וְהִתְבּוֹנַ֖נְתָּ H995 עַל H5921 his place מְקוֹמ֣וֹ H4725 וְאֵינֶֽנּוּ׃ H369 11 But the meek וַעֲנָוִ֥ים H6035 shall inherit יִֽירְשׁוּ H3423 the earth אָ֑רֶץ H776 and shall delight וְ֝הִתְעַנְּג֗וּ H6026 עַל H5921 themselves in the abundance רֹ֥ב H7230 of peace שָׁלֽוֹם׃ H7965 12 plotteth זֹמֵ֣ם H2161 The wicked רָ֭שָׁע H7563 against the just לַצַּדִּ֑יק H6662 and gnasheth וְחֹרֵ֖ק H2786 עָלָ֣יו H5921 upon him with his teeth שִׁנָּֽיו׃ H8127 13 The Lord אֲדֹנָ֥י H136 shall laugh יִשְׂחַק H7832 ל֑וֹ H0 כִּֽי H3588 at him for he seeth רָ֝אָ֗ה H7200 כִּֽי H3588 is coming יָבֹ֥א H935 that his day עָנִ֣י H6041 and needy וְאֶבְי֑וֹן H34 and to slay לִ֝טְב֗וֹחַ H2873 such as be of upright יִשְׁרֵי H3477 conversation דָֽרֶךְ׃ H1870 15 Their sword חַ֭רְבָּם H2719 shall enter תָּב֣וֹא H935 into their own heart בְלִבָּ֑ם H3820 and their bows וְ֝קַשְּׁתוֹתָ֗ם H7198 shall be broken תִּשָּׁבַֽרְנָה׃ H7665 16 hath is better טוֹב H2896 A little מְ֭עַט H4592 that a righteous man לַצַּדִּ֑יק H6662 than the riches מֵ֝הֲמ֗וֹן H1995 wicked רְשָׁעִ֥ים H7563 of many רַבִּֽים׃ H7227 17 כִּ֤י H3588 For the arms זְרוֹע֣וֹת H2220 of the wicked רְ֭שָׁעִים H7563 shall be broken תִּשָּׁבַ֑רְנָה H7665 upholdeth וְסוֹמֵ֖ךְ H5564 the righteous צַדִּיקִ֣ים H6662 but the LORD יְהוָֽה׃ H3068 18 knoweth יוֹדֵ֣עַ H3045 The LORD יְ֭הוָה H3068 the days יְמֵ֣י H3117 of the upright תְמִימִ֑ם H8549 and their inheritance וְ֝נַחֲלָתָ֗ם H5159 shall be for ever לְעוֹלָ֥ם H5769 תִּהְיֶֽה׃ H1961 19 לֹֽא H3808 They shall not be ashamed יֵ֭בֹשׁוּ H954 time בְּעֵ֣ת H6256 in the evil רָעָ֑ה H7451 and in the days וּבִימֵ֖י H3117 of famine רְעָב֣וֹן H7459 they shall be satisfied יִשְׂבָּֽעוּ׃ H7646 20 כִּ֤י H3588 But the wicked רְשָׁעִ֨ים׀ H7563 shall perish יֹאבֵ֗דוּ H6 and the enemies וְאֹיְבֵ֣י H341 of the LORD יְ֭הוָה H3068 shall be as the fat כִּיקַ֣ר H3368 of lambs כָּרִ֑ים H3733 shall they consume away כָּֽלוּ׃ H3615 into smoke בֶעָשָׁ֣ן H6227 shall they consume away כָּֽלוּ׃ H3615 21 borroweth לוֶֹ֣ה H3867 The wicked רָ֭שָׁע H7563 וְלֹ֣א H3808 and payeth not again יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם H7999 but the righteous וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק H6662 sheweth mercy חוֹנֵ֥ן H2603 and giveth וְנוֹתֵֽן׃ H5414 22 כִּ֣י H3588 For such as be blessed מְ֭בֹרָכָיו H1288 of him shall inherit יִ֣ירְשׁוּ H3423 the earth אָ֑רֶץ H776 