There are around 200 versions of the Bible out there, but as Bible Believers, we believe King James Version is the best version to understand and live the word of God.
Revelation 22:18-19 “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
Lord despises people adding or subtracting his words.
1 Corinthians 14:33 “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”
God has declared that he is not the author of confusion, Satan is.
Matthew 18:11 “For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.”
It is clear that in a lot of other versions of Bible, like NIV, ESV and even Jehovah Witness, verse 11 has been removed . That can cause confusion in Christians, or even mislead them.
Mark 1:2-3 “As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.”
Most modern and perverted versions would claim that it is Isaiah the Prophet who made the statements. However, in KJV, it was clear that both Prophets Malachi and Isaiah made the statements.
Acts 1:3 “To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God”
Jesus’s resurrection was an Infallible proof of evidence, not convincing. It is something we cannot deny. The replacement of the word would deceive many people and make them question the validity of Christ Jesus’s resurrection from the dead.
Colossians 1:14 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
Modern versions have the word ‘blood’ substracted or simply added in the footnote of the bible itself.
Philippians 2:5-8 “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”
It is ridiculous how the deity of Christ has been removed by himself?
Acts 8:36-38 “And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.”
In modern versions, verse 37 has been subtracted. The verse itself speaks the importance of believing in Jesus Christ, and that Christ is God for salvation. Not water baptism, but the modern versions remove the verse and make it so deceitful that as if water baptism is mandatory for salvation.
Isaiah 14:12 “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!”
Modern versions like NIV refers to Lucifer as the morning star. But in fact, he was actually the son of the morning. We know through Revelation 22:16 that Jesus is the morning star, not Lucifer.
