these τούτους G5128 about ὡσεὶ G5616 days ἡμέραι G2250 an eight ὀκτὼ G3638 and καὶ G2532 he took παραλαβὼν G3880 τὸν G3588 Peter Πέτρον G4074 and καὶ G2532 John Ἰωάννην G2491 and καὶ G2532 James Ἰάκωβον G2385 and went up ἀνέβη G305 into εἰς G1519 τὸ G3588 a mountain ὄρος G3735 to pray προσεύξασθαι G4336 29 And καὶ G2532 was ἐγένετο G1096 as ἐν G1722 τῷ G3588 he prayed προσεύχεσθαι G4336 his αὐτοῦ G846 τὸ G3588 the fashion εἶδος G1491 τοῦ G3588 countenance προσώπου G4383 his αὐτοῦ G846 altered ἕτερον G2087 And καὶ G2532 ὁ G3588 raiment ἱματισμὸς G2441 his αὐτοῦ G846 was white λευκὸς G3022 and glistering ἐξαστράπτων G1823 30 And καὶ G2532 behold ἰδού, G2400 men ἄνδρες G435 two δύο G1417 there talked συνελάλουν G4814 with him αὐτῷ G846 which οἵτινες G3748 were ἦσαν G2258 Moses Μωσῆς G3475 And καὶ G2532 Elias Ἠλίας G2243 31 Who ἣν G3739 appeared ὀφθέντες G3700 at ἐν G1722 glory δόξῃ G1391 and spake ἔλεγον G3004 τὴν G3588 decease ἔξοδον G1841 of his αὐτοῦ G846 Who ἣν G3739 he should ἔμελλεν G3195 accomplish πληροῦν G4137 at ἐν G1722 Jerusalem Ἰερουσαλήμ G2419 32 ὁ G3588 But δὲ G1161 Peter Πέτρος G4074 and καὶ G2532 οἱ G3588 they that were with σὺν G4862 him αὐτῷ G846 were ἦσαν G2258 heavy βεβαρημένοι G916 with sleep ὕπνῳ· G5258 when they were awake διαγρηγορήσαντες G1235 But δὲ G1161 they saw εἶδον G1492 τὴν G3588 glory δόξαν G1391 him αὐτῷ G846 and καὶ G2532 τοὺς cloud νεφέλην G3507 and καὶ G2532 overshadowed ἐπεσκίασεν G1982 he αὐτούς· G846 they feared ἐφοβήθησαν G5399 While δὲ G1161 as ἐν G1722 τῷ G3588 they ἐκείνους G1565 entered εἰσελθεῖν G1525 into εἰς G1519 τὴν G3588 a cloud νεφέλην G3507 35 And καὶ G2532 a voice φωνὴ G5456 there came ἐγένετο G1096 out of ἐκ G1537 τῆς G3588 the cloud νεφέλης G3507 saying λέγουσα G3004 This Οὗτός G3778 is ἐστιν G2076 ὁ G3588 Son υἱός G5207 my μου G3450 ὁ G3588 beloved ἀγαπητὸς, G27 him αὐτοῦ G846 hear ἀκούετε G191 36 And καὶ G2532 in ἐν G1722 τῷ G3588 γενέσθαι G1096 τὴν G3588 when the voice φωνὴν G5456 was found εὑρέθη G2147 ὁ G3588 Jesus Ἰησοῦς G2424 alone μόνος G3441 And καὶ G2532 they αὐτοὶ G846 kept it close ἐσίγησαν G4601 And καὶ G2532 any οὐδὲν G3762 told ἀπήγγειλαν G518 in ἐν G1722 those ἐκείναις G1836 day ἡμέρᾳ G2250 were come down κατελθόντων G2718 him αὐτῷ G846 from ἀπὸ G575 τοῦ G3588 the hill ὄρους G3735 met συνήντησεν G4876 him αὐτῷ G846 people ὄχλος G3793 much πολύς G4183 38 And καὶ G2532 behold ἰδού, G2400 a man ἀνὴρ G435 of ἀπὸ G575 τοῦ G3588 the company ὄχλου G3793 cried out ἀνεβόησεν G310 saying λέγων, G3004 Master Διδάσκαλε G1320 I beseech δέομαί G1189 thee σου G4675 look ἐπιβλέψον G1914 upon ἐπὶ G1909 τὸν G3588 son υἱόν G5207 my μου G3450 for ὅτι G3754 only child μονογενής G3439 he is ἐστιν G2076 mine μοί G3427 39 And καὶ G2532 lo ἰδού, G2400 a spirit πνεῦμα G4151 taketh λαμβάνει G2983 him αὐτόν· G846 And καὶ G2532 he suddenly ἐξαίφνης G1810 crieth out κράζει G2896 And καὶ G2532 it teareth σπαράσσει G4682 him αὐτόν· G846 again μετὰ G3326 that he foameth ἀφροῦ G876 And καὶ G2532 hardly μόγις G3425 departeth ἀποχωρεῖ G672 from ἀπ' G575 him αὐτόν· G846 bruising συντρῖβον G4937 him αὐτόν· G846 40 And καὶ G2532 I besought ἐδεήθην G1189 τῶν G3588 disciples μαθητῶν G3101 thy σου G4675 to ἵνα G2443 cast ἐκβάλλωσιν G1544 him αὐτό G846 And καὶ G2532 not οὐκ G3756 they could ἠδυνήθησαν G1410 41 answering ἀποκριθεὶς G611 And δὲ G1161 ὁ G3588 Jesus Ἰησοῦς G2424 said εἶπεν G2036 O Ὦ G5599 generation γενεὰ G1074 faithless ἄπιστος G571 and καὶ G2532 perverse διεστραμμένη G1294 how ἕως G2193 long πότε G4219 shall I be ἔσομαι G2071 with πρὸς G4314 you ὑμᾶς G5209 and καὶ G2532 suffer ἀνέξομαι G430 you ὑμῶν G5216 Bring προσάγαγε G4317 hither ὧδε G5602 τὸν G3588 son υἱόν G5207 thy σου G4675 42 yet ἔτι G2089 And δὲ G1161 a coming προσερχομένου G4334 him αὐτοῦ G846 down ἔῤῥηξεν G4486 him αὐτοῦ G846 τὸ G3588 the devil δαιμόνιον G1140 and καὶ G2532 tare συνεσπάραξεν· G4952 rebuked ἐπετίμησεν G2008 And δὲ G1161 ὁ G3588 Jesus Ἰησοῦς G2424 τῷ G3588 spirit of man ἀνθρώπων G444 shall be μέλλει G3195 delivered παραδίδοσθαι G3860 into εἰς G1519 the hands χεῖρας G5495 of man ἀνθρώπων G444 45 οἱ G3588 But δὲ G1161 they understood not ἠγνόουν G50 τὸ G3588