and they that be cursed וּ֝מְקֻלָּלָ֗יו H7043 of him shall be cut off יִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃ H3772 23 by the LORD מֵ֭יְהוָה H3068 The steps מִֽצְעֲדֵי H4703 of a good man גֶ֥בֶר H1397 are ordered כּוֹנָ֗נוּ H3559 in his way וְדַרְכּ֥וֹ H1870 and he delighteth יֶחְפָּֽץ׃ H2654 24 כִּֽי H3588 Though he fall יִפֹּ֥ל begging מְבַקֶּשׁ H1245 bread לָֽחֶם׃ H3899 26 כָּל H3605 He is ever הַ֭יּוֹם H3117 merciful חוֹנֵ֣ן H2603 and lendeth וּמַלְוֶ֑ה H3867 and his seed וְ֝זַרְע֗וֹ H2233 is blessed לִבְרָכָֽה׃ H1293 27 Depart ס֣וּר H5493 from evil מֵ֭רָע H7451 and do וַעֲשֵׂה H6213 good ט֗וֹב H2896 and dwell וּשְׁכֹ֥ן H7931 for evermore לְעוֹלָֽם׃ H5769 28 כִּ֤י H3588 For the LORD יְהוָ֨ה׀ H3068 loveth אֹ֘הֵ֤ב H157 the wicked רְשָׁעִ֣ים H7563 shall be cut off נִכְרָֽת׃ H3772 29 The righteous צַדִּיקִ֥ים H6662 shall inherit יִֽירְשׁוּ H3423 the land אָ֑רֶץ H776 and dwell וְיִשְׁכְּנ֖וּ H7931 therein for ever לָעַ֣ד H5703 עָלֶֽיהָ׃ H5921 30 The mouth פִּֽי H6310 of the righteous צַ֭דִּיק H6662 speaketh יֶהְגֶּ֣ה H1897 wisdom חָכְמָ֑ה H2451 and his tongue וּ֝לְשׁוֹנ֗וֹ H3956 talketh תְּדַבֵּ֥ר H1696 of judgment מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ H4941 31 The law תּוֹרַ֣ת H8451 of his God אֱלֹהָ֣יו H430 is in his heart בְּלִבּ֑וֹ H3820 לֹ֖א H3808 shall slide תִמְעַ֣ד H4571 none of his steps אֲשֻׁרָֽיו׃ H838 32 watcheth see תִּרְאֶֽה׃ H7200 35 I have seen רָ֭אִיתִי H7200 the wicked רָשָׁ֣ע H7563 in great power עָרִ֑יץ H6184 and spreading וּ֝מִתְעָרֶ֗ה H6168 bay tree כְּאֶזְרָ֥ח H249 himself like a green רַעֲנָֽן׃ H7488 36 Yet he passed away וַ֭יַּֽעֲבֹר H5674 וְהִנֵּ֣ה H2009 אֵינֶ֑נּוּ H369 and lo he was not yea I sought וָֽ֝אֲבַקְשֵׁ֗הוּ H1245 וְלֹ֣א H3808 him but he could not be found נִמְצָֽא׃ H4672 37 Mark transgressors וּֽ֭פֹשְׁעִים H6586 shall be destroyed נִשְׁמְד֣וּ H8045 together יַחְדָּ֑ו H3162 the end אַחֲרִ֖ית H319 of the wicked רְשָׁעִ֣ים H7563 shall be cut off נִכְרָֽתָה׃ H3772 39 But the salvation וּתְשׁוּעַ֣ת H8668 of the righteous צַ֭דִּיקִים H6662 is of the LORD מֵיְהוָ֑ה H3068 he is their strength מָֽ֝עוּזָּ֗ם H4581 in the time בְּעֵ֣ת H6256 of trouble צָרָֽה׃ H6869 40 shall help וַֽיַּעְזְרֵ֥ם H5826 And the LORD יְהוָ֗ה H3068 them and deliver יְפַלְּטֵ֣ם H6403 them and deliver יְפַלְּטֵ֣ם H6403 them from the wicked מֵ֭רְשָׁעִים H7563 and save וְיוֹשִׁיעֵ֑ם H3467 כִּי H3588
