1 Chronicles 22:17 - also commanded David all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son

1 Chronicles 23:1 - So when David was old and full of days king he made Solomon his son over Israel

1 Chronicles 28:5 - And of all my sons me many And of all my sons hath given for the LORD he hath chosen Solomon And of all my sons to sit upon the throne of the kingdom for the LORD over Israel

1 Chronicles 28:6 - And he said unto me Solomon him to be my son he shall build my house and my courts for I have chosen him to be my son and I will be his father

1 Chronicles 28:9 - And thou Solomon my son know thou the God of thy father and serve heart him with a perfect mind and with a willing all hearts if thou seek for the LORD all the imaginations of the thoughts and understandeth if thou seek him he will be found of thee but if thou forsake him he will cast thee off for ever

1 Chronicles 28:11 - gave Then David to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch and of the houses thereof and of the treasuries thereof and of the upper chambers parlours thereof and of the inner and of the houses of the mercy seat

1 Chronicles 28:20 - said And David to Solomon his son Be strong and of good courage and do it fear not nor be dismayed for the LORD God God will be with thee he will not fail thee nor forsake thee until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house for the LORD

1 Chronicles 29:1 - said Furthermore David the king unto all the congregation Solomon my son whom alone hath chosen God is yet young and tender and the work is great is not for man for the palace but for the LORD God

1 Chronicles 29:19 - unto Solomon my son And give heart a perfect to keep thy commandments thy testimonies and thy statutes and to do all these things and to build the palace for the which I have made provision

1 Chronicles 29:22 - And did eat and drink before him unto the LORD on that day gladness with great king the second time And they made Solomon the son of David and anointed him unto the LORD to be the chief governor and Zadok to be priest
