לֶֽאֱלִימֶ֑לֶךְ H458 selleth מָֽכְרָ֣ה H4376 Naomi נָֽעֳמִ֔י H5281 that is come again הַשָּׁ֖בָה H7725 of land מִשְּׂדֵ֥ה H7704 of Moab מוֹאָֽב׃ H4124 4 וַֽאֲנִ֨י H589 And I thought וַיֹּ֖אמֶר H559 to H595 I will redeem אֶגְאָֽל׃ H1350 5 Then said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 Boaz בֹּ֔עַז H1162 What day בְּיוֹם H3117 thou buyest קָנִ֔יתָי H7069 the field הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה H7704 of the hand מִיַּ֣ד H3027 of Naomi נָֽעֳמִ֑י H5281 וּ֠מֵאֵת H854 it also of Ruth ר֣וּת H7327 the Moabitess הַמּֽוֹאֲבִיָּ֤ה H4125 the wife אֵֽשֶׁת H802 of the dead הַמֵּ֖ת H4191 thou buyest קָנִ֔יתָי H7069 to raise up לְהָקִ֥ים H6965 the name שֵׁם H8034 of the dead הַמֵּ֖ת H4191 עַל H5921 upon his inheritance נַֽחֲלָתֽוֹ׃ H5159 6 said וַיֹּ֣אמֶר H559 And the kinsman לִגְאֹֽל׃ H1350 לֹ֤א H3808 I cannot אוּכַ֖ל H3201 And the kinsman Israel בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 עַל H5921 concerning redeeming הַגְּאֻלָּ֤ה H1353 וְעַל H5921 and concerning changing הַתְּמוּרָה֙ H8545 for to confirm לְקַיֵּ֣ם H6965 כָּל H3605 all things דָּבָ֔ר H1697 plucked off שָׁלַ֥ף H8025 a man אִ֛ישׁ H376 his shoe נַֽעֲל֖וֹ H5275 and gave וְנָתַ֣ן H5414 it to his neighbour לְרֵעֵ֑הוּ H7453 וְזֹ֥את H2063 and this was a testimony הַתְּעוּדָ֖ה H8584 in Israel בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 8 said וַיֹּ֧אמֶר H559 Therefore the kinsman הַגֹּאֵ֛ל H1350 unto Boaz לְבֹ֖עַז H1162 Buy קְנֵה H7069 לָ֑ךְ H0 it for thee So he drew off וַיִּשְׁלֹ֖ף H8025 his shoe נַֽעֲלֽוֹ׃ H5275 9 said וַיֹּאמֶר֩ H559 And Boaz בֹּ֨עַז H1162 unto the elders לַזְּקֵנִ֜ים H2205 וְכָל H3605 and unto all the people הָעָ֗ם H5971 Ye are witnesses עֵדִ֤ים H5707 אַתֶּם֙ H859 this day הַיּ֔וֹם H3117 כִּ֤י H3588 that I have bought קָנִ֙יתִי֙ H7069 אֶת H853 כָּל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֣ר H834 all that was Elimelech's לֶֽאֱלִימֶ֔לֶךְ H458 וְאֵ֛ת H853 כָּל H3605 אֲשֶׁ֥ר H834 and all that was Chilion's לְכִלְי֖וֹן H3630 and Mahlon's וּמַחְל֑וֹן H4248 of the hand מִיַּ֖ד H3027 of Naomi נָֽעֳמִֽי׃ H5281 10 וְגַ֣ם H1571 אֶת H853 Moreover Ruth ר֣וּת H7327 the Moabitess הַמֹּֽאֲבִיָּה֩ H4125 the wife לְאִשָּׁ֗ה H802 of Mahlon מַחְל֜וֹן H4248 have I purchased קָנִ֧יתִי H7069 לִ֣י H0 the wife לְאִשָּׁ֗ה H802 to raise up לְהָקִ֤ים H6965 that the name שֵׁם H8034 of