεννώμενον G1080 of ἐκ G1537 σοῦ G4771 The Holy ἅγιον G40 shall be called κληθήσεται G2564 the Son υἱὸς G5207 of God θεοῦ G2316 36 And καὶ G2532 behold ἰδού, G2400 Elisabeth Ἐλισάβετ G1665 who τῇ G3588 cousin συγγενής G4773 thy σου G4675 And καὶ G2532 with her αὐτῇ G846 conceived συνείληφυῖα G4815 a son υἱὸν G5207 in ἐν G1722 old age γήρᾳ G1094 with her αὐτῇ G846 And καὶ G2532 this οὗτος G3778 month μὴν G3376 the sixth ἕκτος G1623 is ἐστὶν G2076 with her αὐτῇ G846 who τῇ G3588 was called καλουμένῃ G2564 barren στείρᾳ· G4723 37 For ὅτι G3754 nothing οὐκ G3756 shall be impossible ἀδυνατήσει G101 with παρὰ G3844 τῷ G3588 God θεῷ G2316 πᾶν G3956 ῥῆμα G4487 38 said εἶπεν G2036 And δὲ G1161 Mary Μαριάμ G3137 Behold Ἰδού, G2400 ἡ G3588 the handmaid δούλη G1399 of the Lord κυρίου· G2962 be it γένοιτό G1096 unto me μοι G3427 according κατὰ G2596 τὸ G3588 word ῥῆμά G4487 to thy σου G4675 And καὶ G2532 departed ἀπῆλθεν G565 from ἀπ' G575 her αὐτῆς G846 ὁ G3588 the angel ἄγγελος G32 39 arose Ἀναστᾶσα G450 And δὲ G1161 Mary Μαριὰμ G3137 in ἐν G1722 ταῖς G3588 days ἡμέραις G2250 ταύταις G3778 and went ἐπορεύθη G4198 into εἰς G1519 τὴν G3588 the hill country ὀρεινὴν G3714 with μετὰ G3326 haste σπουδῆς G4710 into εἰς G1519 a city πόλιν G4172 of Juda Ἰούδα G2448 40 And καὶ G2532 entered εἰσῆλθεν G1525 into εἰς G1519 τὸν G3588 the house οἶκον G3624 of Zacharias Ζαχαρίου G2197 And καὶ G2532 saluted ἠσπάσατο G782 τὴν G3588 Elisabeth Ἐλισάβετ G1665 41 And καὶ G2532 it came to pass ἐγένετο G1096 that when ὡς G5613 heard ἤκουσεν G191 ἡ G3588 Elisabeth Ἐλισάβετ G1665 τὸν G3588 the salutation ἀσπασμὸν G783 τῆς G3588 of Mary Μαρίας G3137 leaped ἐσκίρτησεν G4640 τὸ G3588 the babe βρέφος G1025 in ἐν G1722 τῇ G3588 womb κοιλίᾳ G2836 her αὐτῆς G846 And καὶ G2532 was filled ἐπλήσθη G4130 Ghost πνεύματος G4151 with the Holy ἁγίου G40 ἡ G3588 Elisabeth Ἐλισάβετ G1665 42 And καὶ G2532 she spake out ἀνεφώνησεν G400 voice φωνῇ G5456 with a loud μεγάλῃ G3173 And καὶ G2532 said εἶπεν G2036 Blessed εὐλογημένος G2127 art thou σὺ G4771 among ἐν G1722 women γυναιξίν G1135 And καὶ G2532 Blessed εὐλογημένος G2127 ὁ G3588 is the fruit καρπὸς G2590 τῆς G3588 womb κοιλίας G2836 of thy σου G4675 43 And καὶ G2532 whence πόθεν G4159 to me μοι G3427 is this τοῦτο G5124 that ἵνα G2443 should come ἔλθῃ G2064 ἡ G3588 the mother μήτηρ G3384 τοῦ G3588 Lord κυρίου G2962 of my μου G3450 to πρὸς G4314 me μέ G3165 44 lo ἰδού, G2400 For γὰρ G1063 as soon as ὡς G5613 sounded ἐγένετο G1096 ἡ G3588 the voice φωνὴ G5456 τοῦ G3588 G3588 womb κοιλίᾳ G2836 mine μου G3450 45 And καὶ G2532 blessed μακαρία G3107 ἡ G3588 is she that believed πιστεύσασα G4100 for ὅτι G3754 there shall be ἔσται G2071 a performance τελείωσις G5050 τοῖς G3588 of those things which were told λελαλημένοις G2980 her αὐτῇ G846 from παρὰ G3844 the Lord κυρίου G2962 46 And Καὶ G2532 said εἶπεν G2036 Mary Μαριάμ G3137 doth magnify Μεγαλύνει G3170 ἡ G3588 soul ψυχή G5590 My μου G3450 τὸν G3588 the Lord κύριόν G2962 47 And καὶ G2532 hath rejoiced ἠγαλλίασεν G21 τὸ G3588 spirit πνεῦμά G4151 my μου G3450 in ἐπὶ G1909 τῷ G3588 God θεῷ G2316 τῷ G3588 Saviour σωτῆρί G4990 my μου G3450 48 For ὅτι G3754 he hath regarded ἐπέβλεψεν G1914 ἐπὶ G1909 τὴν G3588 the low estate ταπείνωσιν G5014 τῆς G3588 handmaiden δούλης G1399 αὐτοῦ G846 behold ἰδού, G2400
