Pay attention to the tribes, you’re going to find out two missing ones, but it’s still going to number 12 tribes.

Revelation 7:5-8 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.”

You’ll notice that the Lord has a keen interest on the number 12. Jesus Christ selected 12 disciples. Even with the 12 tribes, He would divide it into 12,000.

The missing tribes are Dan and Ephraim. The reason why those 2 tribes are missing is because there’s something that they did wrong. Not only that, they might contribute or play a part in the tribulation for the Antichrist kingdom. There are some interesting verses that show these 2 tribes might have a play in the tribulation in a bad way.

Genesis 49:17-18Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.”

Notice how Dan conquers his kingdom and gain power; it is by being a serpent.

In the Bible, a serpent is usually a negative connotation. In the Bible, Satan is known as the serpent, Revelation 12 calls him the serpent. Genesis 3 was the first time Satan was mentioned as the serpent. The only time Jesus Christ would equate Himself as a serpent was when He had to take the worst kind of sin and the curse of the universe all upon Himself. So Dan’s going to be known as a serpent and Satan sees that so he wants to use that for his own gain as a sneaky serpent conquering his kingdom. In verse 18, at the end when God restores the nation of Israel, then Dan could probably be restored but, in the mean time, he’s going to be as a serpent. If you read the Mosaic books, that’s how the Lord used him, but Satan saw that talent of Dan and used it to his advantage of conquering kingdoms and gaining powers.

When you hear about certain Jewish elites today, they could be from this tribe.

Here’s some interesting things on the previous chapters before Judges 17, there was a man called Samson and he came from Dan’s tribe. He died by suicide. Do you know how the Antichrist died, the spirit of Judas Iscariot? Suicide. Is that a coincidence?

Judges 17:1 “And there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.”

Micah was from Ephraim.

Judges 17:5 “And the man Micah had an house of gods, and made an ephod, and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest.”

What religion today would have a priest and idols and all that?

Judges 17:9-10 “And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place. And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.”

Judges 17:12-13 “And Micah consecrated the Levite; and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah. Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.”

In verse 12, notice that the Levite became his priest.
Verse 13 is what a typical Roman Catholic might say. There’s this Roman Catholic mentality here: “If I take care of the priest, then the Lord is going to really bless me physically.”

Judges 18:1 “In those days there was no king in Israel: and in those days the tribe of the Danites sought them an inheritance to dwell in; for unto that day all their inheritance had not fallen unto them among the tribes of Israel.”

So, Ephraim would return to this Babylonian Catholic religion and maybe the Danites too?

Judges 18:11 “And there went from thence of the family of the Danites, out of Zorah and out of Eshtaol, six hundred men appointed with weapons of war.”

Judges 18:14 “Then answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Laish, and said unto their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image? now therefore consider what ye have to do.”

In verse 14, they are attracted to this Babylonian ‘Catholic’ religion.

Judges 18:17 “And the five men that went to spy out the land went up, and came in thither, and took the graven image, and the ephod, and the teraphim, and the molten image: and the priest stood in the entering of the gate with the six hundred men that were appointed with weapons of war.”

Judges 18:19 “And they said unto him, Hold thy peace, lay thine hand upon thy mouth, and go with us, and be to us a father and a priest: is it better for thee to be a priest unto the house of one man, or that thou be a priest unto a tribe and a family in Israel?”

In verse 19, notice that not only an Ephraim said ‘be unto us a father and a priest’ but a Danite also said the same.

Notice the two tribes which are attracted to this Babylonian Catholic religion: Dan and Ephraim. There’s already a red flag here.

2 Kings 10:1-2 “And Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up Ahab’s children, saying,Now as soon as this letter cometh to you, seeing your master’s sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and horses, a fenced city also, and armour;”

Notice that it carries on to Ahab’s religion. In verse 1, Ahab is at play here.

In 1 Kings 16, around the country of Zidonians, that’s where Ahab married Jezebel. If you go back to Judges 17, when the Danites went up, they were around the area of Zidonians, that’s where they were heading toward.

2 Chronicles 10 basically talks about 2 tribes splitting: north and south Israel. South Israel is mostly the good guys that the Lord mostly used. When it mentions about the south, it’s going to mention Judah and Benjamin, but the key word that would represent the south is Judah. The remaining 10 tribes is going to be South Israel and the key word representing that is Ephraim.

If you ever heard the phrase ‘from Dan to Beersheba’, that phrase is actually a biblical phrase from all the regions of Israel because Dan is all the way up in the north. So you see that Dan is connected with the north as well. Let’s see what the north does. Remember that these 2 tribes were attracted to a pre-Catholic Babylonian form. Jeroboam revived the worship system of Dan and Ephraim. 2 Kings 10:29 specifically says that what Jeroboam revived was actually located at Bethel and Dan. They wanted their worship service to be at Bethel area and the tribe of Ephraim later conquered that city on Bethel.