the dead הַמֵּ֛ת H4191 עַל H5921 upon his inheritance נַ֣חֲלָת֔וֹ H5159 וְלֹֽא H3808 be not cut off יִכָּרֵ֧ת H3772 that the name שֵׁם H8034 of the dead הַמֵּ֛ת H4191 from among מֵעִ֥ם H5973 his brethren אֶחָ֖יו H251 and from the come הַבָּאָ֣ה H935 אֶל H413 into thine house בֵּ֣ית H1004 like Rachel כְּרָחֵ֤ל׀ H7354 and like Leah וּכְלֵאָה֙ H3812 אֲשֶׁ֨ר H834 did build בָּנ֤וּ H1129 which two שְׁתֵּיהֶם֙ H8147 אֶת H853 into thine house בֵּ֣ית H1004 of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל H3478 and do וַֽעֲשֵׂה H6213 thou worthily חַ֣יִל H2428 in Ephratah בְּאֶפְרָ֔תָה H672 and be famous וּקְרָא H7121 שֵׁ֖ם H8034 בְּבֵ֥ית H0 in Bethlehem לָֽחֶם׃ H1035 12 וִיהִ֤י H1961 And let thy house כְּבֵ֣ית H1004 And let thy house כְּבֵ֣ית H1004 of Pharez פֶּ֔רֶץ H6557 אֲשֶׁר H834 bare יָֽלְדָ֥ה H3205 whom Tamar תָמָ֖ר H8559 unto Judah לִֽיהוּדָ֑ה וַיִּקַּ֨ח H3947 So Boaz בֹּ֤עַז H1162 אֶת H853 Ruth רוּת֙ H7327 וַתְּהִי H1961 ל֣וֹ H0 and she was his wife לְאִשָּׁ֔ה H802 and when he went in וַיָּבֹ֖א H935 אֵלֶ֑יהָ H413 gave וַיִּתֵּ֨ן H5414 unto her the LORD יְהוָ֥ה H3068 לָ֛הּ H0 her conception הֵֽרָי֖וֹן H2032 and she bare וַתֵּ֥לֶד H3205 a son בֵּֽן׃ H1121 14 said וַתֹּאמַ֤רְנָה H559 And the women הַנָּשִׁים֙ H802 אֶֽל H413 unto Naomi נָעֳמִ֔י H5281 Blessed בָּר֣וּךְ H1288 be the LORD יְהוָ֔ה H3068 אֲ֠שֶׁר H834 לֹ֣א H3808 which hath not left הִשְׁבִּ֥ית H7673 לָ֛ךְ H0 without a kinsman גֹּאֵ֖ל H1350 thee this day הַיּ֑וֹם H3117 may be famous וְיִקָּרֵ֥א H7121 that his name שְׁמ֖וֹ H8034 in Israel בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ H3478 15 וְהָ֤יָה H1961 לָךְ֙ H0 And he shall be unto thee a restorer לְמֵשִׁ֣יב H7725 of thy life נֶ֔פֶשׁ H5315 and a nourisher וּלְכַלְכֵּ֖ל H3557 אֶת H853 of thine old age שֵֽׂיבָתֵ֑ךְ H7872 כִּ֣י H3588 for thy daughter in law כַלָּתֵ֤ךְ H3618 אֲֽשֶׁר H834 which loveth אֲהֵבַ֙תֶךְ֙ H157 hath born יְלָדַ֔תּוּ H3205 her neighbours הַשְּׁכֵנ֥וֹת H7934 his name שְׁמוֹ֙ H8034 saying לֵאמֹ֔ר H559 born יֻלַּד H3205 There is a son בֵּ֖ן H1121 to Naomi לְנָֽעֳמִ֑י H5281 and they called וַתִּקְרֶ֤אנָֽה H7121 his name שְׁמוֹ֙ H8034 Obed עוֹבֵ֔ד H5744 ה֥וּא H1931 he is the father אֲבִ֥י H1 of Jesse יִשַׁ֖י H3448 he is the father אֲבִ֥י H1 of David דָוִֽד׃ H1732 18 וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ H428 Now these are the generations
