1 Kings 16:28 - slept So Omri with his fathers and was buried in Samaria reigned and Ahab his son

1 Kings 16:29 - and Ahab the son of Omri reigned over Israel year And in the thirty and eighth year of Asa king of Judah reigned and Ahab the son of Omri over Israel in Samaria twenty and two year

1 Kings 16:30 - did And Ahab the son of Omri evil in the sight of the LORD above all that were before

1 Kings 16:33 - did And Ahab a grove more And Ahab did to anger to provoke the LORD God of Israel than all the kings of Israel that were before

1 Kings 17:1 - said And Elijah the Tishbite who was of the inhabitants of Gilead unto Ahab liveth As the LORD God of Israel whom I stand before these years there shall not be dew nor rain but according to my word

1 Kings 18:1 - days And it came to pass after many that the word of the LORD came to Elijah year in the third saying shew thyself unto Ahab and I will send rain upon the earth

1 Kings 18:2 - And Elijah to shew himself unto Ahab famine And there was a sore in Samaria

1 Kings 18:3 - called And Ahab Now Obadiah which was the governor of his house Now Obadiah feared the LORD greatly

1 Kings 18:5 - said And Ahab unto Obadiah into the land unto all fountains of water and unto all brooks peradventure we may find grass alive the horses and mules that we lose not all the beasts

1 Kings 18:6 - So they divided the land between them to pass throughout it Ahab went way another by himself and Obadiah went way another

1 Kings 18:9 - And he said What have I sinned that thou wouldest deliver thy servant into the hand of Ahab to slay

1 Kings 18:12 - from thee that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry thee whither I know not and so when I come and tell Ahab and he cannot find thee he shall slay me but I thy servant fear of the LORD from my youth

1 Kings 18:16 - So Obadiah to meet Ahab and told Ahab to meet Elijah

1 Kings 18:17 - saw And it came to pass when Ahab Elijah said And it came to pass when Ahab unto him Art thou he that troubleth Israel

1 Kings 18:20 - sent So Ahab unto all the children of Israel and gathered the prophets unto mount Carmel

1 Kings 18:41 - said And Elijah unto Ahab Get thee up eat and drink for there is a sound of abundance of rain

1 Kings 18:42 - went up So Ahab to eat and to drink And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel and he cast himself down upon the earth and put his face between his knees

1 Kings 18:44 - And it came to pass at the seventh time And he said cloud a little hand like a man's Behold there ariseth out of the sea And he said Behold there ariseth And he said unto Ahab Prepare thy chariot and get thee down stop that the rain

1 Kings 18:45 - And it came to pass in the mean while And it came to pass in the mean while that the heaven was black with clouds and wind rain and there was a great rode And Ahab to Jezreel

1 Kings 18:46 - And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah and he girded up his loins and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel
