There is one clear difference that makes it stand out.

Think about this: every religion in the world besides Protestant Christianity teaches that works are necessary for salvation.

Buddhism teaches good works for salvation, Islam teaches good works, Hinduism teaches good works, Judaism teaches good works, Jehovah’s Witnesses teaches good works, Catholicism teaches good works, the Orthodox Church teaches good works, Mormonism teaches good works.

Only Protestant Christianity teaches that salvation is only by grace through faith and the Lord Jesus Christ without any works involved.

Ephesians 2:8-9 reads, “For BY GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God: NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast.”

2 Timothy 1:9 reads, “Who hath SAVED us, and called us with a holy calling, NOT ACCORDING TO OUR WORKS, but according to His own purpose and GRACE, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.”
