Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? 10 Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper. 11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; 12 To the end that *my* glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.* [Psalms 29](/study/psalms/29) [Psalms 31](/study/psalms/31) ## Commentary To verse 1 **at the:** [Deuteronomy 20:5](/kjv/deuteronomy/20/5), [2 Samuel 5:11](/kjv/2-samuel/5/11), [2 Samuel 6:20](/kjv/2-samuel/6/20), [2 Samuel 7:2](/kjv/2-samuel/7/2), [2 Samuel 20:3](/kjv/2-samuel/20/3) **extol:** [Psalms 34:3](/kjv/psalms/34/3), [Psalms 34:4](/kjv/psalms/34/4), [Psalms 66:17](/kjv/psalms/66/17), [Psalms 145:1](/kjv/psalms/145/1), [Daniel 4:37](/kjv/daniel/4/37) **for:** [Psalms 27:6](/kjv/psalms/27/6), [Psalms 28:9](/kjv/psalms/28/9) **hast not:** [Psalms 13:4](/kjv/psalms/13/4), [Psalms 25:2](/kjv/psalms/25/2), [Psalms 35:19](/kjv/psalms/35/19), [Psalms 35:24](/kjv/psalms/35/24), [Psalms 35:25](/kjv/psalms/35/25), [Psalms 41:11](/kjv/psalms/41/11), [Psalms 79:4](/kjv/psalms/79/4), [Psalms 79:10](/kjv/psalms/79/10), [Psalms 89:41-46](/kjv/psalms/89/41-46), [Psalms 140:8](/kjv/psalms/140/8), [Lamentations 2:15](/kjv/lamentations/2/15) **Reciprocal:** [Exodus 15:2](/kjv/exodus/15/2) - exalt him [Numbers 7:10](/kjv/numbers/7/10) - dedicating [2 Chronicles 20:27](/kjv/2-chronicles/20/27) - the Lord [Nehemiah 3:1](/kjv/nehemiah/3/1) - sanctified it [Nehemiah 12:27](/kjv/nehemiah/12/27) - the dedication [Luke 17:15](/kjv/luke/17/15) - *General* [Philippians 2:27](/kjv/philippians/2/27) - but God [James 4:10](/kjv/james/4/10) - he ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@type":"WebSite","@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/#website","url":"https://realbiblebelievers.com","name":"Real Bible Believers","description":"RBB","publisher":{"@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/#/schema/person/e966585dde703268e7f6ae890ea98509"},"potentialAction":[{"@type":"SearchAction","target":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/search?q={search_term_string}","query-input":"required name=search_term_string"}],"inLanguage":"en-US"},{"@type":"ImageObject","@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/study/treasury-of-scripture-knowledge/psalms/30#primaryimage","inLanguage":"en-US","url":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/_app/immutable/assets/missing.C7wGMEZ6.jpg","contentUrl":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/_app/immutable/assets/missing.C7wGMEZ6.jpg","width":672,"height":448,"caption":"Real Bible Believers"},{"@type":"WebPage","@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/study/treasury-of-scripture-knowledge/psalms/30#webpage","url":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/study/treasury-of-scripture-knowledge/psalms/30","name":"Psalms 30 - Study King James Bible with treasury of scripture knowledge","isPartOf":{"@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/#website"},"primaryImageOfPage":{"@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/study/treasury-of-scripture-knowledge/psalms/30#primaryimage"},"author":{"@id":"https://realbiblebelievers.com/#/schema/person/e966585dde703268e7f6ae890ea98509"},"description":"Read Psalms 30 with treasury of scripture knowledge commentary. 1 I will extol thee, O LORD;
