רָאשֵׁ֣י H7218 of the tribes הַמַּטּ֔וֹת H4294 concerning the children לִבְנֵ֥י H1121 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל H3478 saying לֵאמֹ֑ר H559 זֶ֣ה H2088 This is the thing הַדָּבָ֔ר H1697 אֲשֶׁ֖ר H834 hath commanded צִוָּ֥ה H6680 which the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 2 If a man אִישׁ֩ H376 כִּֽי H3588 vow יִדֹּ֨ר H5087 a vow נֶ֜דֶר H5088 unto the LORD לַֽיהוָ֗ה H3068 אֽוֹ H176 or swear הִשָּׁ֤בַע H7650 an oath שְׁבֻעָה֙ H7621 to bind לֶאְסֹ֤ר H631 with a bond אִסָּר֙ H632 עַל H5921 his soul נַפְשׁ֔וֹ H5315 לֹ֥א H3808 he shall not break יַחֵ֖ל H2490 his word דְּבָר֑וֹ H1697 כְּכָל H3605 according to all that proceedeth הַיֹּצֵ֥א H3318 out of his mouth מִפִּ֖יו H6310 he shall do יַֽעֲשֶֽׂה׃ H6213 3 If a woman וְאִשָּׁ֕ה H802 כִּֽי H3588 also vow תִדֹּ֥ר H5087 a vow נֶ֖דֶר H5088 unto the LORD לַֽיהוָ֑ה H3068 and bind וְאָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 herself by a bond אִסָּ֛ר H632 house בְּבֵ֥ית H1004 being in her father's אָבִ֖יהָ H1 in her youth בִּנְעֻרֶֽיהָ׃ H5271 4 hear וְשָׁמַ֨ע H8085 And her father אָבִ֑יהָ H1 אֶת H853 at her then all her vows נְדָרֶ֔יהָ H5088 and every bond אִסָּ֛ר H632 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 wherewith she hath bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 shall hold his peace וְהֶֽחֱרִ֥ישׁ H2790 לָ֖הּ H0 And her father אָבִ֑יהָ H1 shall stand יָקֽוּם׃ H6965 כָּל H3605 at her then all her vows נְדָרֶ֔יהָ H5088 וְכָל H3605 and every bond אִסָּ֛ר H632 אֲשֶׁר H834 wherewith she hath bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 shall stand יָקֽוּם׃ H6965 5 וְאִם H518 disallow הֵנִ֥יא H5106 But if her father אָבִ֖יהָ H1 אֹתָהּ֮ H853 her in the day בְּי֣וֹם H3117 that he heareth שָׁמְעוֹ֒ H8085 כָּל H3605 not any of her vows נְדָרֶ֗יהָ H5088 or of her bonds וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛יהָ H632 אֲשֶׁר H834 wherewith she hath bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 לֹ֣א H3808 shall stand יָק֑וּם H6965 and the LORD וַֽיהוָה֙ H3068 shall forgive יִֽסְלַח H5545 לָ֔הּ H0 כִּֽי H3588 disallow הֵנִ֥יא H5106 But if her father אָבִ֖יהָ H1 אֹתָֽהּ׃ H853 6 וְאִם H518 הָי֤וֹ H1961 תִֽהְיֶה֙ H1961 And if she had at all an husband לְאִ֔ישׁ H376 when she vowed וּנְדָרֶ֖יהָ H5088 עָלֶ֑יהָ H5921 א֚וֹ H176 or uttered מִבְטָ֣א H4008 ought out of her lips שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ H8193 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 wherewith she bound אָֽסְרָ֖ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָֽׁהּ׃ H5315 7 heard שָׁמְע֖וֹ H8085 And her husband אִישָׁ֛הּ H376 at her in the day בְּי֥וֹם H3117 heard שָׁמְע֖וֹ H8085 it and held his peace וְהֶֽחֱרִ֣ישׁ H2790 לָ֑הּ H0 shall stand יָקֻֽמוּ׃ H6965 it then her vows נְדָרֶ֗יהָ H5088 and her bonds וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛הָ H632 אֲשֶׁר H834 wherewith she bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 shall stand יָקֻֽמוּ׃ H6965 8 וְ֠אִם H518 her on the day בְּי֨וֹם H3117 that he heard שְׁמֹ֣עַ H8085 But if her husband אִישָׁהּ֮ H376 disallowed יָנִ֣יא H5106 אוֹתָהּ֒ H853 of none effect וְהֵפֵ֗ר H6565 אֶת H853 it then he shall make her vow