And thine age shall be clearer than the noonday; thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning.

shine forth = soar or shoot upward like the rays of the rising sun.

dig = look about, as in Joshua 2:2 . Compare Ch. Job 39:29 , i.e. before lying down (Job 11:19 ).