which she vowed נִדְרָהּ֙ H5088 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 עָלֶ֔יהָ H5921 וְאֵת֙ H853 and that which she uttered מִבְטָ֣א H4008 with her lips שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ H8193 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 wherewith she bound אָֽסְרָ֖ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֑הּ H5315 and the LORD וַֽיהוָ֖ה H3068 shall forgive יִֽסְלַֽח H5545 לָֽהּ׃ H0 9 But every vow וְנֵ֥דֶר H5088 of a widow אַלְמָנָ֖ה H490 and of her that is divorced וּגְרוּשָׁ֑ה H1644 כֹּ֛ל H3605 אֲשֶׁר H834 wherewith they have bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 their souls נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 shall stand יָק֥וּם H6965 עָלֶֽיהָ׃ H5921 10 וְאִם H518 house בֵּ֥ית H1004 in her husband's אִישָׁ֖הּ H376 And if she vowed נָדָ֑רָה H5087 אֽוֹ H176 or bound אָסְרָ֥ה H631 by a bond אִסָּ֛ר H632 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 with an oath בִּשְׁבֻעָֽה׃ H7621 11 heard וְשָׁמַ֤ע H8085 And her husband אִישָׁהּ֙ H376 it and held his peace וְהֶֽחֱרִ֣שׁ H2790 לָ֔הּ H0 לֹ֥א H3808 at her and disallowed הֵנִ֖יא H5106 אֹתָ֑הּ H853 shall stand יָקֽוּם׃ H6965 כָּל H3605 her not then all her vows נְדָרֶ֔יהָ H5088 וְכָל H3605 and every bond אִסָּ֛ר H632 אֲשֶׁר H834 wherewith she bound אָֽסְרָ֥ה H631 עַל H5921 her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 shall stand יָקֽוּם׃ H6965 12 וְאִם H518 hath made them void הֲפֵרָ֔ם H6565 hath made them void הֲפֵרָ֔ם H6565 אֹתָ֥ם׀ H853 But if her husband אִישָׁ֣הּ H376 on the day בְּי֣וֹם H3117 he heard שָׁמְעוֹ֒ H8085 כָּל H3605 them then whatsoever proceeded מוֹצָ֨א H4161 out of her lips שְׂפָתֶ֧יהָ H8193 concerning her vows לִנְדָרֶ֛יהָ H5088 or concerning the bond וּלְאִסַּ֥ר H632 of her soul נַפְשָׁ֖הּ H5315 לֹ֣א H3808 shall not stand יָק֑וּם H6965 But if her husband אִישָׁ֣הּ H376 hath made them void הֲפֵרָ֔ם H6565 and the LORD וַֽיהוָ֖ה H3068 shall forgive יִֽסְלַֽח H5545 לָֽהּ׃ H0 13 כָּל H3605 Every vow נֵ֛דֶר H5088 וְכָל H3605 oath שְׁבֻעַ֥ת H7621 and every binding אִסָּ֖ר H632 to afflict לְעַנֹּ֣ת H6031 the soul נָ֑פֶשׁ H5315 her husband וְאִישָׁ֥הּ H376 may establish יְקִימֶ֖נּוּ H6965 her husband וְאִישָׁ֥הּ H376 may make it void יְפֵרֶֽנּוּ׃ H6565 14 וְאִם H518 altogether הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ H2790 altogether הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ H2790 לָ֥הּ H0 But if her husband אִישָׁהּ֮ H376 at her from day בְּי֥וֹם H3117 אֶל H413 at her from day בְּי֥וֹם H3117 then he establisheth הֵקִ֣ים H6965 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 all her vows נְדָרֶ֔יהָ H5088 א֥וֹ H176 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 or all her bonds אֱסָרֶ֖יהָ H632 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 עָלֶ֑יהָ H5921 then he establisheth הֵקִ֣ים H6965 אֹתָ֔ם H853 כִּֽי H3588 altogether הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ H2790 לָ֖הּ H0 at her from day בְּי֥וֹם H3117 that he heard שָׁמְעֽוֹ׃ H8085 15 וְאִם H518 But if he shall any ways יָפֵ֛ר H6565 But if he shall any ways יָפֵ֛ר H6565 אֹתָ֖ם H853 after אַֽחֲרֵ֣י H310 that he hath heard שָׁמְע֑וֹ H8085 them
